UNCC, UNIVERSITY area, NEWELL This Place Is A HIT!!! absolutely and easily the best wings i've had in years. I had a feeling they were going to be delicious after meeting and speaking with the owner. Yep, he is hands on behind the counter, front and center. That is a huge bonus to any restaurant and very rarely do you meet the man/woman behind the vision. He is very personable and offers suggestions and samples to ensure customers are pleased. Now the food.... OH MY Goodness!Went with my grown son ( i musta done something right bc he picked up the tab). We had the lemon pepper, orange hot, chili pepper, and medium hot wings with fries and a greek salad. Wings were awesome... crispy, perfect size, and meaty. (not greasy thankfully) Sauces were all delicious and complimentary. The salad and fries were both prepared to perfection. Before we left, the cook made it a point to ask us for instant feedback. Who does that anymore?well they do! Also they have something for everyone's taste buds. Wings, Burgers, Hummus, Shawarma (owner's mother's recipe) etc.I can't rave enough! I'll put it like this, I have every intention of trying almost everything on the menu! (i may need a seamstress to let my pants out lol)let's support small businesses to keep them in business. He is also the owner of the Harrisburg and Concord locations. Enjoy

We were the only ones in there for lunch. I got chicken shwarma and onion rings. The onion rings were really good but the chicken shwarma was low on the chicken and the chicken was not very flavorful. Others in my group got hamburgers which looked like Sysco patties. One got wings which they said were good.

Well I had no doubt in my mind that they would receive 5 stars on my next trip and they did not disappoint!! Man stopped through for lunch and had the lunch special-cheeseburger with fries and a drink and while I rarely finish all my food-I definitely finished the cheeseburger and mostOf the fries. So fresh and flavorful! The owner talked with myself and a couple that was in the restaurant and was very nice! He suggested we try some of the other wing flavors but we both told him we were hooked on the Cajun ranch with the hot honey. They have a ton of flavors and I'm not sure why they aren't packed! If you are in the university area-shoot even if you aren't-the other couple drove from Harrisburg-stop by!

Well all I have to say is this the wings here are the best , they greet you as soon as you walk in the door that is something that I like . Very spacious inside and clean with good decor. I had the garlic parm wings if you like wingstop these are bigger and better and the ranch on point . I also tried the egg rolls another winner. I've eaten there three days in a row that says a lot

So many times you see food photos online, but when you sit down with your food it's such disappointment. Not here, not today. Shawarma, Krispy Chicken Sandwich, and Greek Chicken Wrap were all on point. And everyone on staff tonight was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. We'll be back!

I love the food here. I usually go to Harrisburg location but today I tried the newer University location. Garlic parmesan wings cheese fries and falafel wrap all fresh and delicious. Service was great as well.

I support your establishment, and the food is normally Delicious!!! But when that tall guy makes my food, the wings are dry & hard and the Philly cheesesteak has too many veggies and not enough meat. So, while this will not stop me from patronizing you guys, if I see that he is the one cooking, I'll go to Chex and come back another day when he isn't cooking!!!
