"A pleasant surprise in Concord. I didn't expect to find a Peruvian restaurant when I ran a few errands but when I saw it I had to give it a try. When I walked in you could smell the great rotisserie chicken. The menu options are not impressive yet it has everything you would want for lunch or dinner. The location of the restaurant is also not all that impressive but it is convenient for those who live in the area - easy in and out. The restaurant is more of a fast-food type restaurant. Not very impressive as it is not decorated in any manner; rather plain. I wasn't planning on staying so it was ok for me. You place your order then sit or wait for taking out. I had the chicken and I was not disappointed. It is a nice replacement for Viva Chicken. I really enjoyed it and would recommend you try it."

"Skip the chipotle line and come to Wrapway! Absolutely amazing food, it's set up like a subway. You build a salad, burrito, or bowl. The meat is halal, and the ingredients are very fresh. What made my first time here unforgettable is the service. I was having trouble deciding what to get so the worker offered me a sample of all their options. I'm not sure if that just made things harder for me or not since every single thing was delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean and they cook everything in front of you. I was in the area spending time with family, ordered the Brisket Sandwich for myself - it was decent, was not disappointed. My father got a bowl of chili - he stated it was very good.Wife ordered the cherry wood salmon, and was pleased with the salmon as well; she said it was good enough to order again. Came here for some fried green tomatoes since last time I was in town this is where I got them, quite a few years ago, and unfortunately they are no longer on the menu. Still a pretty decent food spot, good for a stop in"

"Great value for the money for the Beef and Lamb Shawarma plate. I got a side of yellow rice and hummus. The hummus came with pita. The first few bites of pita had a drawback taste but it went away. Not sure why it tasted old. I wasn't sure if it was the hummus so I tried it by itself. Anyhow, the rest of the meal tasted good. I was happy they have the iconic whipped garlic. I hope to try the Talapia in Garlic Sauce people are raving about at other locations. The entry and waiting area isn't too appealing but around the corner the dining area is clean and seat cushions compliment the Mediterranean culture. If you like Le Kebab, you'll enjoy this place. They even have Knafeh!"

"Great new spot in uptown for healthy eats! On my first visit, I had the cilantro chicken quinoa bowl but added jalapeños, onions and mushrooms. I'm happy I added the jalapeños especially as I like spice/heat and think the bowl would have been just a little bland without them. Service was super friendly on my visit and all the food was incredibly fresh and colorful! Prices were reasonable. Not much on the menu over $10. I can't wait to get back and try the lavash flat breads. Healthy pizza?! Sign. Me. Up! Again, SO excited to have a spot for fresh, healthy food in uptown. Fun that they offer breakfast in addition to lunch! I hope they do a good enough business to extend their evening hours. (Right now, they close at 5pm. I'd love to see them stay open until 6:30pm or 7:00pm.) It would be so nice to have a healthy option to stop in for a salad, grain bowl or lavash flatbread/wrap before evening shows at Blumenthal."

This review mostly focuses on the food and service aspects.I saw several reviews that mentioned the Jamaican Chicken Salad wrap so I decided to give it a go. The verdict? It was quite good! I like more spice but I eat spicy food a lot so I have a high tolerance for it. That being said, sure that they could spice it up but I never asked because I wanted to try it the way they normally serve it first.I also read some previous reviews that mentioned the soups so I had to try one! I opted for the White Bean and Chicken soup and it was fabulous! In fact, it's one of the best soups I have ever tasted! It was perfectly heated too! Nicely done! Cheers!"

Maybe a hair pricey for the area, but I assume that this area thought it would be more popular.I only got a smoothie this time around, but I'll be back to try some sandwiches and such. They did have some unique smoothie recipe ideas which was a fresh take for me. All of the ingredients looked fresh and all of the employees were more than eager to help with a smiling face.I will note that there were some "fun facts" on the wall that maybe needed some asterisks beside the word "facts". "Apples give you more energy than coffee", I've tried both and I disagree, I guess it depends on your definition of the word energy. "Broccoli contains more protein than steak", no, no it doesn't. Not by weight at least and that is how people would make this comparison. People aren't all that bright these days and don't need iffy "facts" to confuse them. JMHO."

It was light, smooth, and refreshing. Mr. Finnegan, the stout, had a lot of coffee flavor. I enjoyed that live music was playing. There was a fun and casual atmosphere and a food truck outside. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Beer was available in cans so you can take your favorite beers home. There were also shirts for sale. I am glad I found this brewery. It was a great place to relax on a hot day. I will definitely return the next time we visit this area."

"This place is one of my favorites in Charlotte. The atmosphere is eclectic and has a cool vibe. The food is off the hook good plenty of amazing options, including excellent vegetarian and vegan options. It's order at the counter so the service is always spot on and the crew that runs the food to the table is very attentive. The only thing missing when I ate there earlier this was heat. It was frigid in there so cold that I had a hard time enjoying my lunch. I inquired as to why it was so cold and the response was "I know it's really strange how cold it is in here. " Everyone in the restaurant was bundled up because it was a pretty cold day in Charlotte not sure what's going on, but I'm not going back until the heat's fixed. The lack of heat is the reason they lost a star."

Chicken was flavorless and dry. The dressing lacked the punch of flavor this salad really needed. The quantity is plentiful but was left wanting to "doctor it up" somehow because I was hungry."

I immediately stopped and took a right because I could feel the positive energy radiating through this business. Sure enough, I was warmly greeted by the likes of Mindy and Kim.The Burford Variety Stop Cafe has everything that you can imagine and more. While they specialize in their sundaes and milkshakes, the food is what really got my attention. I couldn't decide between the burger, grilled chicken sandwich, or wings. But I happily picked the wings and my stomach is very grateful I did!They also sell pet food, and other assortments of snacks and other random foods. You can also find a select amount of antiques all around the Cafe which may catch your eye! There is indoor and outdoor seating available for guests. I will definitely be returning whenever I fund myself in the area again!"

As far as the Cheeseburger and Blackened Chicken, excellent! Fries are good, not great. Brownie Ice Cream (Whip Cream included) is amazing! Service was as good as it gets. And the place is spotless. Even when I walked by the kitchen, I was in awe of the cleanliness. This is a place you go to try many different menu items on different trips. You will always have a great meal, and you will sometimes have an exceptional meal. The Fresh Chef people definitely know how to run a restaurant. Highly recommend!"

This tiny cafe has no indoor seating but a shaded area outside with a dozen picnic tablesFor a nice day's lunch.The Wednesday special is a chicken philly and this sandwich is MAGICALLY DELICIOUS!! I've never had a Philly made with chicken before. The shredded chicken was lean and seasoned incredibly well. The cheese, green pepper, onion, along with the soft sub bun made this a perfect sandwich. The side of seasoned fries was great as well. We treated ourselves to an Apple CInnamon Donut Sundae for dessert, which was a really yummy end to the meal, although I must say that I was a tick underwhelmed with the cake donut. These chicks hit it out of the park. They won't need luck to make this work, because they just have good solid food that people will return for. You can order online at Two chicks and a scoop, plus they offer delivery. Perfect meal to eat-in while watching the World Series!"
