Chicken king never misses! Customer service is good and the food is always amazing. They homemade their ranch and it's sooooo good.

Updated review; My chicken dinner plate that I normally get was $10 last year.., this year, they're $14.95. Disappointing. I really loved going there. The service is still amazing though and the people there are amazing and so sweet.

I love Chicken King y'all! No matter what the craving today is, they got you!I ordered a chicken wing dinner with potato salad and Mac salad and I've got food for days!

The service was very friendly and i engaging, we placed our orders, ( there were three couples including me.) The staff issued us a number and we chose our seat.Though the restaurant inside was not very busy, they were doing a very good takeout service. After 15 minutes, we asked where our order was, and the waitress assured us I It was coming right out. She continued to check about every five minutes. Somehow our order had been , lost/overlooked. She explained the mistake, got it corrected, and informed us that she would gladly give us a few pieces of cake when we left to make up for having to wait. The food came out shortly there after, and the food was all fabulous. And the cake was good too.

Came here for lunch today. The vibe you get is a neighborhood dinner. They they had a big specials menu and also a hugh regular menu. I ordered the country steak special with fried okra and fried squash. The food came out and the food was hot. The country style steak was served with yellow rice and lots of gravy. Steak was a little salty. The fried okra and fried squash was lightly battered. Nothing life changing but decent. Overall this place is a no frills lunch spot. I'd come here again but will try something different.

Always enjoy coming here to eat. The food is amazing and worth the wait. Staff is always friendly and willing to offer up suggestions if needed. Has that old small town mom and pops diner feel to the place.

Everything , the food is amazing, I had the hotdogs with chili on them and if I had seen the deep fried gizzards those would have been ordered.the owner is so sweet , fun atmosphere.

My friend brought me here to this cute "mom and pops" type of place, for a quick inexpensive bite. I was overwhelmed by how many items were on the menu- so many tasty options to choose from! Decided on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak with fries. Delicious! Free refills on the sweet tea was wonderful, as well. Service was nice. Free parking! Will definitely swing by again.

Fried chicken and fried okra are once a month favorites. Reuben sandwich is surprisingly good.

I don't know what think about this place. We used to stop by for hot dogs at lunch once in a while, but the last time went, about 6 months ago, it was a wild experience.The service was great as always. The prices had gone up quite a bit. I had a chicken sandwich/fries/drink, my wife had 2pc chicken/fries/drink, and that was close to $30. I guess that's how prices are now.What killed it was that the chicken on my sandwich was so salty I couldn't get through it. It was a pretty large sandwich though - looked great. My wife's chicken was fine, but small pieces for the price.As I was about to talk to someone about the salt problem, an elderly man came in saying he was missing his banana pudding from his carry out order earlier. Discussion ensued in the kitchen, but then the owner (a staff member said it was the owner) came in through the front and just went on a tirade, yelling profanities at the staff about this guy's pudding, insulting them and the guy. The staff member we spoke to was woefully embarrassed, and frankly, if she hadn't identified him as the owner I'd have considered a call to 911. My wife was really upset.We'll eventually try it again, but not yet.We watched this go on for a while and left as soon as the crazy man left the dining room.
