"Lovely ambiance with very good food. I had the halibut and a baby lettuce salad. Both were excellent. The salad was not overdressed with the dressing. The halibut was perfectly cooked and beautifully complemented by the saffron sauce.Service was excellent, friendly, but not obtrusive."
"Had a fantastic experience at Capital Grille in Charlotte. My husband and I were celebrating our 3rd Anniversary and wanted a romantic evening out. C.G. did not disappoint! Made a reservation at 7. They called us a couple days ahead to verify reservation, asked if it was a special occasion, and explained their dress code, and that valet parking was available. We arrived a bit early and had a delicious champagne cocktail at the bar. Friendly bartenders and guests surrounded us. Very nice ambience. We were seated at our table in a timely manner. Service was excellent. I ordered the Filet with the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, both were out of this world! My husband had the Bone-In Ribeye and New England Clam Chowder. He raved about both. Two things were less than perfect...our table was very wide and we were sitting across from each other. Made it very difficult to talk quietly to each other. The other thing we noticed was the dress code was not being adhered to by several of the guests. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!"

"Fresh, flavorful, and made with care--Capishe delivers Italian comfort food at its best. The house-made pasta is silky and satisfying, the pizza dough perfectly crisp, and every dish feels thoughtfully crafted with quality ingredients. It's the kind of food that keeps you coming back. The ambience matches the food--modern yet welcoming, with exposed ceilings, hanging lights, and sleek industrial floors that give it a cool, urban feel. It's casual but charming, making it a great spot for anything from a quick bite to a leisurely meal. No fuss, just really good Italian. Capishe?"
"BAKU is my absolute go-to spot in the neighborhood for meeting friends for a drink and some sushi. While I've never really dined downstairs in the restaurant, the upstairs bar is such a vibe that we always end up there instead. The space is super cute, whether you're grabbing a spot at the bar or lounging in the seating area.On busier nights, especially if you're with a group of four or more, I'd recommend making a reservation--it can fill up quickly! Yes, it's on the pricier side, but I usually come here for the cocktails and the ambiance, and it never disappoints. If you're looking for a chic spot to enjoy great drinks, light bites, and an elevated atmosphere, BAKU is the place to be. Highly recommend!"
"First time but not the last time I'll be visiting. We attended on a Saturday, and we were promptly seated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance had low lighting & it's very romantic. The drinks we're delicious & the alcohol was nicely distributed .We started with the seafood tower, crabcakes & stuffed mushrooms. Follow up by the Lobster tails ,Tomahawk steak, mashed potatoes & creamed spinach. 5 stars all around. Food was presented timely, it was hot & delicious."
"Wow! From the time you walk in and smell their incredible candles until the time you've walked out after a delicious meal, this is a great experience!Based on the name you should be able to tell that they have PLENTY of wines. I highly suggest doing a flight to try all the different types if you are a wine lover. The cocktails are also very nice and should not be overlooked just because they have a lot of wine options. When it comes to the food, the kung pao brussel sprouts are a necessity! They're a great starter to your brunch, lunch, or dinner. I also really enjoyed the spicy sausage pizza. The staff is helpful and engaging. The whole experience here is great and should be shared with friends and family."
"Whether you're in the mood for Italian food, have something to celebrate, or both, I highly recommend visiting Indaco. The personalized touch for your night out along with delicious food made our experience here so memorable. The staff was extremely friendly, food was fresh and flavorful, and atmosphere was delightful. The entire table enjoyed their meal which is hard to come by.I can't thank Indaco enough for a great experience and tasty food. We will be back (I need another one of your espresso martinis again soon)!!"
"Excellent Food, Service , Craft Beer, Wine, Ports and Liquor! They have wonderful owners who work here everyday with their team! Great Location!"
"I came here for a work dinner so there was a preset menu and the overall service is different than a typical dinner here. For the drink, I got the California Dreamin' mocktail and it was very delicious with the bloody orange in it. Then to start, I got the Caesar salad which was good and typical. For the entree, I got the Pan Roasted Salmon and it was a bit overcooked, the skin was burnt, and it was a small portion for the whopping price of it. It was served with lentils which were not good in general. The star of the show was the dessert which was the Flourless Chocolate Cake which was very rich and tasty. The service was good and the outdoor patio space is closed off and heated for the colder weather."
