Chicken King Restaurant

My sister ordered the fried chicken salad and my nephew got the chicken tender plate. They both rated there meals a 7/10. Took 47 mins exact for the food to be ready. Only one cook as well. Always crowded so if you visit this location I say call in your order to avoid waiting. Cashier is very rude to lots of people who order was incorrect, but who wouldn't be when they are over worked like that. Building is small no dine-in available at this location.I say try the Rozzelles ferry location over this one for sure. More workers ,better quality and better service. Still call in to avoid waiting.

I stopped by on Monday, 10-25 to grab something quick for a late dinner. Had a chef salad & a side of okra. 1st time at this location. Got so full from the okra, I couldn't finish my salad. Will definitely return when I'm on that side of town.

I hit this place up since this place was a local spot and I always wanted to see if it was one of those "hole in the wall" type of places. Yes, it was a "hole in the wall" type of place, but no the food wasn't amazing. I ordered 2 of the 8 piece wing dinner, and well to me it just wasn't spectacular. The wings came out wings, but lacked any sort of taste in it. I honestly don't know what the hype was? I guess it was cheap. It came with 4 rolls, but they only gave us 3. Anyways, this place is marked and done. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. You'll have better luck at Church's Chicken or Bojangles with better chicken compared to this place. However, this place does have burgers and other menu items. But, come on... Chicken King restaurant, and you're not going to try the fried chicken that they named the restaurant after?

I stood waiting behind another customer and watched a roach climb along the pass through that connects the kitchen to the ordering area.No thanks. You can cancel my order.2013 #181 / 365

Horrible chicken king location. I went thinking it would be just like the other one I visited, I was wrong. The food quality seems cheaper. No deluxe sides like Mac n cheese and green beans. My fries were nothing more than grease bites. The place seems unsanitary. I will not be returning to this location.

Wow each location sets there on price, food is decent, customer service awful, But hey its Chicken King Oh and the online menu prices are inaccurate

Rounded down to the next star for this 2.5 star review. Came by here this afternoon for a cheap and quick bite to eat since its local to my apartment. The inside of the place was clean. I ordered the burger and fries special that only rang up to be $5. It was a pretty good size plate for the price. The burger was cheesy enough but had no seasoning and the toppings left much to be desired. I may give the place one more try to try the chicken or seafood since that's what they're known for.

I love Gyros, this was the worst Gyro I every had. The meat, pita was burn and it barley had sauce on it. My first and last time visiting there.

I called my order in from work 15 minutes prior to lunch break at 12 I clock out head to Chicken King the two ladies working in there first tried to over charge me then got frustrated at me because my order wasn't even ready then told me to leave I will never go back to this place awful service.

This HAS to be the most disgusting restaurant i have ever stepped foot in.The floors and walls were filthy, not to mention i saw 2 roaches crawl across the floor. Customer service was GARBAGE. After waiting for 20 minutes for the lady to get her shit together, i was then pushed to the side for another customer. If i could i would rate this -5. I didnt even bother buying any food after I saw the bugs. After coming to this restaurant, i immediately downloaded yelp to write thit review.
