Campfire Grill

Love the Camp Fire Grill. Always good service and the food never disappoints.Very nice wine selections as well. I highly recommend this establishment.

We stopped here on the way to our hotel and were not disappointed! Food was delicious! we had amazing service, food was brought out quickly and the restaurant had a warm and inviting feel! Would definitely come again!

This is one of my better restaurant reviews.Walking in the door , the floor was clean with no soap residue.The water glasses were spotless with no signs of food soil around the rims.and the silverware also had no residual food soil nor any "SOAP SPOTS".The napkins had no rancid smell and were clean.In my 40 years of professional restaurant / Hospital sanitation , not many had all these qualities at the same time. The food was excellent. I had short ribs over mashed potatoes with carrots. The wife had a prime rib sandwich. The portion were large enough so we did not leave hungry. Food was somewhat pricy. .but if you want less go to McDonaldsYes..this is a class act that i would recommend to anyone.Tip of the Hat

The service was top notch. Our greeting was so nice and our server Mara outstanding. The food was very tasty and served fast. The restaurant has a great ambiance about it, that I can't wait to go back.

What a cute Gem! It was a busy night ( prime rib night) and we were given the option to hang in the "waiting room" until our table is ready. The menu is mainly American with a local twist. The drinks were strong and tasty. The fish dip is a must try. There was a little bit of a wait for the food to arrive but who cares the atmosphere was perfect. Multiple people kept checking in which was great. The prime rib had a hint of smokiness and was cooked perfectly. We were told that all the meat is smoked in house. So glad we came as a first meal while visiting!

We love Campfire Grill! Located in the beautiful, quaint and historic area of Flat Rock, NC, Campfire Grill has a very relaxing, beautiful mountain cabin atmosphere with fabulous food and drinks! We have dined there twice so far and loved it. Their chicken wings are exceptional...large in size, smoked then grilled. Their Rosemary French fries are cooked to perfection, crispy outside and yet creamy inside. Salad with Caesar dressing was so fresh and delicious! The croutons are from the Flat Rock Bakery, just a few doors down from Campfire Grill. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looks just amazing. We can't wait to try their other menu items! A lot to choose from! A very nice wine and cocktail list. Great martinis! Campfire Grill holds a Wine Tasting every Wednesday from 4-6pm. They offer Daily Specials that changes and also a Brunch! You can also make reservations. You are welcomed the minute you enter the door. What an enjoyable and relaxing restaurant, we just love coming here. A great bar to sit at, dining tables are scattered about giving diners plenty of room. A gorgeous fireplace room! The Wednesday Wine Tastings are held in the Fireplace Room and on other days when there isn't a tasting, you are able to enjoy a beverage there. It's just so beautiful. The service at Campfire Grill is well orchestrated and exceptional with a great and attentive staff. From the hostesses, to the chefs and kitchen staff, to the bartenders, to the waitstaff, to the wine sommelier, the managers and owner, it definitely takes an entire team to achieve greatness...Campfire Grill is all that. Highly, highly recommend Campfire Grill!

Truly a five star experience her last evening. Samantha, our server, was a delight. She suggested the prime rib which we split. We both agreed it was one of the best we've had. Service was five stars, food was five stars and we even sat outside which made the whole evening five stars.

Morgan was our server, and she was awesome. She was extremely friendly, listened very carefully to everything we requested, and answered all of our questions. All with a smile. This place is so unique. A little rustic, a little classy, a little romantic. Great menu with a lot of choices.First, let me tell you about the amazing chicken noodle soup. Clearly homemade, with a delicious garlic butter knot on the side that was also quite epic. We both had salmon, my hubby had his with mashed potatoes and all of the seasoning, and mine was grilled with lemon butter, and a plain baked potato which was cooked perfectly. I love the fact that they cooked the salmon well done as I requested. It was perfect.Super extraordinary compliments to the chef here. This is not everyday food. You have to try this place.Oh, the outdoor seating is fantastic. It's a beautiful setting. You can either sit on the porch, or you can sit in the garden area with a lot of greenery, sitting off a road that has a lot of woods.

The food was great ! I had the short rib entree and the others had various entrees which they said were great. Definitely going back.
