I ordered delivery so I can't offer an opinion on atmosphere or anything like that. I was extremely happy with the Hunan dish I ordered, the beef was tender and the shrimp and vegetables were perfectly cooked in a sauce that had just the right amount of spice. (I asked for medium heat) The lo mein met with my granddaughter's approval as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the spring rolls. They were nice and crispy outside but very mushy on the inside. Maybe I will try the egg rolls next time instead. All in all a good experience and I will definitely try this restaurant again.

Worst food I've ever had. Just horrible, couldn't even swallow one bite , it tasted the way canned dog food smells. We have a giant red x over this place now, and will not be giving it another chance, can't give a rating low enough.

Amazing customer service. We were a little late picking up our food, (they close at 9, it was 9:05) but she called us to make sure we were still coming and when we arrived she had a smile on her face and even gave us extra spring rolls.

I love Chinese food so when I Ordered a general ts'os chicken I was expecting tha& it MOST DEFITINITELY was not general ts'os chicken ! I don't know what this is but it's disgusting! Worst place ever! If I could have given 0 stars I surely would have! Also very overpriced!

China Garden III is located in a very very small strip mall ( what I mean is small well there are a Subway, Bucks Pizza which used to be the Best around, China Garden and I think there is some sort of office supply ? And a empty shop that used to be a NAPA auto parts.China Garden is a very small place and that suites Granite Quarry just fine I think there is one street light. It has 4 tables if that many It is in appearance your normal Chinese /Japanese take out with a menu that has what looks like a 100 dishes but.... DO NOT judge a book by it cover !The thing that makes THIS place stand out is and what takes it OUT of the norm is;1) The way the small building is designed you can see all the way back to the back door in other words you can see every meal the chef is preparing and you can see how very very clean even the floor is and the whole back of the house very good concept ( they may have not even thought of that)2) This is a very small area and we are lucky to have a pizza delivery but, China Garden delivers ( in a certain mile range of course) that is big news for a small area as this.3) Service ... very good they where very attentive you did not get lost as a Diner when the phone rang! And the chef actually spoke to you as he was cooking ? Wow sort of like he has at your house cooking just for you!4) Price 30 Lunch options under $5.00 comes with rice and egg roll.5) Food ... very very GOOD attention to detail even though its a take out place! And large portions.ALL in ALL China Garden III the little place that I challenge all take outs of this type to be like!5 Stars China Garden III if in the area or near enough for a delivery go by or call you will not be disappointed !!!!

Pretty good stuff. Seems like the quality at a lot of our local places goes up and down depending on the day / year. Tonight will be the third time I've been there since December. I've been very impressed. They have the best garlic sauce I've every had. So far... very good.

Seven years in Salisbury and still looking for a good Chinese restaurant. we have tried most of them and they are all the same. Tried Wong's, terrible food and the atmosphere of a mortuary. It's like every Chinese place has the same food. Tried China Garden. The General's chicken was tasteless... suppose to be spicy. the pork fried rice was good but the chicken was red... like they had added red food coloring. Some pieces of the chicken were ok but many looked to be dark meat and was tough. We also had scallion chicken which looked good but was bland and tasteless. Do none of the Chinese places in Salisbury use spices? The only accepted place I've found is China Buffet in Kannapolis.

New in the area so we decided to give China Garden a try since it was close by and offered delivery. Ordered dumplings, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken, general Tsao chicken and garlic chicken. Delivery took about a half hour. Everything was well packaged and piping hot. All of the food was delicious. I loved the garlic chicken which had lots of veggies and a very tasty sauce. Look forward to ordering from them again.
