The gentleman behind the counter is always very pleasant and helpful, and the selection is fair. Prices are decent-- but in the summertime, it's extremely hot inside, and the seating area is limited. The outdoor seating area could also use a clean up.The only real issue that I have with this shop, is that they tend to cater to a very rowdy and loud sort of clientele. Overall, I like this place, but certain aspects could use some work.

Cool joint- I recommend it. Kind of tight but decent cigar selection for the size. I finished an A Fuente with a cocktail which was exactly what I was looking for. I'll be back when I'm back in town.

Was greeted in a very friendly manner, very helpful. Asked plenty of questions and was given helpful answers and advice. This place is worth the visit. Will be back again!

Had a great time catching up with an old friend. Quit laid back environment to enjoy a drink and a good cigar. A great selection is available and is easy to access

Took my boyfriend here to get cigars and relax. The employee at the register was very knowledgeable and helpful as soon as we walked in. The decor inside is perfect for a cigar lounge. Even the bathroom had mouthwash (with disposable cups) for customers. We sat outside while he enjoyed his cigars.

This place is pretty awesome! A friend and I went there a couple days ago and had a blast! The customer service was excellent, the gentleman at the counter was very nice and attentive and really took the time to answer our questions and help us to find cigars that we would enjoy. I didn't know they had beer either, and they had a delicious porter that I thoroughly enjoyed with my cigar. They had plenty of room and different options to sit and enjoy your cigar and beverage, they also had wine, which I will get next time. Prices were reasonable and the cigar I purchased was very fresh. Love that it's walking distance from my office, wish I had tried it sooner!

I travel often and have visited several dozens of cigar lounges throughout the United States. I was visiting Charlotte because of my fraternity's international meeting. This cigar lounge if you can call it has to be ranked the worst. It is extremely small and there is not enough room for a visiting group. When one of my fraternity brothers and I arrived, there were no seats available in the main area. We asked before we purchased our cigars and beer if there was any seating available. The person working replied with yes so we purchased our items. We then proceeded to enter a room that no one was in. He said that you can't sit in there because it's for members. I understood that and I replied that you just told us that was seating available. He said that it is on the patio. So we proceeded to the pato where no one was at. He said that you can't sit out there either. He attempted to lead us to some make-shift seating where about 30 people were and put two chairs by a tree. I reminded him that he said there was seating available. Mind you, my frat and I had just spent almost $100. I come to Charolette some but will never return here. I don't spend almost $100 at a lounge to sit under a tree. This place is terrible and small.

Very chill vibe. The staff is informative and bubbly. Only beer and wine to pair with your cigar, but a great selection of craft beer so that l is a plus. Parking is challenging because that parking lot is small (about 10-12 spots) there is approximately 14 seats inside and 12 or so on the patio. The humidor selection is pretty good and decently priced.

Best lounge in Charlotte! Glad there is such a place. Very pleasant atmosphere. 5 stars!

I visited this place for the first time last Saturday afternoon with friends (01/25/25). It is a welcoming, fun, friendly atmosphere. It is kinda smokey, even for a cigar bar. I wish the ventilation were better. However, there are lots of cigars and drinks to choose from. This place was filled with friendly, chill, fun, welcoming, classy people. Its on the edge of downtown Charlotte and a great spot to hang out in.
