Cafe Ganache

Amazing cronuts! We tried the cinnamon and sugar ones, which were all they had on a Sunday. Very flaky and light layers like an croissant and sugary flavor. The glaze was delicious hut but I liked the cinnamon the best. They also had sandwiches with the cronut as the bun. We didn't try those but it sounds yummy. The food truck was at Cabarrus brewery when we visited. I would like to try the desserts sometime!

We had been looking for cronuts since our tip to NYC and finally found this gem of a food truck. Cronuts were amazing and the tuna melt was out of this world good. We will be back

Delicious desserts. The cronut (doughnut and croissant creation) in particular is amazing buttery goodness. If you are looking for confections to enjoy or to give as gifts, you will be pleased. ** Please note the South Park kiosk location closed and they are now a food truck. **

Kronuts. Get them. I came one day and chose the pecan pie (or was it praline) kronuts one day and was blown away by the flavor and texture. I have never had a kronut, but this exceeded my expectations. I even came back the next day for another of the same and also the cinnamon sugar. Again, so good. It's not the easiest to find if you didn't know to look for a kiosk. I hope this place sticks around because I look forward to trying more flavors! They do have other pastries of kronuts aren't what you want.

Stopped by for the first time and tried a cream cheese Danish which was amazing!!! I also had a coconut macaroon which wasn't my favorite.

Such a fabulous selection of delicious goodies, you must try every single thing they have! I enjoyed what I tasted so much that I ordered an assortment of cookies, salted caramel brownies, and macaroons to be delivered to some of my local Clients. The process was easy, the Customer Service was top-notch, and my Clients were thrilled with the product! I will be ordering again when the holidays roll around! Fantastic, don't let the mall kiosk location fool you. The pastries are way too delicious to come from a mall! Go there now.

I am commenting on this as their food truck. They have been late the two times I have gone to visit them. Both times I have been one of the first people to solicit their business and they have been out of pecan pie cronuts. I settled for an overpriced cinnamon sugar cronut that ended up being burnt and was not even good.

What amazing tasty treats! I couldn't make up my mind what to get so I tried the cronuts (all 3 ridiculously amazing flavors!), cheese Danish (to die for even if you don't typically love it) and Apple Crumb Cake!I can't get over how convenient it is to have a delicious mini-bakery among the kiosks at South Park mall. It's a big step up from anything in the area and everything was super fresh. I will definitely be picking up some goodies for the holidays!
