Coach's Neighborhood Grill

Just ordered burger medium and it was raw in middle. Cook came out of kitchen and wanted to argue with me. I've never had problems before he must be new. What a jerk. I will not be back. Felt threatened by cook.

Walked over from a nearby hotel to grab some drinks, food, and watch some games on TV.The restaurant was clean and grabbed a couple seats at the bar. We were greeted instantly and had cold drinks in front of us within a few minutes. We played Keno and enjoyed some cold beer until eventually ordering the sampler platter. That included onion rings, boneless wings, fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. Out of everything on the platter, the onion rings were my favorite. The fried pickles were full slices of pickles rather than small circle slices, which was great. The bar scene is definitely a small town vibe where everyone sitting there were regulars who come every night. Lots of vulgar political remarks which was comical but annoying. We enjoyed playing touch tunes throughout our few hour sit as well. We ended up hanging out for probably 4 hours before they abruptly yelled last call, turned off the touch tunes (even though we paid for more music), and started handing out checks at 9pm. We didn't realize they closed this early, which was frustrating because Monday night football wasn't even to halftime yet and the baseball game still didn't start.Overall, nothing special but got the job done and was convenient to walk from the hotel.

Lack of timely service. Place was not busy and only had two servers on the floor, but seemed like they could not keep up with the guests they did have. The food was not good. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. Would not recommend.

I have visited coaches and other areas and always enjoyed it. I have previously visited this location earlier this week, and everything was great. Today, we stood at the door for a couple minutes and the waitress looked at us but never offered to "seat us." Finally, I asked "do we seat ourselves?" She came and said, sure, sit wherever you'd like. We ordered a grilled chicken salad and a Reuben sandwich. The food was excellent, we ate every bite. However, the waitress was terrible. She got the order wrong, and when we waited for her to come "check on us," she never did. We had to go to her. She never once checked on us. We never got an offer for a refill on our drinks. After we were finished eating, she brought the check and asked if we needed anything at that point. No, we were done obviously. I may not go back to this establishment. I was disappointed. The food was very tasty, service not. One thumb down one thumb up.

Hate say it but quality is slipping.Went for lunch today but hate to say it, quality of food is definately slipping.Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it was a combination of many things wrong.It was first of all, overcooked so that the consistence was an extra crispy piece of chicken that was crispy but devoid of flavor. The Buffalo sauce was added at the end and was all on the surface and never had a chance to permeate the Chicken Breast. Already reported that I did not care for breaded fries so I stuck with the Tater Tots.Generous portion of mini hockey pucks. Way overcooked.They need to address the quality of food issue because it is getting bad. Only reason I did not give it a lower score was because I have had better in the past and they can do better and have done better on the same sandwich in the past.

We were traveling and needed something quick and easy. We had excellent service. Our waitress was brand new and very honest about not knowing the menu very well. But she was attentive and found answers for any questions we had. The pretzel and cheese appetizer was excellent. My daughter enjoyed her mozzarella sticks. I shared a burger and boneless wings with my daughter. We couldn't eat the wings....the sauce was not good. My son also ordered the boneless wings and he didn't like them either. We kept trying little bites to determine what was wrong - it just was a nasty flavor, not your usual buffalo sauce. That's really the only reason why I gave a 3 star review...ya shouldn't mess up the wings!!!

The worst NY Strip that my boyfriend and I have ever eating. Our Rating for this is a Big 0. Nasty, not friendly. Don't waste your time going there. Go to Logan's . Had to give them a star so other people could read this. 0 period

The people who work here are just trashy, lazy, rude , and not professional at all.Waitress messed up my order and lied in front of my face to the manager. Then the manager took her side and refused to remake my sandwich. Will NOT be back.

Poor sanitation score, that alone should've enough to tell me how my meal was going to go. Ordered a medium well burger it came out completely raw on the inside. My server asked me if I wanted it cooked more, I said yes I would I like to live. My burger then came out wrong yet again and my drink stayed empty for 12 minutes (two other tables in the entire restaurant) The overall restaurant was dirty, as to be expected from the low sanitation score. In short, don't eat here, go down the road to outback.

Bad food. Onion rings were over fried. Water tasted real bad. Got lemonade and that was worse. S revive was great. Ambiance was not good. TVs missing. Place was dusty and the wall needed painting.
