Chia Bistro

Gotta try this spot, haven't yet but got the to-go menu to see what I want to order. The staff was friendly and nice and the place was clean .

Came here a day ago(8/7)Food was fantastic man, Oiled up drenched and sautéed. For 8.55 lunch menu can't pass it up. Sa-Cha Chicken, Egg Roll was under cooked but it was beautiful weirdly. Hard crunch on the outside, doughy pastry on the inside made for an amazing combo. The tangy, over oiled chicken with the dark soy sauce fried rice was a fantastic combo. Good food the one time I came by

Really good Chinese food near me! I have been wanting to try this place for years and never had the chance. Food was ready quick and it was super tasty.The sesame chicken and orange chicken tasted very similar though. Both were amazing but the orange chicken wasn't very orangey. The pork lo mein and pork fried rice were also really good! I just wish they had the carrots and baby corn inside.

Very good food, reasonable price and the staff is excellent. A regular place to eat for me.

General Tso chicken...Chicken dry, rice wasn't fully cooked, sauce was heavy and had a bbq type flavor to it.

My first time trying this place out today. Reviews seemed mix so I wasn't sure. Now I know. This is the worst Chinese food I ever had. How do you mess up chicken wings??? The fried rice, fried chicken wings and even the noodles for the egg drop soup was over cooked, and everything was seasoned strangely. Not sure who owns the place or is cooking the food but they are clearly not Asian style cooks. Overpriced and a terrible waste of my money. I will never purchase food from here again.

I always order Sha Sha Beef, excellent and for me it makes two meals. I always order an extra egg roll to go with left overs. I highly recommend.

The food tastes a little bland. I had the pork egg foo young and the pork was kinda tough. Taste like some ingredients were missing. Didn't taste like real Chinese food. My husband had chicken wings and vegetable fried rice but rice looked different than other places.

It's really GREAT to have Chia Bistro Chinese restaurant close to our house. Grew up in NYC with Chinese take almost every Sunday..... and Chia brings back fond memories of Great tasting food, prepared with authenticity and JUST PLAIN GOOD !!!! It's certainly worth the trip if you are looking for a tasty take out mean (or sit a while and enjoy!!!!!

Best Beef Lo Mien in CLT. Also fried rice has an abundant amount of chicken or pork.
