Traveled from NY to visit family in Concord and was skeptical about this place given the reviews especially about racism. I came into this shop 2 days in a row and had some of the BEST service both days. Ended up leaving with $300 worth of E-juice. I wish I got the guy's name behind the counter. He was sooo helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I experienced ZERO racism just friendly conversation and great salesmanship. He directed me to juices and coils I would like based on my taste. I came back to NY, tested all his recommendations and loved every single e-juice I bought there which has never happened before. That guy needs a raise. Thank you so much for all your help, hope you make it to visit NY, and remember bring your juices with you lol. Amazing place

The best customer service with a wide variety of products to choose from. It's my favorite store to go to. Also, it's open till 11pm everyday!!! Not sure who was working there before but Taha is the man who is in charge now!!!

Well for starters when you look up the business it states it opens at 8:30am, when you get there it says on the door that it opens at 8. Neither of which are true. I show up at 8:25 wait for the 8:30 opening and nothing, and that's when I see the sign showing 8am. I leave and come back at 9 thinking it'll be open and still nothing. Worst shop I've ever encountered.

Since not a lot of places sell pipe tobacco, I tried this place. Had the tobacco I was looking for and priced right. Customer service was number 1 in my book. This will be my tobacco stop from now on.

This store has an excellent product selection and I used to visit it weekly and spend ~$25. Yesterday, I purchased a disposable vape pen there and found out that it did not work when I got home. I brought it back today and explained that it didn't work. The store owner offered me a new one at a discounted rate and explained that the manufacturer would not accept the old one so he would stand to lose money on it. What about your customer who spent money on a useless product at your store, and who regularly spends money there every week? I was placed in a position where I had to spend even more money just to get what should have worked the first time.Sometimes, you have to do right by your customer. A $10 loss on a malfunctioning product is a better hit to take than losing my $25 a week. Good luck retaining a loyal customer base with your poor business acumen.

Today I experienced racism at this store. I came inside the store and stood in the back corner waiting for someone to grab a product off the bottom glass shelf. The employee seen me but continued to talk to his associate and shuffle boxes. While I'm waiting, a Caucasian couple saw me waiting and stood behind me for their turn. The employee acknowledges the couple and tells them to feel free to ask him any questions. I immediately was angry as well as the couple who also told the employee that I had been waiting first. The employee didn't seem to care nor did he apologize for the clearly racist behavior. They will never get my business again. Just awful.

Well I left a excellent comment when the other guy was running the place but today I am very disappointed! The hours on the door say the shop open daily at 8:00 am. I was there at 8 and even waited 15 minutes so I would not have to take another trip back into Concord for a few days... Not very profesaional when you can't be there to open shop for the day ON TIME! Guess I really will have to change to the Locust location...... Bummer!