"I recently was able to dine at Dolce after more than 15 years and was rather impressed. I don't remember being that impressed 15 years ago, hence why I never returned, but glad I did.The atmosphere is quaint, service is on point and they offer a nice variety of Italian options. Once seated we ordered wine, ordered and received a fresh basket of bread. A variety of dishes were ordered and everyone seemed to enjoy. I had the ravioli which was cooked to perfection.I will definitely keep Dolce in mind when looking for Italian food with a nice atmosphere."
"Really cute spot with live music. It was the three of us and we started with Tuna Tartare I thought it was a little too salty but still good. Our table had the Shrimp Diablo, Eggplant Parmesan and the Chicken Marsala. All very solid options. The eggplant was layered between ricotta and the spaghetti that came with it was a perfect compliment. My friends also loved their entree. The best part was our server Noah, he was soooo sweet, nice and attentive. Really exceptional service. Definitely would come back next time I'm in town."
"The atmosphere is 10/10. The staff were amazing. The food was pretty good. I've never had this type of cuisine so I think I am not a great judge. The freshness and presentation were there. Parking is right in front with a bakery next door."

Absolutely delicious, pricey, but delicious for sure! Stephanie was our server and she was so fun and knowledgeable! So what did we eat?! We started with an old fashion which was really good! They muddled the orange peel and cherry just a little bit- it was perfect. Also tried the orange crush. I could have drank a pitcher of them! It was sweet but not overly sweet. Had fresh orange peel and a bit of spice to it. I will definitely be craving these!THE BRUSSELS SPROUTs!! Even if you don't like them- I swear these will convert you lol no lie I wanted to order another plate of them. The but of char with the perfect amount of seasoning and a drizzle of goddess dressing. Honestly I can't love them more! We also indulged in the grilled shrimp, beef short rib, and Au gratin potatoes. The only BAD thing I can even come up with, is that I wanted larger portion of the short rib for the price, but mainly because it was the best short rib I've ever had. The au gratin was creamy and light with just the perfect amount of browned cheese on top. Starving just thinking about it all. But that wasn't all- I couldn't leave without dessert. The chocolate torte w butter pecan gelato was the perfect balance to the whole night. The torte was sweet and creamy. Not too dense. The gelatos really balanced out the chocolate - true compliment to each other!

The service was amazing. The food did take a while to come out but when it did it was impeccable. The salmon had the most crispy texture on top and was moist and juicy in the inside. The calamari was also good. Our service Nicole was so kind and knowledgeable regarding the generous pour wine selection. All of the wines that were sampled paired well with our dishes. The restaurant was a little loud but it was a Friday night .

Fleming's was a delightful experience that delivered on its fine dining promise. The interior exudes elegance, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. Let's talk about the food--the roasted sweet potatoes with brown sugar were absolutely to die for! The flavor was simply incredible, and they paired perfectly with the chipotle mac & cheese. The mac & cheese had a lovely crust on top and a creamy texture at the bottom that made it irresistible. I didn't order any meats this time, but I'm already looking forward to coming back to try their certified Angus beef ribeye. The blueberry lemon drop was another highlight. It looked gorgeous and tasted just as good--definitely a drink I'd recommend on your next visit! Our server, Allyssa G., was outstanding. She was attentive throughout the night, ensuring our water glasses were always full--a rare but much-appreciated touch. Her excellent service deserved a great tip, and I was more than happy to oblige. To top it all off, my party and I celebrated a friend's birthday on the evening of January 15, 2025, and Fleming's went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with complimentary champagne for a toast and gifted my friend a small box of chocolates. This thoughtful gesture was the best birthday offering I've seen at a restaurant. Kudos to Fleming's for making the night unforgettable! Here are pictures of the restaurant, the menu with prices, and my food and drinks.

From the moment you walk through the doors at Sixty Vines, the entire experience is a vibe! The decor is absolutely stunning--sophisticated yet inviting--and sets the perfect atmosphere for a great time. The staff was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, making sure our party of eight had an unforgettable dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food--10 out of 10, no notes! We ordered five shared appetizers, and every single bite was scrumptious. Each dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and left us wanting more. For my main entrée, I had the pork chop, and WOW--it was the best pork chop I have ever had. Juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection, it completely exceeded my expectations.Highly recommend Sixty Vines for an amazing dining experience!

So impressed with Indaco! This restaurant has a great vibe. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. Instantly it was like they knew exactly who we were. They were so welcoming. After chatting for a few moments we were seated. Each of us had a glass of wine...a perfect compliment to our meals. Everything we ordered was AMAZING! The make their pasta fresh daily. You can truly tell the pasta was fresh (not out of a box) when you took your first bite. The marinara was so good. I felt like I was at my great grandma's house many years ago. Try the pasta, pizza....everything! I cannot wait to return to Indaco for another fantastic meal. I had pictures but they were deleted from my phone. I was hoping to show the reader some amazing photos. Next time!

