"Hattie's is my new, favorite neighborhood bar and I don't even live in the neighborhood! When we wandered in around 6pm on a Saturday, we were one of only two couples in there. I was relieved to find a bar in Charlotte that wasn't packed to the max on a Saturday. It was a breath of fresh air. By the time we left around 9pm, it had filled up but not obnoxiously so. I was very impressed by their beer selection. I was expecting PBRs and Bud since they are billed as a dive bar, but they had offerings from Old Meck, Legion, Birdsong, NoDa... All the local favorites! I settled on the OMB Dunkel Weissen and sidled up to the old school Nintendo tempting me from across the room. Sadly, there was no gun to play Duck Hunt so we settled on a little Mario Brothers instead. We poked our heads out back and holy patio, Batman!! Hattie's might just be hiding the best patio in Charlotte! It was rainy and cold the night of our visit but rest assured, once the weather gets better, we will be permanent fixtures out there with our dog."
"This place is our vibe! The staff is always nice and always helps with our drink choices. We have come a couple times and every time is just great! They have games, karaoke, music and sometimes just chill, depending when you come. Oh, we love the egg rolls here! Highly recommend you come on a Friday night!"

"Cozy and intimate, but overall a pretty lackluster bar. The location is effortless to get to and the staff is ultra friendly, both a major plus! The decor was thoughtful and dim making it a nice chill spot for listening to live music, however there isn't a drink menu nor any snacks available for purchase."
"Been going to Thomas Street for 10+ years and always have a good time here. It's such a staple in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood. The drinks are reasonable priced and the food is always on point. Really good bar food! The games in the back are fun and you can always find someone playing ping pong! The bartenders are attentive and the crowd is mostly chill."
"We were looking for an Eagles bar, googled some places and this was our first choice. It was a nice place. Family oriented in the front; rowdy in the back. The menu online is not offered during Eagles games but it's still a nice menu and the bartenders do not miss. Service was great and friendly. Parking is in the back but safe environment."
"Came here per my friends suggestion to accommodate the proximity to her home.. otherwise this place probably wouldn't be on my radar. Seems like a nice sports bar and appeared to have a variety of beers on tap. For the food- also quite the large variety which always leaves me skeptical when it comes to quality. I ordered the wings and also an order of potato skins. 10 wings is $13+.. which seems expensive! There were a variety of drums and wings in the bunch. I was served one small serving of ranch. The wings were ok.. but to me don't justify the price point. They were average size. The potato skins are what was most disappointing. They reminded me of the frozen kind you buy at the grocery store. There were also no green onions or chives served on top. They were so bland and tasted microwaved tbh. I wish I had snapped a picture. Service was nice and friendly. I love their covered patio and ample parking."
"If you want to enjoy a fun and unique dining experience this is the place to go. Set in the French sector that is full of small restaurants with great variety. It is located across from a local park Romare Bearden. I recommend the fish and chips and a choice of beer. It is exceptionally flavorful. Their other fare is delicious as well. I haven't tried them but many recommend the chicken wings. It is at times quiet and intimate. Then at other times loud and noisy. They also have small tables outside. Either way you will enjoy yourself. The individuals working there are kind, polite and very helpful. It is also very clean. You can sit up front and look out the large windows and watch people go by and also see some of the local characters in the area. Just enjoy a unique experience in downtown Charlotte."
"Wow!!! This place is awesome!! The beer and wine selection is fantastic, the service is stellar!! Had a last minute group that doubled in size and I needed a venue quickly! Called at 9pm for the next day event... Jeff was so hospitable and accommodating!! He opened up his upper level to us and we had a sensational time. When it was over, we had some take advantage of the food trucks, more beer and the BAND!!WE WILL BE BACK!!!"
"I stopped by "working theory" brewery several times in the last few weeks. Tha ambience is fun with plenty of space and seating. The service has been great with servers seemingly remembering your favorite selection. I would not only return for the good tasting beer but I'm bringing friends."
"We came to The Crosby Pub and Restaurant about 7pm on a Friday evening. It is located within the Village Inn Hotel and Event Center in Clemmons. It is conveniently located just off I-40 and Lewisville-Clemmons Road in the heart of Clemmons. We came here specifically to watch a colleague who is part of the local band, City Lights. It was great to be amongst my colleagues to support the band. The bar area features four taps as well as bottled beer, wine, and at least some hard liquor. I chose the IPA by local brewery, Wiseman Brewing, which was one of the options on tap. It has been my experience that prices in venues which are within a hotel/event center tend to be more expensive because they usually have somewhat of a captive audience. My IPA pints were $9.50 each plus a tip.We did see a few people ordering food and I did track down a menu to post. Overall, the venue was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The band, City Lights was really, really good and we enjoyed ourselves. However, we do feel the prices were a bit steep."
"In town for business and here are my thoughts :Service was good ...had a grilled chicken sandwich and frings ..they were tasty ..Unsweet tea was good ..really no complaints and a straightforward good experience."
"I enjoyed Angry Ale's for what it is -- a no-fuss, no-frills neighborhood bar.And just like the bar, everything is solid: The service, the food, the drink drinks. I love how casual it is. It's like they expect you to come in and just be at home. Even if you're sitting outside on the patio, they want you to see yourselves and a waiter will come to you, inside the restaurant, you can choose to sit at the bar or at a high top, or a booth. Do not expect fancy bites here. You will find American classics, like sandwiches, wings, nachos, etc.Definitely a good spot to watch sports. Parking is tight - they have a small lot. But there is parking along the street."

