Carolina Fried Chicken

I've been here a few times over the last few weeks and I've had some ok food but this last one just really was bad and not what I expected at all so now it's time to review it. I wish I could say I was super happy and that's why I'm reviewing this. Tonight I called and ordered a pizza sub (didn't eat it but my nephew said it was good) and a chicken quesadilla (the young sounding guy that took my order couched for this quesadilla like it was the best thing ever).I'll show you what this thing has in it and this doesn't strike me as quesadilla at all. Not only does it not really taste like any quesadilla I've had but it has strange toppings so I'll probably never eat here again.

Food is okay. A little bland. The building needs renovation badly. There's a pest issue the last couple times I've been there. But overall the service is great. There's hardly any other restaurants to choose from in Robbins so this is where most flock to.

Fried chicken has no flavor at all.Steak sub okay but nothing special. Service is good, hence the 2 stars.The place is convenient, but the food is not something I would come back to.

Always consistent and spot on. They serve a huge variety of food. From burgers to chicken to pizza and homemade milkshakes. Highly recommend the chicken breast (freshly pulled off the bone) sandwich with your favorite toppings.

I moved to Robbins about 12 years ago and discovered The Chicken Hut! First time I ever ate there was to order pizza, who knew a chicken place could make great pizza too!! Thier chicken sandwiches, mushrooms and BBQ sandwich are the bomb!! Thier homemade milkshakes are just like we all remember them when we were Young! We eat there almost every week!

Omg this is some of the best fried chicken I've EVER had! The cole slaw was also DELICIOUS. Oh and so was the fried squash. The fried shroom app is good but you should order that as an appetizer first because the are super hot. They didn't come with a dipping sauce though. Hubby had the pinto beans as a side and devoured them si I guess they too were yummy. This is a no frills, seat yourself kinda place. But it's really good food at really good prices. Can't wait to go back.

Food is very good and reasonably priced. Service is good and restaurant is clean and serves a variety of food ! Fried chicken is good and I love their hotdogs ! If you like Cole slaw, which I do, it's very good. Highly recommend !

We were traveling through town and found this almost on accident. We liked the name and the reviews were good. When we pulled up I was a bit concerned. It looks like the kinda placeThatCould be amazing or could be REALLY bad. We ordered at the counter. The rest of my family got fried. Chicken and equally fried veggies like squash, onion rings etc. I got a gyro. I wasn't super hungry and really do not like fried food. A few minutes later they called our number and brought the food to our table. I wish I had been super hungry. The gyro was amazing. I tried an onion ring and a bite of the fried chicken!!!. Wow. The chicken had just the right amount of batterAnd was crispy fried. (Not greasy fried). I wish I had been hungry enough to try a dessert. They looked scrumptious

Uhh they used to have a different owner and they past it over to one of there family members and they are sky high In prices the foods good but the prices are pretty bad.

Manager changed and Pete raised all the prices not a good time to do that to your loyal customers 10.99 for a shrimp plate really no more of our business
