China Express is your standard Chinese takeout place. Limited seating which is fine because most people don't dine in. I was slightly concerned when I first walked in because there was a young, middle school-aged girl standing at the counter waiting to take my order. The only other staff there appeared to be her father. I was less than impressed, but I had very low expectations to begin with. Only reason I came here instead of somewhere else is because I wanted cheap Chinese food that was quick because I was on the way home from work and we were out of power. I order two combo plates, the food was fine, smaller portions than I expected (sorry no pictures).I won't be back, I like my regular Chinese takeout place near my house much better.

Firstly: regardless of the available seating it's chinese take-out, there isn't supposed to be anyone dining in unless it's their first time and they don't have a take-out menu OR it's lunch time and folks needed to get away from the office.had a hankering for chinese and a friend said this was worth a try so we did. menu has all the standard items in the standard format so ordering by number is easy. we didn't have a take-out menu so we dined in for a little more than $20; dumplings, soups, egg foo young, and chicken lo mien.soups were way hot which is a good problem to have since it typically has to stay that way for the ride home. plenty of wonton but could have used some scallion and a pinch of cabbage to flavor it up some.lo mien noodles seem a bit large but that seems to be how it goes lately; used to get much thinner noodles (think angel hair) but those days are gone. lots of chicken and plenty of lo but the mien was a bit oily.egg foo young was a bit over done with crispies along edges which is new for me; patties are soft inside with abundant veggies and porks :-) Gravy was a bit darker and thinner than I am accustomed but has a good flavor and keeps well in the fridge.not WOW-ed but not terrible so I'm going to reserve judgement for a bit...

Ordered Chicken Chow Mien twice now, each time it was just a box full of rice with a side of onions and vegetables, small scraps of chicken - plain and kinda gross. Chow Mein is supposed to be noodles!!

Family favorite for steamed pork dumplings, black pepper chicken, cashew chicken, and so many more dishes. The best rice! Great family owned business. Highly recommend!!

Fried rice was not bad, just a little bland for me. I'm sure if I had not eaten anything for days, it would've tasted amazing.

This is some of the worst Chinese food in the area. The general tso chicken was sweet and sour chicken that they covered with a weird tso sauce. Chicken lomain was also not good.

First visit today after hearing positive comments from a co-worker. The dumplings were very tasty and delicate. The Triple Delight and House SpecialChicken were excellent. And about their white rice, normally I don't even eat it as it's often a sticky, gluey mass. Not theirs. It's was light, fluffy, and quite flavorful. The food was hot, fresh, and sauces were well seasoned and not overly corn starched. Definitely worth the trip.