The Buffalo chicken sandwich is usually something I go to when there aren't any other go to options on the menu, and this option wouldn't be my go to neither. Sandwich felt like it had small square pieces of chicken that you would have diced in a salad, and it was very scarce in the wrap as well. The wrap was filled with greens and I left feeling hungry.Service was really good though and the bar tenders spoke with all their guest. They also have a WIDE variety of beer that beer lovers can enjoy, I just happened to not be drinking that night. Beer lovers enjoy but if you're looking for a quick late night bite, you may want to explore other options.

Great spot-Any day of the week, the place is hopping with locals and visitors. I was in town for a convention and stumbled across this gem. The business and locals embraced me-this place was top notch. A must visit if you're in town.

Old school Charlotte pub in Plaza Midwood. Menu is full of sandwiches and sides at affordable prices. The okra is off the chain good and the nachos are a staple. The place has a great atmosphere if you like low key. Good for kids too with bar games like shuffleboard and billiards.

Great place for a quick bite. Love the indoor/outdoor seating option. The chicken wrap was really good. Great chunky blue cheese. My only complaint was that the Buffalo tots were soggy from the sauce, but that's too be expected. I would suggest just getting regular tots and a side of Buffalo sauce to dip it in. Huge parking lot since it is located in a little plaza with other restaurants.

Located in uptown, it's a dive bar in a strip of other dive bars, that we locals call the French quarter. walking distance to the ball field. The food is really good, and I was pleasantly surprised with this chicken dish. It's easily a 10/10 wish there were more cider or wine options but again, it's a dive bar. I recommend it for food for sure!

