China II Buffet

Has to be the rudest Chinese restaurant around with subpar food. I went in to order two orders of white rice and when I said that was all I needed she refused to serve me saying she can't just sell me rice. This is the second time I tried to order food there. My first experience she was extremely rude again but I always like to give business to the small businesses. Obviously not the right choice this time.

Decent food but kinda upset about the fact that nothing is really labeled on the site. Didn't know how many dumplings I was getting or how many teriyaki beef sticks I was gonna get. I asked how many of the beef sticks and she told me one so I got a few other things to fill me up not expecting to get 3 in total not mad about the fact that I got more than I thought just upset it wasn't labeled on the site and that she lied to me. And I got the chicken fried rice. Expecting my chicken to be normal cooked chicken but instead it's steamed. I mean could be my fault but it wasn't written anywhere so kinda upset and when I called back because some of the chicken looks raw the lady said "it's steamed. We sold a lot today with no complaints or calls back" Tried ti basically tell me to shut up and eat it even tho she isn't looking at it and can't see what I see. Half my chicken in there looks raw and is very slimy and chewy. Dumplings, teriyaki beef stick and lo mein was good but the chicken being steamed caught me off guard because everywhere else I've been has normal cooked chicken.

I had to take a minute to write a review of this location! This is my daughters favorite place to eat and last week when her grandparents asked where she wanted to eat she picked here and she wanted take-out!!! We ordered take-out online and got a quick call back to confirm and they told us it would be about 15min. My daughter and my father went to pick up the food and when they got back we found that the restaurant actually added some of their great doughnuts that had FREE written on the package! The food was fantastic as usual and we will definitely continue to eat here time and time again!

This is the best Chinese place in town. I have seen some ridiculous reviews which look like they are trying to just harm them. The highest quality Chinese from a family restaurant you will find.

I came in an hour and a half before closing and was told that they were not taking dine in customers the food isn't great anyway so no big loss but just kinda surprised someone would turn away a paying customer it's not like I walked in 15 minutes before closing it was 8 the sign said open til 9:30

This food is pretty typical Americanized Chinese buffet. Given the other options for Chinese food in Waxhaw I wouldn't choose this over those. The Decor could use updating. On the plus side the price was reasonable and the people were nice enough.

Waxhaws best Chinese. Everyone in the family had something different. The Orange chicken, fried rice, rose chicken, Mei Fun and General Tsos chicken with Lo menu were all fan favorite. The best Chinese I've had in a while. Definitely give it a go whenever you're in the mood for Chinese take out!

Went for lunch and they told me no buffet. They had all the food out and it was 1:10 pm. Doubtful if I will return.

Worst customer service ever. Was rude the moment i walked in to order. Never coming again. Learn my lesson.

I recently visited for the dinner buffet with my three year old son. The buffet food was lacking and did not look appealing. My son ate 2 pieces of sweet and sour chicken and ate a few bites of fried rice. The bill for the two of us was over $18. The price is far too high for the lackluster options. The buffet and price were honestly not the worst part of my visit. The blatant racism shown to a guest in line in front of us was. After the guest left the lady at the register actually said "black people always act..." I was utterly shocked and have never experienced such a thing. I will NEVER return to this restaurant and will make sure to steer anyone away.
