China Buffet

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food was HORRIBLE, crab legs tasted like they were spoiled. There was a dead roach on the napkin dispenser, to top it off roaches started coming from no where right behind my daughter where they had an open drink container. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK, do not recommend! There are better Chinese buffets elsewhere!

This was the most god awful buffet I've ever been to. Not only was the food not good. But it was COLD! Like it has been sitting in the trays out in the open for weeks! My poor mother couldn't even get a bite of anything because of the poor quality, and she was starving for anything she could eat. My father doesn't really care about what he wants to eat, neither could HE eat more than 2 fork bites.In the back of my mind as I looked around, I wondered why the ambiance was rather quiet and there were little to no people here. And now I can see why. Something odd I noticed was the staff had an unusual tendency to stand around and stare at you while you eat as if you had blood splattered on your hands.To rub salt into the wound, the charges for this unforgivable platter of food was $63... $63 DOLLARS WASTED!When my family went to complain about the food quality, the employees didn't even give anything more than a shrug. To conclude I plead you, dear viewer. If you're wondering what to eat and you aren't really sure on what to eat. If you are one for eating Chinese food on a regular basis, For the love of all things that are holy in this world, do NOT come to this place....EVER. This will RUIN Chinese food for you.There is no justifiable reason this regurgitation stain of a "restaurant"....(if you even call it one)....should be on the map or even exist at all. I'm my honest opinion and I'm sure others will agree, this place should be SHUT. And its disgraceful service should NEVER should have it's doors open to the general public ever again.

Been awhile since we had been and the sushi was fresh and very good. They have added crab legs on the buffet now. Not bad at all sorta pricey for what it is.

Had driven by this place many times over the years and finally decided this would be the day I would be spontaneous and give it a shot. Spoiler alert...I should have kept driving...Very limited selection, lukewarm food, bland with little to no flavor, and not much in the way of atmosphere or service. They did have sushi, and i gave a few pieces to try, even though the presentation was lackluster. I will say it was t as bad as I thought it would be so at least there's that.Never before had I spent less than thirty minutes at a buffet, but decided to cut my losses before I ate something my stomach would regret later.Not much more to say as this was a complete and utter disappointment.

Great tasting food, authentic Chinese, big variety of cuisine, desserts, excellent service by employees. The decor is really nice. I will be going back. Thank you for everything you do for your customers.

I wish I had reviews on here before going there. Another site with over 1k reviews has it listed iat 3.5 stars. Those must be self reviewed because this place is HORRENDOUS. Absolute worse Buffett in all of Charlotte. I went here years ago and remember it being good but there's a reason this place is 2.5 stars. Water served with no ice and barely above lukewarm with no straw. Only 3 varieties of chicken available. No sweet and sour chicken. The orange chicken was the only one worth attempting to eat. Chicken was warn atbest, fries cold, garlic bread stale and white rice was drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Waiter. never came to my table. He was too busy on his phone going through his phone. To top it off, it was 18.00. Worse spent money.

I hadn't been here in awhile, but this was the place that we decided to go to for lunch. That was a mistake. Although there seemed to be plenty of people there, my wife hadn't noticed that meals on the weekends were $18.95 not the $8.99 she had thought that they were. I didn't eat enough to justify spending that kind of money, neither did she. The food was typical Chinese-American fare that wasn't really hot, just warm. I had a plate of their sushi. I always remember it tasting better than it actually is. The best part of the meal was the ginger ale and leaving.

It's like how people have told me how cruising buffet are,I could only imagine not having any real lived experience in going on a cruise,China Buffet have their own uniqueness about serving and food extremely extraordinary! I have shared my experience with others, bonapetite

It's dirty, tasteless and expensive.No meat, sushi sucks.I don't recommend this crap to anyone.

Absolutely worst service ever!!!!!! Almost got mobbed by the Chinese waiters cus I didn't leave a tip frfr!!!! She started talking to me in Spanish "amigo tip?" They trippin. Please don't go here place sucks and it stinks.
