My daughter will be attending here in the fall & what made me fall in love with this daycare was how much the staff area dedicated to their job. The turnover rate is low because the staff have been there for 2+ years. The principal is so loving and caring and she also gets along with all the kids. They have a great program for helping developing the necessary skills needed to further them in life! Definitely would recommend for any parent looking for good quality daycare.

They are refusing to give me back my $278 for a week of tuition my son WAS NOT in attendance. Protect your money, because these people do not care about it. Chesterbrook Academy is a complete money-making, at the expense of families, machine. Unfortunately, due to some hardships and emergencies we've had to endure, I un-enrolled my son as of 08/31/18. Because life is not planned, I was unable to give the four weeks notice they require before un-enrolling your child. Because who can plan emergencies? No one. I was unable to get the tuition for Labor Day week, a four day week, which by the way is not pro-rated, and therefore did not send my son to the school all week. Come to find out they charge me for this week's tuition? $278 for a week he wasn't in attendance WITOUT even letting me know? WITHOUT even offering a payment plan? WITHOUT even setting a deadline for it? You would think as "friendly" and "kind" these people are to your face they would understand the hardships of life. I spoke with Jeannine Cox, who in turn spoke with her supervisor, and they are refusing to understand that families go through things! Had I known I would be responsible for a weeks worth of tuition, I would have sent my son to attend. These people do not care about you or your family. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would.

My daughter has been going to Chesterbrook for almost 3 years. I absolutely love all of the staff members, they are always very welcoming and my daughter enjoys seeing them every day. Not only has my daughter learned a lot but she enjoys the atmosphere.

My daughter has fell in love with the staff and her teachers at Chesterbrook. She has always had a hard time bonding with strangers and was very quickly captivated by each personnel at Chesterbrook. Ms. B and Ms. Sonya made this transition possible and gave me the confront I needed as a working parent knowing that my daughter is in good and caring hands. The amount of attention, activity and care she has received here is unreal and as a parent with full time job I so appreciate the fact that my child is somewhere safe where she can have fun and learn while I am not with her. Over the years, Ms. B. and Ms. Sonya have helped make each day run smoothly. Hate that our time with this school is nearing its end as my daughter will start Kindergarten but I am so grateful for the care and friendships that were established during our time here. We are so grateful for all of our teachers and all other staff that go above an beyond each day to ensure every child is well taken care of. We love you!AH

I looked into a lot of preschools in the area and this one was the only one with an opening. But on our first day, staff was very cold and unwelcoming to my child. No introduction from his teacher. It felt like he was just a number. Lots of kids that looked sick and sad. I was promised pictures and updates but received none. I tried calling multiple times that morning to check in, but got no response. We received no updates until almost 2pm that day. I learned that they let my son cry for the entire day, and he hadn't eaten or participated in activities all day either. I came to get him immediately. I asked if they had gone out to play on the playground, and they said they didn't because there were multiple sick kids that day. Why are they allowing sick kids in school!? This is all against what their guidelines had promised. We pulled him out immediately. And now they are trying to get 2 weeks of tuition after he only went half a day. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs! They only care about money, not your kids!

PARENTS BEWARE OF THIS SCHOOL!!!!My son came home with a black eye and the principle couldn't tell us what happened so we took him to the ER to see if he he had possibly cut his eye. Instead of the daycare being reported me and my boyfriend were reported to dss... then my son ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for 4 weeks about a week or so of being home with him we saw on the News that a child was found DEAD at the school... A 4 month old child was found with a towel over his head and wash cloth under his nose and the baby was on his stomach in his crib THE PARENTS HAVE NO ANSWERS AND NEITHER DO I for my son he will never go back and CHESTERBROOK ACADEMY WILL NOT TELL ANYONE IF THE WORKER WHO KILLED THIS CHILD STILL WORKS FOR THEM! the parents of that child can not get any answers from the police or DSS THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR BUT SINCE I HAD TO PUT A STAR BEFORE POSTING!

Chesterbrook Academy provides a fun learning environment for my child. The teachers are wonderful and the management staff is very responsive, professional, and flexible. They are one of the few good schools that actually offer a part time option. Even with only going part time, I feel like my child is excelling above and beyond the developmental milestones and have no doubts that she will be well prepared for kindergarten thanks to Chesterbrook. I highly recommend this school.

My daughter attended Chesterbrook Academy at Mallard Creek. Overall I was very impressed. Every morning we received warm greetings from management and teachers who showed care, and compassion to all the families. My daughter who is now in elementary school continues to excel in all her subject matters. They taught her everything from Spanish to learning how to write and read. We are very excited and look forward to our baby beginning this fall.

When you walk in there is seems like the children arent having any fun, they are maybe overly dedicated to teaching children. Obviously they put more focus on ciriculum and academic then care and safety. A four month baby died in their care because a numb skull teacher put the super young child on his stomach. Even more sad the police seem to have so sort of vested interest in hiding the surveilence.

Understand that the loss of a child is nothing to balk at, but there are always more facts and sides to each story. Chesterbrook has been a great and safe place for my children. From infants to elementary. Teachers go above and beyond in many regards and are always respective of the kids and the parents. One event can cripple a business, but I hope that the long standing reputation of this school can overcome.