"Excellent Food, Service, our waiter was awesome & we got seated right away. The place is always busy. Very clean & you'll always see friends to talk to in there."
"As we were driving back from Claremont https://www.yelp.com/biz/carolina-coach-and-camper-claremont-3?hrid=_8pql4_6I3Y_vGyWbaXSQA and looking for lunch options, my wife mentioned that she had never had a lobster roll. For central Carolina, that would ordinarily be a problem as we're four hours from the coast. But here's Lobster Dogs!On the right, the kitchen with posted menu boards on the wall and a cooler with beverages. On the left, a full bar with tables and stools and sports on TV. Out front, a few tables where you can sit with your dog or your smoke.Mrs. had the classic Lobster Roll, which is the usual toasted and buttered hot dog bun topped with lobster. For a first timer, I suggested "cold" and it was a good portion. Different than ones I've had in Maine and Massachusetts, this had less celery and less mayo. It was almost straight lobster and she enjoyed it.I chose the Cali Dog, which is also a lobster roll but is also topped with sliced avocado and bacon bits and a chipotle ranch sauce. It was quite tasty and delicious.Lots of other options and toppings from plain hot dogs to garlic butter and even onions/garlic/mozzarella. Friendly service and lots of beer options including cans, bottles and draft.[Review 16915 overall - 3241 in North Carolina - 431 of 2022.]"
"so I was going by here right before the corona virus was a thing when I saw a crafty car™ out front but not quite in a spot which is typical if you know anything about crafty cars. it had broke down in the most ordinary way at the most inopportune time and location but with much mental exertion, some manual laboring, and a bit of luck we got it back on the road - on a trailer behind Kristian's truck actually but whatever...which was how I came to be here a second time - again on accident - and I've still not made it past the part where I walk in and have a seat at the bar and get something cold on a warm day. clicks and clacks and the sound of chalk being misapplied to cue leather makes me quite certain there's a pool table or several in the other room, probably access to toilet facilities as well but I haven't ventured that far as yet.additionally (...and oddly) the heavy smell of fresh cigarette smoke greets you as you enter even though there's no one smoking inside or out (and right outside the door it smells of outside?!) mebbee it's 107 years of pre-enlightenment lighting up, mebbee it's just a divey little local bar on the edge of town with a smoker's corral and an odd air flow pattern? in any case the New Korner Pub is conveniently located just down the road and right around the corner from what passes for civilization these days. I hope they open back up, I'm kinda curious about what goes on in the back room, and I'd like to maybe have a peek..."
"So I finally ventured out to the far side of NODA.We came here for a quick pick me up after visits to Divine Barrel and Bold Missy.John made us a couple of very nice Cortados - the price point was reasonable too.The atmosphere here is very laid back and artsy.Looks like they offer a little bit of everything - cocktails, beer, coffee and live music.Deejai Thai NODA is next door if you get hungry!"
"Rail House is a brewery clearly devoted to the military community from the moment you walk in, although it may not look it from the outside or in my pictures. The meatball sub was a first time Go at this station. The list of beer crafted here also has a military theme. I didn't taste it yet but I got a growler full of Knights Golden. Will update with an AAR when mission complete."
"Awesome dive bar. Awesome people. Pool tables. Kareoke. Friends from all walks of life. I might delete this if too many people start showing up. Cheers!!"
"One of my favorite restaurants. Hesitated to write a review as I selfishly don't want it over run with crowds. Very enjoyable service in a quaint and warm surroundings. Food is well prepared and is priced accordingly. Suits and ties or camouflage and t shirts, not pretentious, just a welcoming atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate."
"Some of the best wings and drinks outside the city for sure. I would definitely recommend getting the HAB wings. Very affordable,Most places are 10 wings for $20 now a days smh. Which is why i don't go, but they have some reasonable prices. And the drinks are cheap! I'll definitely be back for sure."
"This was a cute place! We came here on a Thursday night and it was pretty packed! I like how it's kind of off the path, so it's more of a IYKYK kind of place. We got a table quickly and our server was friendly. So nice to get a cold Irish beer. We had the mussels and fried zucchini as our apps. Both were very good. For our meals, we had the fish and chips and the veggie plate with sweet potato fries. Everything was great, it was fresh and hot. Service was a little slow, but I know it was busy!"
"Good simple bar food. Had a few appetizers for a quick lunch. The mozzarella sticks were good hot and crispy. Had the chips and salsa. A little below average. I would skip it for another choice. The wings- delicious. Order the Buffalo Mild and they still had a little kick. Service was pretty good for being so busy. Would go back again and also try some other options."
