Charlotte National Golf Club

I really like this place. A well maintained golf course at a great value. Solid club house and bar. Lots of food and drink options and plenty of seating. Greens are in excellent condition. Tee boxes are ok, but nothing to write home about. The course drains pretty well and management does an excellent job of identifying holes that need cart path only. The course is challenging but not too difficult. I'd say a 3 out of 5. Greens were not difficult to read and they were not super fast. You'll find some slow golfers out there and no ranger to push people along. Also, you cannot book a tee time online which is the worse thing about this place. Would I go back? For sure! It's a great alternative to Emerald Lake.

Surprisingly challenging course because the greens are guarded well by sand traps and the pin placement on that particular Saturday was difficult. So yeah, THAT'S WHY I SHOT SO POORLY! #excuses #excusesA bigger, better pro-shop is being built out right now so that should be cool. Bring your own water, the coolers out on the golf course had water but no cups. Not crowded at all when we came here to play on a Saturday. It's been awhile, so I can't remember the condition of the course--if it was well-kept, I would have remembered that, similarly, if it was in terrible condition, I would remember that. So, it falls somewhere in the middle. $49 weekend morning rounds. I like it better than Emerald Lakes which is nearby.dmo out.

Solid layout, fair but challenging. Greens are normally the best in the county, and fast. Bunkers need work, as they lack sand. Clubhouse is a doublewide, but they are going to build a real one soon. Staff is very friendly and the rates are very reasonable.

This course has never been in better shape as far as I'm concerned. Some easy holes and some real challenges. $25 all day Tuesday's and Thursday's. New clubhouse with snack bar.

Literally created a Yelp just to review this place! The front office guy was a complete ass to me and my friend for only being 5 minutes early to the tee time, just for us to be behind a group of 4 anyway,in which we waited 15 minutes+ to tee off for 13 straight holes. This place has 0 idea how to control tee times and are a complete waste of money /time if you want to play golf.

The course is always fun and the guy at the front desk is very nice. The only problem I have with this course is the lady at the snack bar. She always has an attitude when I want to buy something. Does she not want me to buy anything there? Last time I was there, she gave me an attitude when I tried to pay with card. So unnecessary. She is the older white lady with white hair. I dont know if she is just racist since im not white, but she is always rude.