After trudging out to Ballantyne to see what was going on at the new IKEA Plan and Pick Up Point, we crossed the street for a relaxing adult beverage. We were warmly welcomed on this Sunday afternoon with multiple football games on their overhead televisions.A beer for me and a mocktail for Mrs. K. which we enjoyed with their baked brie. This was a really nicely presented plate with a wheel of cheese that held up nicely alongside a sliced apple with candied pecans drizzled in honey. While the toast points with it were nice, they were a bit crumbly and a small loaf of French bread might have gone better.Overall, we had a very pleasant time at Queen City and look forward to returning. As well, they're on the Delta Airlines Dining Rewards so I earned some bonus points![Review 83 of 2025 - 4058 in North Carolina - 23651 overall]

"This restaurant was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was excellent and the service we received from our waiter Taylor was exceptional. My favorite dish was the caviar sampler absolutely worth every dime! The escargot was delicious."
"Stopped by for a quick bite and it was a great idea! Cute ambiance, good service and the apps were great! The salmon was creamy and worked great with the fresh chips. The hush puppies were yummy and I wanted more with the dip"
"Service is lovely and friendly. The wine selection is excellent and varies between new and old world. The food was the most surprising - freshly prepared, very tasty and a great variety to choose from."
"Burger was big and juicyChicken sandwich was big and juicyService was a little slow but it was Monday and a busy nightLots of tv to watch sportsGood music was playingClean bathroomsHostess was the cutest little teenage boy. Very polite and great attitude. We enjoyed and will return. Already told my friends about this place."
"We tried to get in the bar next door but the wait was over an hour. I had veal saltenboca, and my work companion had the shrimp linguini. Prices were reasonable. Came w a salad. Her dish looked good. My veal was a lot to eat but didn't have the spinich they promised. Cheese and ham were minimal. It was o, nothing special. Came w small bread loaf on the table. An iced tea was 4.5, which is high. The meall was under 20 dollars for each main dish."
"We stopped for lunch today and our server was fantastic! I ordered a small size of Fried Pickles and 6 Garlic Parmesan wings - both of which were fantastic, and my husband ordered the chili. Our server (I apologize for not remembering his name) was on point- checking on us, refilling our drinks, and making sure that we were taken care of. Thank you for hiring an awesome server!"
"Loved the vibes here all around! Margaux's is super cute inside and offers some delicious food as well as wines from around the world. Located in the middle of downtown Pineville, what a gem! We went for Queen's Feast so we got the 3 course meal that came with a glass of wine. The wine was delicious and a pretty strong pour. The pizzas are personal size and cooked "St. Louis style" which I guess means thin crust. The crust was thin but not crispy and had a chew to it that I really enjoyed. The flavors were spectacular on top of the pizza. From the sauce to the meats to the cheeses, everything tasted curated. The desserts were spot on and oh, so good. The server was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I want to go back when its a little cooler to sit outside on the patio! Big fan."
"This was a fun casual spot to check out! We got burger and fries with pimento cheese which is my favorite! We had friendly and attentive waiters. This was a good spot and there were some locals hanging out at the bar. I was thinking it was in Pineville due to the name, but it was not actually in Pineville. They had a good location and were close to get to, but off on a side road making it easy for parking. A lot of tvs for games and plenty of good menu choices, I wish I had tried more things!"
"I was so excited to see my favorite place from Arizona open local to the Charlotte market. Def the best bruschetta you will find in the area, along with great sandwiches and salads. I am not a salad fan, but the Brussel salad is highly recommended. It is something I crave! The feel of the place is great, with a unique headphone display. The staff is always friendly and don't forget to check out their weekly deals."
"If you're craving authentic Mexican flavors, this spot has it all.We kicked things off with cocktails--Paloma, mezcal, and even mimosas setting the tone for an amazing meal. For starters, we couldn't resist the fresh guacamole and a unique twist on cheese dip featuring huitlacoche. Trust me, it's unlike anything I've ever tasted! My main dish? Chilaquiles Verdes topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Absolute perfection. Service was so exceptional, they were super tentative and friendly, it was like if I were talking to friends! Whether you're brunching with friends or just want a flavorful escape, Puerta is 10/10 worth the visit!"
