We went through the drive thru. The service at the window was pleasant. There was about a 20 minute wait after ordering, but someone brought out the food. The fried chicken was delicious, juicy, & seasoned well. The taste & texture of the Mac & Cheese and Collard Greens left more to be desired. The Mac could use a little more seasoning, but texture wise it was okay. And the Collards could use some vinegar & a little more seasoning. My husband enjoyed his 3pc. Flounder Meal with Fried Okra & Mashed Potatoes/Gravy (he actually ordered Cole Slaw instead of potatoes, but received this instead.) He was too hungry to go back. Overall, it was good. We'll be back to try other items on the menu.

I grabbed chicken bucket for myself and my coworkers on Friday and everyone loved it!! The restaurant is very clean and the food is really good!! The service is always great as well!! One of my favs are the fried shrimp.

So glad we finally tried Chicken Bucket! The food was so good and the staff was super friendly. We got the fried chicken with sides. All very delicious. We used the drive thru and were served pretty quickly. Looking forward to coming by again!

First things first- the wait time has got to change. Every time I go there (pre and during pandemic) the food take 25-30 minutes to come out. I've ordered ahead before and it still takes too much time. Other than that, there is no problem. The food is tasty and comes perfectly cooked. Seasoning is pretty spot on (I always add pepper anyways). The smothered pork chops I had today were great. The corn is good. Their chicken and dumplings are amazing- texture and flavor are awesome. As always, the portions are generous. You'll never catch them skimping you out of food. Best bang for your buck around here.

Food good but owner can be nasty with how he talks to customers. If I questioned you as to why I haven't received my food, you DON'T tell me it's coming, go sit down. At least four people came behind me and received their food Owner needs better customers service training. It will be awhile before I visit again if ever.

The food is ok but the service is something else. I order a Greek salad add chicken $14.50. Fish dinner totaling s33. I get where I was going there was no salad dressing or silverware . They need to make sure you get everything you need to eat your food.

yes, I woke to a notification on my phone that my updated total for The chicken bucket Mount Holly was $85.12. My food was only $15! Someone went back in and added $70 more to my debit card, so that is theft & I don't know who did this.But this was definitely not authorized and I didn't have to sign any receipt. He just used my card to pay at the window . I will be speaking to someone it is just too early, but I want to make sure everyone knows about this because that is just wrong! I am also disputing this through my bank, but I have to wait up to 10 days for a resolution. And it is the day before Christmas Eve.
