Great place for an awesome burger and excellent service! Not sure why I have to have 85 characters to make a post.

Charbar is a perfect spot in South Park. It's a much needed sports bar that has decent food and decent prices. However, it seems the owners continue to have family and friends on the patio and it gets completely closed off, so we can't even go up to enjoy the outside with our dog. It's happened 3 times now so the "owners" friends can watch football. ITS RIDICULOUS. I'm just going to stop going if we can't even watch football outside. The owners can have the party at their house and have it catered.

After looking for a new place to watch football a friend recommended Char Bar on Carmel Road. Nice TVs and lots of them ! There isn't a bad seat in the house. The food was really delicious and the service was great! The hubs had a salmon dinner and I had a steak salad. Both were just delicious. We had a fantastic view to watch our poor Raiders lose another game so to keep our spirits up we ordered a delicious cheese cake dessert which did the trick. It completely made our meal just fantastic ! It was delicious! Great menu, delicious food and lots of screens, Char Bar 7 located on Carmel Road is now in rotation! Two thumbs way up!

We love char bar!!! The ambiance is amazing. Seriously SUCH an upgrade from their last location. The renovation is amazing and all the decorations are beautiful. The food is amazing. The shaved Brussels salad is my go to. So filling and so good. The beer battered mushrooms as a app is amazing and the smothered chicken is so good. Everything I get is delicious and you really can't go wrong. The menu is rather pricy but it is all so good. They have a full bar as well with TONS of TV's showing sports, so fun!The service has not been good the past few times we have gone which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. We go for lunch and there are always not a lot of guests in there. It takes a while for us to be seen, then we will be sitting there for a while, needing something and haven't seen anyone for an extended period of time. Lots of time with drinks empty. I've tried to give them a second chance but we repeatedly get this experience. I would still go back though the food and ambiance are so worth it!

Decent place for lunch and a beer. I've tried multiple things off the menu and they're good. Not great, but good. The pasta I just got is overcooked. Almost mushy. Also suspect they didn't salt the water to boil the pasta.Another visit. Hayseed chicken entree. Chicken is overcooked - or had freezer burn. Tough to cut and lacks flavor. Shaved Brussels with bacon needs salt but otherwise good. Broccoli is good, as usual (but not as fresh as you it could be).

Delicious food, awesome staff & great drinks! Nice place to watch a good sports game. Only issue is their take out service. Wish they would create a designated carry out space (preferably outdoors), so folks at the bar won't be exposed to dogs & their owners carrying DOG POOP inside!

slow service both in restaurant and take out. Food is only average so you shouldn't have slow service.

Went to CharBar today for the first time and loved it! Southwest salad was yummy and the service was great. Definitely will be back!

We have not been to Char Bar in awhile due to life circumstances, but we used to regularly go there on Monday nights. Laura is very good and makes a great drink based on our needs, but tonight, the food was suboptimal. The new Chicken dip appetizer has way too many cracker crumbs on top of it and was not good. On many occasions, we have had the chicken nachos and we have specifically gone there to have them. They were far less than what they have been in the past. They were not hot, had limited toppings, and just did not taste great. Nothing was piping hot and everything came out quickly. The food quality has gone downhill and we will not be back for sometime. We do hate this as the restaurant is close to us and we left huingry tonight.
