I go here couple few weeks for a half dozen sticks. Humidor is huge, clean and well organized. The owner is extremely friendly. Take a second to talk with him, really nice guy, he'll probably even give you a deal. Prices are fair too. So many local shops are overpriced, not the case here.

Great selection of cigar and smoking products, including lighters and ash trays and of course, tobacco. Nice large and well laid out humidor with boxes upon boxes of cigars, all ready to be picked up and smoked. Prices are displayed neatly.When I mentioned that I was looking for a specific brand, the woman behind the counter knew exactly where it was located. Good service.

The lady working was very rude. She awkwardly hovered over my boyfriend and I as we were selecting cigars for a birthday present. As we were checking out, we asked if she sold empty boxes and she said no...even though there were empty boxes on display. We needed a box to put the cigars we purchased in, so we offered $10 for one box and she was indecisive.. Keep in mind, we just spent $50 in cigars. We attempted to negotiate, but she couldn't make a decision. We left and will not be returning.

I've never had any issue with owners of cigar stores or employees watching customers in their humidor. I would watch everyone very carefully too if I were getting ripped off by dirt bags who are robbing me of thousands of dollars every month.Yeah, we know, you're not a thief. Neither am I, but they don't know that.I know I look pretty shifty, so I'm not offended at all.We need to get over ourselves and act our age.This 5 star review is for all the one star, hater reviews.

this is an outstanding cigar shop with a great selection and the BEST prices in the surrounding area! Their wide range of premium cigars is as good as any shop anywhere. You will find Opus X, Adulusian Bull, all the Padron's, and much more. Rare and premium cigars at excellent prices. i have always received excellent service during each visit!

I was bummed to see so many 1 star reviews. I don't find myself up in Fort mill to pick up cigars often, but was at a neighboring store there and popped in to check it out. I give bonus points for the humidor being big enough to walk around in and not feel like I'm going to bump into everything, and good selection of major brands represented. I was happy to find some Punch Grand Puros for a great price, and they were at perfect humidity since I enjoyed one before they made it to my humidor.I was quick and on my way, but the owner seemed friendly. Will visit again.

Shop here if you like stale cigars and terrible customer service. I have been here to grab a cigar numerous times because it's convenient but this last time made the mistake of buying six Padron's, which burned and tasted awful and were obviously stale. I tried talking to the woman at the counter about them and she did nothing to stand behind their products and starting raising her voice about not being allowed to take back cigars. Lol...what a joke.Avoid wasting your time and money and make the ride to Palmetto Breeze for some quality sticks and service.
