I came here today with a friend and our kids because we had heard about a "tiny tots" thing they do. And I have to tell you-- it is awesome! Monday-Friday from 1030-12 they basically have open gym where you can bring your babies and toddler to come run and jump around. It's a perfect unstructured activity for toddlers that will be sure to wear them out before nap time. It's $3 and cash only (if you only have a card, they charge their minimum of $10, but the lady at the front desk said that you can pre-pay for days so don't worry if you don't have cash on you!) I think this is a great use of time and I will definitely be back. I read a review complaining about the front desk staff, but they were extremely kind and helpful to me and gave me lots of information.

Charlotte Allstar could be "Allstar" but the front desk staff is ALWAYS - and I mean ALWAYS crabby and unwelcoming. I have been bringing my three (3) grandchildren to this gym for a few months and there has not been one time when we were greeted with a "hi, great to see you" not once. Not when we show for a paid class, not when we show for an open gym, which you do pay a nominal fee. Not once. It's like they don't want you there. Like you are a nuisance. So weird. My granddaughter really wants to be a gymnast so I bring her here but not sure I will continue at this place. Also, one of the instructors made fun of my grandson's name. Who does that? Unprofessional staff and unfriendly at all times. It takes just as much time to rude as it does to be friendly.

My kids started gymnastics classes here this summer and love it. The coaches are active in the classes and try to help each kid improve. The place is huge with lots of trampolines, bars, and beams for practicing, plus huge spring floor areas. Pretty much the whole floor is either covered in a spring floor, trampoline, or mats. We love that they have an open gym for little kids weekday mornings from 10:30-12. It's a great place to go to get energy out--rain or shine. My only complaint is that they don't seem to clean the bathrooms very often. After being used by lots of kids, they need scrubbed and disinfected daily.

My kids (4 and & 7 years old) have been coming here for at least a year now for gymnastics class. They've always enjoyed it and have learned a good bit - certainly noticed a boost in confidence in this arena. My wife learned they also do birthday parties and we had my daughters party there yesterday. Nice private room setup and ready to go upon arrival, including signage to find it. Greeted by Marissa who was friendly, professional and ensured we had everything we needed for the party. "Coach" Marissa was extremely good at engaging the kids, having fun and keeping on schedule. They jumped in the pit, swung on everything, played games and had a great time. Thank you Marissa!

Couldn't ask for more. They have taught her so much and feel like I get a lot for my money. The open gym sessions they offer on no school days and the caring staff make this place top notch.

Usually this is a great place to take the kids. The multiple trampolines, rope swings, foam block pit, bounce house. They usually open at 10:30 AM for pre schoolers. But, the website mistakenly says 10 AM. Recently, I've noticed the place is often in disarray and not vacuumed. Large mats tossed onto trampolines and other activity areas. Twice there has been no bounce house which is my child's favorite activity. When schools are closed they allow big kids in with little kids. Not a good idea. It's a great place to let the kids expend energy. The staff is very nice. Three dollars entrance fee.

Have enjoyed this gym up until today. They have a new mask mandate but after seeing 3/4 of their staff & cheerleaders wearing masks around their neck - I did the same. Was asked not to come back if we can't properly wear a mask (which is their right to ask)- however if they're so "strict" and worried about the virus, maybe they should start with their own employees cheerleaders. Extremely rude and ugly service. Will never give them our business again.

I cannot say enough positive praise for CAC! The staff is always professional, caring and attentive to both the athlete and the parents! One of few gyms that teaches life long values along with skills. Not only can I speak as a parent of an athlete, but as a HS Cheer Coach. Our school team had an overnight camp at CAC which they are still begging to go back next year! A+ gym!

Took my 2 yr old granddaughter here. She enjoyed it. A lot of mats, and built in trampolines in the floor. A good place to run around and burn energy. They do have a foam pit that the kids can slide or jump into.

Helped my daughter gain confidence and improve posture and form. Prices are reasonable and the coaching staff is polite, professional, and gave my daughter the constructive criticism yet encouragement for improvement and empowerment. As a mother I often have "momma bird" instincts and overly criticize services, but I am happy with Charlotte Allstar Gymnastic & Cheerleading. My daughter's confidence has increased which has helped her in school and behavior. A+ coaching staff and facilities. Mama Evelyn