"Ohhhhh I LOVE this place! And I am allergic to wine and don't drink beer. I had the fig flatbread and it was fresh and tasty. Quality ingredients. Quick service. My bestie had a sparkling wine that came in the cutest little bottle. It is pretty big inside. I love the maps of the wine regions of France in the hallway to the bathroom. Atmosphere was great. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it started getting packed by 4!"
"We stumbled in here by chance and left newfound fans. This is the perfect place for grabbing a drink before dinner. I'm usually a Chardonnay drinker or a Lambrusco, but I stepped outside the box and asked for recommendations for their Cabernet. Fell in love with sweet, gentle spice of the Pavelle. Park at the Atherton and walk over. Such a cute and cozy spot!Update: we went back last night, and they had a special going on with a spinach artichoke flatbread with chicken. It was *chef's kiss.* I hope this flatbread becomes a permanent item. We ended up buying two bottles of wine last night. This spot is a staple!"
"The elevator was broken so 3 flights of stairs isn't a huge deal but it looked like it was deterring other people from following us down the hallway to the stairwell. The climb was so worth it that we went back two more times during our weekend getaway from Atlanta! The bartenders were all so kind and professional, and the ambiance is seriously awesome. The bathrooms were clean, and the whole vibe was just fun and youthful (I'm only the former.)"
"This is my favorite restaurant, by far, in Harrisburg. I drove past a few times because I don't drink beer and wasn't sure what a "bottle shop" would serve for food. The menu is large enough to please everyone, but I especially enjoy the shrimp & artichoke dip, burrata antipasto salad (pictured), pimento cheese (pictured), flatbreads, and brunch specialties. Service is friendly and professional."
"The food was five star. The owner and chef greeted us and spent a few minutes to get to know us. He gave us a sample of his BBQ sauce after finding out my wife was from Texas. The complex sweet full flavor followed by a soft heat met my wife's approval. They use quality ingredients. I had the Reuben, a special for the day. The corned beef was excellent, not stringy, a common problem if you don't know how to cut the meat. The cheese was melted on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside along with the perfectly toasted bread. My wife had a flatbread pizza with sliced apples, blue cheese and bacon bits. This was a delicious and sweet combination that was to die for. The blue cheese was soft and not to overpowering. Another sign of quality ingredients. My daughter had the salmon. She devoured the perfect portion that came with a remoulade sauce that my picky child loved. My only critique is on the asparagus that came with the salmon. It was a little wilted and the pepper seasoning can be a little strong for those that don't like a lot of pepper. As the name suggests, they have a large wine selection. We rarely drink, but the vibe I got just walking into the restaurant made me want to try a glass of a local North Carolina Childress blackberry sweet wine. It had a soft sweet flavor, perfect for someone who does drink wine frequently but looking to experience a local flavor. This is the well kept secret that is inviting and intimate, with a quiet and simple setting. Their prices are very reasonable. Honestly they should be charging more as I felt it was a steal to walk out easily under $90 for a family of four (two teen girls). Keep in mind that included one glass of wine that was priced under $10."
"This place was GREAT. We had to wait a bit for a table 'cause it was crowded - but after trying to food we were not at all surprised by the busy-ness. Even tho it was busy, service was great. We never had to ask for refills and waitress was super attentive. After seeing so many reviews saying to try the PB&J Burger we couldn't resist - and SO glad we didn't!!! We JUST left and are already talking about wanting to go back. This burger sounds like a bad idea, but no. It was incredible. The jam was amazing. Just trust all the reviews and try it. We did go medium well 'cause a lot of reviews mention the burger being pink, but it was still super juicy and perfect. We also had the pretzel for an appetizer and again - totally blown away. So crisp and good. It came with queso, but we didn't even need it the pretzel was so delicious. I had the fish and chips which were great as well, crunchy and delicious. Just all so good.It IS a sports bar, but the tvs aren't loud or obtrusive. We could hear each other well. All in all a great experience! We will definitely be back 'cause I'm gonna crave that pretzel and he's going to want that burger!"
"This place is a Vibe...every Wednesday they have a guitarist come in and place and sing. You can valet park for free or park across the street in the parking garage near the light rail. The cocktails are really good. We had the deviled eggs with Nashville hot chicken bites on top. Also the fried green tomatoes which were under cooked and lacked seasoning. I highly recommend the bison meat loaf, as it was so yummy"
"I'll definitely be returning to taste more at the Southpark location of Dilworth Tasting Room! This is a great place for groups, and you can make a reservation online. My husband and I came with my parents, and we all enjoyed our drinks and sharing a variety of plates. My dad loves rum, so instead of ordering from the cocktail menu, he asked if the bartended could make him a Painkiller. Our very friendly server returned saying the bartender didn't have the coconut needed for that drink, but the bartender made my dad a great Mai Tai instead. Dad was happy! The rest of us ordered cocktails and wine by the glass from the menu, and all was nicely prepared. For food, we enjoyed the duck empanadas, proscuitto and brie flatbread, and seared tuna. And don't skip dessert! The coconut creme brulee was probably our fave bite of the night."
