Fast food the burger was amazing and I got chip fries with lemon pepper and they offer you if you want them soggy, simi-soggy or crispy. I chose crispy but they had tooooo much lemon pepper seasoning on them. I love the texture but just too much seasoning. They had self serve order taker which can be a little confusing, but there was a cashier on standby that can help. They area is quite small but nice and colorful, cutesy. I would go back because of quality but a little expensive for a burger.

Went to Chubbys to try it. No one was there. So we thought okay cool. It's a Tuesday maybe they aren't that busy.Well. Two people were there however the doors were locked and the open sign was off. So we don't get to try anything. Guess we will try again another day. To say the least it's disappointing

New Spot Alert .... My barber told me about Chubbys so I decided to try it out ... the space is very bright and inviting .. Staff is friendly and very helpful shout out to Nobi ... I ordered the "Still not a burger" with all the trimmings and grilled onions instead of the raw onions and fried shrooms with Cajun season .... Made home and I'll start with the Mushrooms with the Cajun seasoning .. THEY WERE AMAZING.... still hot and fresh from the drive home. The samdwich was a bit of a let down. The checking Pattie was huge but lacked seasoning ... it was very bland. Even the onions lacked flavor .. so I would try them again but that grilled chicken will not be an option...

I wanted to try out the new location because I've always loved the original Chubby's. The atmosphere is different, not in a bad way--It's very bright inside (lighting and colorful decor) while the other is cozier with a darker ambiance. There are self service kiosks to order your food but there was a cashier at a register as well. I ordered my usual BYOB. The fries have a seasoning on them that I dont recall from the other location but it was REALLY good. I did feel like the burger patty was a little thinner. Staff was friendly. If I'm in the area I may go back but I really prefer the original location. Prices are higher at this location.

I've been to the original chubbys in blythewood so I had high hopes for this location despite some negative reviews. The vibes are a complete 180 from the original location where this one is bright and more retro vibes ? Vs the other one is darker and bar vibes. They have screens where you can order yourself and they also have someone who can help take your order. You can have it to go or dine in. I decided to order myself and got the Clint beefwood with a single patty and sweet potato fries and I got my daughter tender kids meal with fries. The total was about $31 with tax and I was disappointed that making food a combo is an extra $5.99 for each meal. When we got our food, I noticed my burger had no onion rings and when I mentioned they were missing, they said they ran out. I wish they would have mentioned that initially. The patty was also really flat so the burger to bun ratio was a little off. I don't think it would have been fulfilling without the bacon but the onion rings would have given it the texture it needed because it was a bit soggy. Aside from that, the patty had good flavor along with the bbq sauce and saltiness from the bacon. I got the sweet potato fries salty and they were also really soggy. Although good flavor, I was a bit disappointed in my meal overall. The winner of our meal was my daughter's tenders and fries. The fries were crispy and not too salty and they had the perfect crunch. The tender were huge and really crispy. We both actually really enjoyed them. It seems like a cool vibe and it's a really good location but idk if I'll come back. But if you haven't tried it, I'd give it a go and see for yourself.

Columbia is a burger town. Lots of choices and Chubby's is a nice addition. Most importantly, food quality is really good: Smash burgers with "gourmet" toppings and hand cut fries. What's not to love. There are other things on the menu but I have not ventured beyond the burgers. It is very different from the Blythwood location which makes it a little odd. Let me explain. It has the bright clean look of a fast food restaurant but the speed, quality and price of a table service place. That may throw your expectations off a bit, but if you're looking for quality, it's there. If you want fast and cheap, try somewhere else. Every burger is made to order. No heat lamps and soggy fries. Have tried several of their burgers and am torn between the original Chubby and "That's what she said" as favorites. Would give it 4.5 stars (holding a little back because of price.)

Reviewed their menu online. Clearly states that ALL BURGERS COME WITH HANDCUT FRIES/TOTS. Location at Percival Rd. does not honor that, and charges an EXTRA $5.99 for fries/tots, bringing the total of a BYOB double burger from $10.99 to $15.99!!!! Did not order, and walked out, never to return. Really wanted to support a local restaurant, but will never go back.BAIT AND SWITCH!
