My biggest complaint was the ride share. There was ZERO signage or direction. Nobody had a clue where to go, and when we finally got there there was one guy directing traffic with cars and pedestrians all over the place. This was completely disorganized and absolute chaos. In todays world, this venue needs to get organozed and do a better job!The folks working this concert had poor support from their management team, and absolutely zero signage or direction. For what we pay in ticket and venue fees, there ought to be better service than this.

What a great venue! Been to a few concerts here and never had any issues. Yesterday I attended the Creed concert, and in addition to having a great time, it was one of the most hassle free concert events I've ever experienced. I'm aware of the rain issue at the Ghost concert there last year, and as the rain came in I was afraid I was going to have a similar experience. But the venue kept us updated via social media on the rain delays and we were able to hang out at our hotel until the concert was given the go ahead. Pretty cool. There is a separate Uber lot for those using ride share services, and it drops you off and picks you up very close to the gate, this was especially useful after the show and honestly our wait for our Uber was less than 15 minutes. That's something you won't experience at many venues in larger cities.Security was a breeze, and very well staffed and concessions were the same. There are plenty of bathrooms that were easily accessible and overall the park was very clean. Looking forward to coming back soon for another concert in the future.

Your experience with outdoor venues will vary with the weather. It rained at mine, so the concert was delayed. CCNB is very eager run the show no matter what, so expect to be a show even with rain. We had thunder storms so they delayed until they could do a shorter show.Overall, not bad with keeping status updates, but it became very busy when they did open the gates. Cell service does drop off there too, with so many phones. The lawn area isn't bad, and the sound system covers the area very well. Some concerts allow beach chairs, but this one didn't. You have to check their website day-of.Parking wasn't too bad, and I'm glad it was free. It was a little bit of a walk, but not bad at all.I posted some pics the food stands, looked decent-but concert priced. Seems like an affordable concert venue, which I can respect. I'm sure on fair weather days, everything runs smoother and is a solid concert venue. If there is a band I know playing here, I would definitely come back.

I'm surprised by the low ratings for the CCNB Amphitheatre! We attended the Spiritbox, Papa Roach, and Shinedown concerts here in September 2023 and had a good experience. This is an all-outdoor venue, so dress appropriately, but our weather was gorgeous.Parking was easy and free. We arrived early, which was smart because the venue is off a two-lane road and latecomers had to park further away and walk. If you're early and get a spot in the parking lot close to the venue instead of the overflow lot, the walk isn't bad at all.The concert didn't allow folks to bring in chairs, so we purchased tickets with seats. Outdoor folding chairs were available for rent, but I didn't see a single rented chair on the lawn, so I guess the price was not right. Policies differ from show to show but are spelled out on the website, so do your research and buy tickets accordingly.CCNB Amphitheatre has buildings with bathrooms, portalets, and fancy trailers with potties. The food and beverage choices are good, with mostly "fair foods" and typical concert beers, wines, and frozen cocktails. Don't expect anything fancy, but do expect to pay concert prices because beer and food aren't cheap at any event. Our show was a lot of fun, but we left a little early to beat the traffic. I would hate to see the crowd to leave, especially with a two-lane road. I feel like the area's infrastructure is still "catching up" with this venue, but I would return for a concert.

I don't understand the low rating for CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park. This place bring so much joy and entertainment to the Simpsonville/Greenville area! As a whole, the park is a great place to workout during the day and party at night. There is plenty of parking and security during events so attendees feel safe and it's clean and calm during the day. Not to mention the sports fields that they provide for children. I highly recommend you check out their website for the next event and live life to the fullest!

Went for a concert and I will never go back. The experience getting into the venue was enough to decide that, I have been to concerts in venues all over the country, and I have never seen such a completely disorganized and poorly planned entry, exit and parking. There is zero reason that it should take over 2 hours of sitting in traffic to enter a venue. NONE. I won't return and I recommend seeing concerts and events are venues who are equipped to handle the traffic and details of having larger bands and events.

Told by employees Ghost was cancelled and that we had to leave, but to watch social media for updates. An hour later they said on FB that theeu would let us know if they would start the show, an hour later posted they were trying to set up. This all started at 7:30 and it is after 10 now. Terrible communication. Terrible organization. Bad value. Trying to resist a refund. In line of vehicles trying yo get back in, cops not letting anyone in. Drove 3.5 hours, got a hotel room, took off from work, and 300$ per ticket for 2 of us.They posted on Facebook at 11:15 that the event would rescheduled in 2 days. Impossible for me afford to set this all up again so soon.

I just tried attending a concert here for the third time. Every time has been a fiasco. Two of the three times the stage has gotten flooded because they don't have adequate stage coverage for an outdoor amphitheater when it rains heavily. It's the only outdoor venue I've been to out of many that doesn't have coverage well beyond the front of the stage and doesn't have the sides of the stage protected. Most extend out so far in front that many of the seating areas are covered. This place simply reeks of cost cutting. Even when a definite answer can't be given, a little messaging can go a long way. Unfortunately, they don't appear to value their patrons enough or simply don't know how to manage public relations effectively. Communication, especially in the age of social media has also been abysmal from the management of the CCNB Amphitheater. They could really do so much better. No venue is perfect but 0/3 is enough of a track record for me to feel comfortable leaving a very negative review. If they decide to get serious, they might be able to have a great venue and draw some bigger acts, but I fear this bad track record like this, especially with larger draws is going to drive away many of them. I would love to see more great venues in the Greenville area, but at this time the CCNB Amphitheater at Heritage Park is not one.

Went for the first time, concert was awesome. The parking and layout was pretty good for us wheelchair users. The staff was very helpful, great vendors and food. The only negative was the handicap seating, it looked great two nice raised platform, we were told we could use either one, of course we went to the bigger one with the better view of the stage, then we were told we had to move because this on was reserved for " friends and family" of the performers. Funny thing, there were 9 people in the handicapped area and 5 or 6 in the friends and family area and most of the time only 2 or 3. According to the seating chart there's a VIP section which seen the correct place for VIP'S and family of the performers

First time here and what should have been an enjoyable experience for a special July 4th event turned into a nightmare of a parking exit situation, putting a sour taste on the overall experience. Upon seeing the reviews, apparently this has always been the case and the owners are not interested in ever resolving. No guidance with a completely packed venue leading to mayhem, disorganization and sitting without exiting for almost two hours. Anyone planning to attend an event here might find the following helpful: Early parking recommended. You can make it a tailgate session with a canopy, cooler & snacks. Figure out best place that works to lessen getting stuck forever when you try to leave. Water runs out (see other reviews) so keep that in mind if you like to stay hydrated. Diaper bags allowed so bring enough for your little ones as you can carry. Other drinks available but limited on quality beer (craft). $8 / beer or $48 for 6. Frozen beverages and liquor bars on either side of the stage. Bring your own chairs / blankets as it's mostly lawn seats. Long walk if you get there late to park / wear comfortable shoes. Two big bathrooms on either size so not very long lines during a packed venue time. Burgers, Pizza, hot dogs, chicken tenders, chicken fried rice, pretzels, boiled peanuts all available (vendors might change?) $10+ Security so so but not any issues during this event. Will be happy to up the review if exiting venue logistics gets resolved. Can be a 4 star place if it was less hassle to access / get in & out better / with more options for beer, healthy food choices were available in the future.
