Great service, music and amazing wings! The sign is too small and parking is difficult. A great experience nonetheless.

I visited Cloud as the finale for a friend's birthday trip to Charlotte. Me and my group of friends made a reservation online through Eventbrite. The booths are spacious and the inside of the establishment is cute with dim lighting. Our server was Nish. She was friendly and gave great suggestions. As more of our friends arrived Nish came over and promptly took their orders. THE FOOD: The food came out quickly and was so hot and fresh. The grits were creamy and seasoned to perfection. I would come back here just to dine because the food is incredibly delicious. We ordered everything shrimp & grits, Fish and grits, chicken wings, eggs, bacon, and waffles. The music was good along with the drinks. My friends were causing undue attention to us because they are KC fans and the rest of the bar were cheering for the Panthers lol! Put reservation ended at 2 PM and we were kicked out of the booth but we continued our fun at the bar! The barbacks and bartender were nice and entertaining! Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend this place for a date, group, or by yourself. I'm hoping to see Nish behind the bar next time! Also free parking is located behind the building. I didn't know so I paid $20 to park down the street!

They only had orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice. No sodas. No mixers. Disappointed.

I joined a friend here for her birthday. Cloud has a live DJ, Mimosa specials, brunch, and hookah. The DJ was spinning the top R&B and hip-hop and there wasn't anything not to love about the music. The food was okay! I had the lamb chops and scrambled eggs with cheese. I did not enjoy the eggs. I'm very particular about my eggs. Less is more and Cloud should put on the menu how these eggs are seasoned up. I tasted garlic and then they were garnished with parsley. Not needed. Overkill for me. Overall, I did enjoy the space and they are on to something here for the brunch vibes many individuals prefer. Our server was kind and professional but it was a little slow getting the food and drinks on this day.

I attended Cloud's R&B night on a Thursday, enjoyed free hookah that had a fruity flavor- surprisingly good for being complimentary. However, my "everything peachy" drink was overly sweet to the point that I couldn't finish it; my friends ordered other drinks and they liked them. Average drink cost is about $14-20.There is street parking, but it can be limited so arrive early. Also, seating is HIGHLY LIMITED. The only seats includes bar seats and free sections. It was a little awkward to have to ask people if they were willing to share their booth b/c there was nowhere to sit.The music was okay. It leaned towards majority slow jams which was surprising. I know that R&B tends to be slower, but more upbeat songs could have enhance the vibe. I was getting sleepy due to the music, so I left at midnight. It was getting thick with more ppl at 12, so if I come again, I'll arrive closer to midnight. Overall, not bad - cool ambience, decent drinks, and enjoyable hookah. I'd return for a chill start to the weekend.

**4.8** Very nice bar/club. Food was good, wings were bomb. Especially when Salmon sliders were ok. Maybe toast the bun, salmon is much smaller than the actual bun. Overall I would come try the food again.My friend and I came on a Thursday night, R&B night, they have free hookahs, which is cool! Drinks are an exact pour. A large bar and cute booths through out. The space isn't that big though. A great vibe. I love the bartenders outfits very cute.Very cool area few other bars around

I like to go once a week when they give out free hookah, and R&B night. nice chill sexy vibe, great staff awesome drinks and the DJ is great. The vibe is very exhilarating and you feel safe. I gave his place at 10 out of 10. I am really near and dear to my Hookah and I have not had a bad hookah here yet. Please try the salmon bites, they were great!

Just when I thought food couldn't get any better ! Chef Cordell at cloud is serving up all the goodies over there . Now cloud is club/ lounge after hours that serves food . If you want to beat the club crowd go early . I tried a variety of dishes here my favorite was the 5 cheese seafood Mac & cheese which should be a sin & the rum island wings ! I don't know what freaking sauce he has those drenched in , but my gawd it left me wanting more and were finger licking good . Again I tried numerous dishes , those were just my favs to name a few. The raspberry cheese cake I could have definitely devoured that on my own. All the food here is the kind you just don't want to share lol . We decided to stay and help our girl Ana celebrate her bday which was a hit . They show you special love when you have a booth and it's your bday . I had a booth there and let them know it was her bday so they brought out the bday sign along with the sparklers which really made her day .

Heard they had Brunch on Saturday now so went to check it out. Food came out quick!!! Hostess was very nice and attentive so service was excellent. They had a DJ kept the vibes flowing, the music was not too loud so we were able hold a conversation without screaming. 10/10 definitely coming again

Let me start off by saying I had an amazing time at this bar. The atmosphere was fun. The drinks were great. Hookah was great. I ended up leaving something very pricey that I needed to retrieve and while initially I was not met with the best service, Kiki did an amazing job rectifying the situation and making sure I was taken care of and a happy customer and David of was very helpful and accommodating. Overall loved this place. Great music, awesome crowd. Very inviting. Will be back for sure! You should definitely give it a try as well.
