If you want some of the best oxtails Haitian/Caribbean food in town you must visit this food truck ! The owner is super sweet and cares about her customers and you can tell she puts love into her food and gets soo excited when she talks about each dish . I finally got a chance to try the facrèma drink it's super thick in consistency so drink slow . What also wowed me outside of the food was the dessert which was a Cremas Cheesecake. At first bite I was like wait a minute it's alcohol in this cake , after inquiring she did confirm it's rum inside. Her days hours are Wednesday -Saturday 12-7, and you can catch the food truck located at 1237 Tyvola Road suite A Charlotte NC. 28210 (Next to EC Beauty Supply Store) on those days and hours . XMake sure you order some of that strawberry passion fruit lemonade to wash it all down , it's truly amazing .

Unfortunately, this rating will not be based on the taste or quality of food. It's more so on the lack of care as potential customers or professionalism.My office (300+ people) sought out booking Caribbean Buzz for one of our resource group's food truck week. In honor of Black History Month, we wanted to honor local black owned businesses. We went through all steps of confirming and locking in a date. All bases were covered, however the vendor was a no show. I reached out to the vendor after the discussed time of arrival. Many stories/excuses were shared that did not align. Being as though, they were the first business we were highlighting and kicking off the week. We were a little embarrassed by the outcome of the no sh. Nonetheless I wish them success just wish things could've worked out differently.

Wish I could give a review on the food but I can't, I can only review our experience attempting to get food. We received notice earlier in the week that their food truck would be in the entrance of the neighborhood this Friday from 5pm - 8:30pm. We arrived in line at 5:20p. We waited in a short line, meaning only two people ahead of us for 25 mins only to be told they were pretty much out of everything but fried chicken or wings. The thing is when the person before us was ordering he told her they had everything left but two items. None of the items she ordered were the items we tried to order so actually they were out of so much than he said. I watched all 3 ppl who had already ordered by the time we arrived get there food so I imagine they were there at 5. Either way the truck owner was under prepared. He even said he didn't think the turnout would be what it was. Legit it wasn't even a huge turn out.

One of my favorite food trucks. Their jerk spice mix is amazing and their food quality is excellent.

It's delicious! We've had the chicken and conch fritters. Highly recommend!

I've always enjoyed the dishes from Caribbean Buzz but recently I discovered they had a website to order different seasoning, cremas, etc. The shipping was very fast and everything I ordered came in great condition. Highly recommend!