"We discovered the rich, white, 50-something Mecca last night and it is called Vintner's Wine Market! Seriously, folks. I've never seen so many middle-aged, wealthy white people crammed in one place. The Arboretum is a strange, strange place. Vintner's is pretty much the same concept as Common Market, Good Bottle, Bulldog, etc. just plopped down in far South Charlotte. If you put this same shop in Plaza Midwood or South End, the crowd would be SO different. Anyways, I digress. Let's talk about the food and alcohol, shall we? An impressive wine selection lines the walls of the entire shop. They also have 15+ taps of craft beer, which was our picked poison for the night. They'd recently had an Allagash tap takeover, so 5 of the beers were from the Maine brewery. No complaints here, I love the Allagash Dubbel! Ted found a couple IPAs he was happy with. As we explored the shop, we were also thrilled to find the motherload of Burial cans and bottles. I suppose the Arbo crowd doesn't realize what a treasure trove they have in their back yard? I'm talking Bolo, Surf Wax, Hawks Bill... Cases and cases of it all. We took home a few sixers. After a couple beers, we needed a snack, so ordered a few cheeses and the salami sampler. It really hit the spot. They really have some super cheese selections! Be sure to try out the Sottocenere Black Truffle and UAV Smoked Mozzarella. Mmmmmmmm!"
"Buho Bar at the Grand Bohemian is Merchant & Trade's older sister who started a tech company after leaving her legal career and drinks red wine on a white couch without worrying. This is sexy, swanky, but also easily accessible and in a prime location. The views are stunning, there is ample seating from bar, to tables, to cozy couches for a date night. It is definitely the place for small plates and drinks before hitting a bar, club, or more drinks and music focused lounge. Here you can eat a bit, try really great drinks that have incredible flavor profiles, and enjoy the luxurious decor. Like the Grand Bohemian does, the sultry, velvet, gold embellished, upscale look screams "if you get it , you get it" without too much eclectic furniture or patterns. We also had great service, sitting down almost immediately, plenty room at the bar (this was around 8/8:30 pm on a Saturday, and fast drinks and food orders. Our waiter was Montino (I think- I hate I forgot his name) but he was INCREDIBLE! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and knew the menu in and out! We got the lamb chops and fries to nibble on. The lamb was PERFECTLY cooked but the sauce paired with it, like a take on chimichurri, was missing a bit of flavor. The plain fries are amazing! Must thicker than I imagined and the aioli was just okay but likely would be better with the fries fully loaded. Definitely will be back!!!"
"Purchased this restaurant on Groupon about 3 months ago! Decided to finally go last night with low expectations due to previous reviews I have seen. However, when my husband and I walked in we were instantly greeted and seated! The lights were dim and the place was clean and quiet. Our waitress provided us with the best bread and oil dip I have ever had! & a small side salad with a light vinegar/oil dressing!! She then took our appetizer order which were the lollipop lamb smothered in some type of mushroom sauce, I told her I didn't like mushrooms and she recommended we put it on the side to at least try it she said "The sauce is the star of the show" so we tried it! & it was delicious!!! I was so thankful she recommended that option otherwise I would never know how tasty it was! For our entrees I ordered the shrimp linguine and my husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken! Both of our meals were so good!! Even though we were full we couldn't stop eating. Lol If you have never been to this place I highly recommend checking them out! You will not be disappointed!"
"A great spot for an exclusive Yelp event, over a dozen award-winning Elites were here for about two hours. We had drinks and snacks and great service though it was interesting how many things they were out of due to delivery issues. The charcuterie board was excellent, the flatbread pizza was great (try the salmon!) and the salmon sushi was terrific. The spicy feta spread is definitely spicy.Parking is interesting in this part of Dilworth. Carefully check the signage to make sure you're legal! This is a comfy little wine bar and I look forward to returning.[Review 544 of 2024 - 3602 in North Carolina - 21576 overall]"
"I ordered sandwiches from Pizza Baby for a birthday celebration and the entire process was easy and stress-free! Steven and Tory were great to work with and the sandwiches were a hit! Everyone wanted the contact information to use them for their next event.Give them a try today!"