"With no prejudice, I first gives them a 5 stars.I was called by my girlfriend that there's Latin music for salsa & bachata dancing on a Sunday.I first considered the location for parking. Then I called to confirm the occasion. That Sunday 4-10 pm. I got there after 5 pm, it was quiet yet. There's $10 entrance fee on top of other foods or drinks, if one goes on the dancing floor. The lady at the door said there's no exception. There was DJ for Latino music on dancing floor but no one yet."
"Come here for the beer or wine, the music, the vibe, the friendly interaction with the barkeeps and the clients. Sit at the bar to get the best scoop on what's happening around town. And it's easier to get your next drink that way. This place lets you try some beer you've never heard of before, and John can answer your questions about them all. There's a food truck for the hungry."
"Phenomenal! Wow. We were so excited to visit this place because of its daily deals. Let me tell you (two double mimosas later) I am loving ittttt! Amazing establishment. Great music, television. The service was amazing. Food was so good. Buffalo Mac was great, but the Beagle Bowl took the crown! Amazing amazing amazing. New to town? Come here! Bring your family friends and say hey I know a place. (That's what I'm gonna do).The double mimosas are hitting very nicely."
"Went here for a couple of drinks and a pizza. Dani our bartender was really friendly, fun to talk to, and made it a great experience overall. Beers were very good. The wrathchild hazy is fantastic and they have some of the best mead outside of San Diego I have ever had here! The passion mead was my favorite. Great flavor. Had a new Mac and cheese pizza on the menu and it was fantastic. Really good sized bar pie, crust was crispy and Kenny the kitchen manager was also really friendly. Great experience with a good ambiance. Will definitely be back!"
"We arrived for a very late dinner after leaving the hospital. We were a party of 5 and everyone was super satisfied with our meal. We were seated right away on a Friday night. The server was a little slow taking our order but the food came out fairly quickly. The fish and chips was the best we've had outside the UK. The fries were excellent and the burgers were great. And the steak and mushroom pie had a flaky crust though not the biggest serving. All in all it was a nice meal and we would go back."
"Even though there were only 4 reviews when I looked them up on Yelp, they received good reviews so I thought I would check them out. I stopped in for a cocktail and a snack. I asked for Bacardi and coke which they did not have surprisingly. I also ordered their garlic Parmesan chicken wings (6) crispy which was very disappointing - there was very little chicken on the wings of which I received 2 drums and 4 wings - they were very greasy and did not have much taste. I did enjoy the 2 carrots and 3 celery sticks. I would not recommend going here. The only positive was the bartender was very nice."
"This is a brand new restaurant, open this week. Here is the writeup from the local paper:https://richmondobserver.com/local-news/hitchcock-pub-and-grill-opens-in-downtown-rockingham.html"
"Fun, good atmosphere and always good bar service. It's a downtown Greenville gem. Always packed on the weekends."
"Dive bar indeed! Great vibe in here, drinks made well too! Great place to have stumbled into when visiting gville. Recommend"
"Food was delicious. Staff was warm and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. Maybe not the best name but don't let that deter you."
"Just the neighborhood water hole. Great food great atmosphere great staff. Added photos for your enjoyment. Been coming here for decades."
"Just needed a cold beer and decent bar food and was pleased to have wandered to Main Street. It's not fancy but it doesn't need to be. Beer was cold, great selection.I ordered some breaded, spicey shrimp and fries and it went so well with my beer. Service was friendly and attentive. Oh, large selection of TVs tp watch if into sports."
"I love that Charlotte airport has a bunch of these local breweries (well, Wicked Weed is Asheville https://www.yelp.com/biz/wicked-weed-brewing-asheville so it's close enough) with mini bars here to show off how our region is growing our beer culture. This Wicked Weed joins Olde Mecklenburg https://www.yelp.com/biz/omb-captain-jack-s-tavern-charlotte?hrid=-KP0GYmIVg1YsMviQ6Td2g and NoDa https://www.yelp.com/biz/noda-brewing-charlotte-2 outlets in the airport. This one is located in a food court they're calling "The Plaza" that is near the E checkpoint. A couple of other eateries are here. It's nice to be able to sit and sip at a delicious beverage with none of that "mask" stuff going on. Because you definitely can't catch COVID while you're consuming a delicious beer. It's the alcohol that kills it of course! They have nearly a dozen taps of their own beer plus bottled "guest" beers if you really feel the need to drink something macro and wine. They have some basic snacks but you'll be better off grabbing some waffle fries from the Chick-Fil-A if you need to eat.I had a tall and frosty pint of their "Day Light American Light Ale" as I slowly eased my way out of ketosis to prepare for my vacation. Delicious and definitely crushable.[Review 16555 overall - 3179 in North Carolina - 64 of 2022.]"
