Our 8 month old son has been here since he was 12 weeks old. We have been very happy with he care he receives here. The infant room teachers are great with the kids and have very calm demeanors which seems very necessary in a room full of babies. Diapers and food are included in the cost, which is really helpful. The only thing we bring is bottles for the day and a few changes of clothes. As new parents we obviously had concerns/questions through the last 5 months. The director, Kari, always takes time to have a thorough and honest conversation with us to hear our concerns. As a first time parent who was new to daycare I would definitely recommend this daycare. Another plus is that they were honest about when they would have an open position, unlike Primrose and Forrestal who just seem interested in taking your money for the infant waitlist.

We have been with Childtime for almost a year now, thank heavens that's about to be over, we were on a waiting list for Forrestal Academy, so we had to settle for this place. The constant switching of caretakers is absolutely absurd. My child has been subjected to 4-5 different people in the last few months, they all keep quitting, and if you have any concerns about the lack of consistency and constant bill collecting phone calls, then DO NOT enroll your child here. The care givers used to be awesome, but now with the constant switching and new faces, my child is confused and hesitant to go into class. Now for the director and "debt collectors" they call administrative staff. We have been there for almost a year and we don't even know the directors name. Weird?! No just rude! Matter of fact, the only time I have ever even received a smile or a hello, is when I guess the owner was there. And of course she acted her place. We have never been more than a week late, but we constantly get phone calls reminding us that we are 6 days late (tuition is due weekly) so if we don't pay on Monday, it's late on Tuesday and we are charged with a late fee, which is fair, so if we're paying the late fee and have no problems with that, why the phone calls on Friday? Your getting a free $35 out of me, and we've never been more than a week late, so......???? But this episode in my child's life is almost over so we can be at an institution that is leaps and bounds over this place (we were with them with our first child). STAY CLEAR!

My now 2 and half year old has been going here since he was 9 months old. We tried 2 other day cares prior and those were scary experiences but instead of going in to that I want to tell you what an amazing blessing this school and ALL of their employees have been to us. My child immediately starting coming home happier and showing more sings of increased mental and physical development. He was instantly a happier child, and it was evident that the teachers LOVE caring for all the little ones. He is now counting, knows his colors, shapes, and so much more, thanks to this awesome school. Honestly in the evenings I have less then 2 hours with him during the week so I haven't spent that time working on all of those things, so it is the school that has made that difference. They also teach social and relational skills, family dynamics, manners, and do so with so much joy. They are truly in-tuned to each child's needs and are honest about areas that we can focus on at home to help our child's development when asked. I could go on and on as to the peace of mind and heart it gives me to be able to leave my child in such caring and nurturing hands 5 days a week. He is our greatest treasure, and as his parents there is nothing more important then his well being, so he will continue at this wonderful school until he is elementary. I hope this review is helpful to other working moms that want the very best for their sweet babies.

I was set for a virtual tour at 5:30. I joined the Teams meeting as directed, at 5:30. I waited for about 15min then had my boyfriend call the main office to let them know I was waiting. He spoke to a Ms. Angie who informed him someone would be with me shortly. I waited some more. Fast forward to 6, still no one came on the line and the meeting ends on me. I call the main line myself and speak to a representative that did not give me her name. She had an attitude and was rushing me off of the phone. She said I needed to reschedule due to it being their busiest time (which I could understand). However, Childtime lacked communication on this as they shouldn't have set an appointment time they couldn't commit to in the first place. OR they could have called me and informed me of the need to reschedule. The attitude from that staff member was unnecessary and could have been prevented if appropriate actions were placed. I don't want anyone like that potentially watching over my kid or anyone else's. Maybe it was just her, so sorry to the facility but her performance may need to be reviewed.I have worked in customer service for years and I would never put the blame on a customer or make them feel unwanted. Why do that to someone who is wanting/paying you to watch over their child??I'll be sure to leave my review every where possible.

My two child have attended Childtime since 2014. We were fortunate to find Childtime tucked away off Gilead Road. The location was perfect and the facility was felt to be safe hidden away off the busy main road. The school has the feel of a professional team atmosphere that includes the feel of family caring for my kids. The director and teachers have been great with communication and we could not be happier! When my 3 year old loves going to school this speaks volumes!

My child has been at Childtime in Huntersville for almost three years. He has learned so much at this school, both academically and behaviorally. The teachers and staff are exceptional. They help each child to succeed. They also love them as if they were their own children. They have provided (and continue to provide) my child with the tools that he will need in kindergarten and beyond. I recommend this pre-school to anyone looking for a safe place for their child to grow and learn.

My two sons have been going to childtime in Huntersville for about a year. We are happy with this daycare and feel that all the staff is very caring and creative and works to ensure playtime is educational as well as fun for our kids. The center mgmt is very responsive and any minor issues we've had come up have been dealt with quickly and with their concern. It might not be the newest center in town but my kids are learning and happy so I know they are doing a great job!
