I had an 8:16a tee time on 5/5/22 - Cinco De Mayo.I got paired with Hunter & Eva a couple who started playing during COVID.They both had previous lessons and had played the course several times before so they had good local knowledge. They were both quite good and played from the black tees, normally I would play the grey which are Senior but I teed with them. The Senior tee's give you no advantage on some holes and on others significant advantage.I decided to purchase the Radcliffe Meck Co Membership which gives you significant discounts of 40% in some cases. In addition you receive a discount for being a Senior. They have a driving range but it's obvious they don't rotate the teeing area to keep the grass fresh. A small bucket is $6 bucks. There is a fair sized practice putting area. For some reason they started us on 10 which is OK for the most part. There were bare spots in the fairway. The tee boxes and greens were all in good shape and greens rolling true and a bit slow. The fairways are very open and there are fairway bunkers on nearly every hole. If you go out of bounds you will be penalized severely because of heavy weed growth and steep drop offs.I liked the front 9 much better. There is a fair amount of water and on 2 holes you hit over water on Par 3's which is fun.The clubhouse is busy and there was only one guy there when I played. He was working the register and answering the phones and serving food. They do have a porta-bathroom on each side. There is also an instructional school on-site. They have a nice covered picnic area with lots of tables.I had a jumbo hot dog which was good, the add custom condiments.Very large parking lot and fairly easy access off I-485.

Used to be a regular course our large group frequented. Unfortunately, management has changed their booking policy. They now require to book online and prepayment for our group. I can only assume they have their reasons but they have lost our groups business. 61 area golfers lost.

Ehh. There are better courses out there for similar money, if not cheaper. Staff was not very friendly when I was there. Course was in ok shape. The wait between holes was insane because of the way the tee times were stacked. Hard to get a rhythm and play good golf. Probably won't be back for awhile as I have other places to try and I know there are better to play again...

Great course. My wife and I are newbies at golf and found this course to be forgiving thanks to the open layout. The greens were in beautiful condition. Definitely worth checking out.

Same review I left on Google...I found this course beautiful with a fun hole layout. Lot of nature, wildlife, etc. Great value for the weekday price. Somewhat of a trip though from Dilworth/southend/uptown.I haven't played any private courses in the area to compare..

Friendly staff, nice 9 hole course, great putting greens to practice before hitting the course. Rainy day when I went, so not crazy busy. Reasonable price and close to the city of Charlotte!

Played CT Myers GC on Thursday June 27th. On the first couple of greens we noticed that there were some problems with greens. There were brown areas and bare places where the grass was gone. Then we discovered that every green on the course had issues, with some worse than others. We were thinking that there was some kind of pest infestation or fungus killing the greens. After the round we quizzed an employee in the clubhouse about what was going on with the greens. She told us that the irrigation system was broken and that the greens hadn't been watered. It is sheer incompetence to let your greens die from lack of water when there is plenty of water available. If you have to, get a water wagon and manually water the greens, one at a time, but you don't let the greens die. These greens were in good shape in late May.

New management took over from Ratcliffe on January 1 and things have been going down hill since. Of course the rates have been increased, but they offer no amenities to offer what soever. No food, no water on the course, unmowed tees, and greens beginning to be taken over by poa. The future looks terrible. I don't know why Mecklenberg County changed managment. They'll will be a lot of unhappy golfers this summer.

Wouldn't recommend coming to this course due to new management and new prices. They don't have anything available and tried to charge me $70 for 18 holes lol.

Visited Charles T with my grandfather and father twice within a few weeks (4/16 & 5/8) each time assisted by SCOTT HADLEY. Scott was very rude and nasty both times. Very disrespectful, dismissive, and simply nasty. Was a terrible representation of this business. All three of us are members of Ratcliff and these two times have truly left a terrible taste in our mouth. We were also told by another employee that Scott was let go in the past and allowed to come back because of staff shortages. If this gentleman is in the clubhouse I suggest you try a different course especially if you want to pay $35 as a MEMBER for a TWILIGHT 5:20 Tee Time and be charged a $15 riding fee for your significant other. The positive is I called today to talk to management and was assisted by ISAAC LEE. He was very helpful in listening to my complaint and gave each of us 3 free rain checks because of the terrible individual named SCOTT HADLEY. So I would like to thank Mr. Lee but this man should've been fired
