Casa Vieja is one of those places where the owners took a less than perfect older building and turned it into a very nice and cozy wonderful place for lunch. The service was excellent and fast! Our server was always quick to answer every question and take care of every request.I was using my GPS to navigate to this location. When I saw the building painted bright and red I knew immediately that was the place. The restrooms were small but had everything needed including luxury decor and assured cleanliness. This will continue to be one of our favorite finds in the Belmont area.

Tried Casa Veja again since my first visit in 2019. Definitely some of the worse mexican food I have ever had. Lunch combo beef taco and burrito with rice. Rice was hard, taco shell had not been heated to crisp so it was stale, same for the burrito shell. The beef flavor was way off. Cheese dip, no flavor. Never again. I'm actually surprised they are still open.

Been here twice for Taco Tuesday. They also have $3 margaritas on Tuesday. The waitresses are nice, but not all native English speakers, so be a little patient. The first time the taco's were tasty, and they would do frozen margaritas. The second time, the tacos were bland and they would not make the margaritas frozen. My problem is if they can't make consistently good tacos, why would I risk $75 on dinner for three from their regular menu on other days? They've got to take Taco Tuesday more seriously as a way to get people to come back on other days of the week to try their other menu items.
