From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles from the owners of the establishment. This father and son duo truly have created a special place where every customer feels like family. Let's talk about the menu... whether you're craving a juicy burger, cheesesteak, or a flavorful hot dog, I am absolutely sure you will  find something to satisfy your cravings. Personally, we are always drawn to the #2 or 3 on the menu, which are sure to be crowd-pleasers! Every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in meals that are not only delicious but also visually appealing. But it's not just the food that makes Chubz so special; it truly the customer service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued and appreciated.Chubz is a must-visit. It's a true gem that is sure to leave you coming back for more.

Still five stars. I really enjoy the food and the folks who work here. Everyone is friendly, helpful and has good advice on what's good. Seriously great local burger joint, and how can you not like that.

I will begin by saying that if you are a snob, this is not the place for you. The parking lot, when i pulled in had some shady characters roaming around. The restaurant itself is wide open and you are greeted as you enter. The guys cooking were incredibly friendly and engaging with everyone. One of the guys was even providing table service. I had an order to go and was offered a drink while I waited. Very considerate. The cook updated me while he cooked. Now, for the quality of food. I had a triple chili burger which incredibly good. Well seasoned and the chili was stellar. My wife had a plain double and did not speak a word. Two thumbs up. The ribeye sandwich was excellent as well. The fries weren't our favorite. Total cost $54Will definitely be back

First the food is too high priced, Location is not easily found. At least have some signage that we can see on the road and post the exact address.

I was craving a cheeseburger for lunch and typed in burgers into Yelp. This is how I found Chubz! I ordered the combo double chili cheese burger with fries and a drink. It came to $20 with the tax. Personally I think this is a bit steep for a burger and fries but the burger was delicious. It wasn't a massive burger, I would say about the size of my palm. The chili was cooked extremely well and the Pattie's were melt in your mouth. The fries were also hand cut and coated in season salt. I want to come back and try their chili dog and chili cheese fries!

After our 2nd trip to CHUBZ Famous Chiliburgers, it's easily our favorite burger spot since moving to Charlotte. It's a locally owned family run restaurant, nice and comfortable inside and the people are so nice. We brought our 2 year old daughter and she loved her cheeseburger, fries, and ketchup. Both the man and woman running the restaurant along with their son were all so nice to our little girl, and even made her day with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. The chiliburgers are interesting, I had never had a burger with chili on it before visiting this place, but the deluxe burgers with the "Chubz" sauce are the highlight here for me personally. It's a west coast style burger sauce and the whole burger is really just classic in every way.All the ingredients are fresh, but the best part, they make their fries in house. You can add seasoning, but they're perfect greasy fries that would darken the paper bag, with or without the seasonings. 5 stars, nice people to boot, and the BEST fries in Charlotte, hands down.

Excellent food and the service was even better! We loved the family atmosphere and welcoming hospitality of the owner and his son. We highly recommend!

Get the #6...tell'em Ron sent you. Look...I know you're southern and you want the sweet tea. Do yourself a favor, skip the sweet tea and get the fruit punch and lemonade mixed. Thank me later.Everything on the menu is good. The fries are fresh cut. You can add chili or cheese to the fries (for an additional cost). You have a choice between cheese whiz (Philly style) or shredded cheese (Cincinnati style) or both. Some come in for just the chili cheese fries. The hot dogs are grilled. Apparently this matters as I did not know the hostility that some people have towards boiled hot dogs. Much like the fries...you can add chili or cheese to the hot dogs.The burgers are cooked to order on the grill and the cheese is always melted (no cold cheese like the burger chains). Bonus menu items that most don't recognize are available......chicken breast sandwich (mom's favorite)...patty melt...wings...onion rings (full onion rings...hand dipped)...milkshakesOh...and for you drinkers...they do sell beer...but you are still better off with the fruit punch and lemonade.

The food quality is excellent! Hand made burger patties, fresh made chili and hand cut fries.
