"This place is great! It is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! The prices are reasonable as well. I have been here many times and I have always received great food and service! They specialize in noodle soups so I usually stick to them when I order. They have good appetizers and sushi as well, however. So for appetizers they have great wings - large and very crispy! They also have wontons and dumplings. I usually get the sushi by the piece - a great bargain as some are$2.50 each and others are $2 each. I love their eel Nigiri sushi and the Yellowtail Nigiri. They have Bahn Mi sandwiches, Bao Bao and several other items on the menu as well such as stir fried noodle dishes, rice bowls and fried rice.OK, now for some specific recommendations. For wings I really like the Thai Basil, Sesame Chili Garlic and Salt & Pepper wings. Under small plates the Spicy Wontons and Dumplings are very good. For soups, all of them are fantastic but I really like the Lan Zhou, Curry Kick, and HotPot (very spicy!). They say their customer favorite is Curry Kick and I see why - it is outstanding! Lan Zhou has a flavorful beef broth. For beverages they have a variety of looseleaf teas, bubble tea, sake, wine and beer Including several local beers - none on draught though. Cheers!"
"We stumbled into Be's Noodles on a whim one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad we did! We got chicken pho, beef pho, and a lemongrass bahn mi to share. The bahn mi sandwich was incredible! The meat was packed with flavor and delivered a sort of spicy/sweet experience. The pickled veggies on top of the sandwich added a fresh crunch that I kept going back for. I'm not a big pho person but this broth was the most flavorful and savory that I've had in recent memory. The chicken in my pho was overcooked and chewy but other than that, everything was really tasty! The pho portion is huge and we both left with leftovers. The bahn mi was about the size of a footlong sub so I don't think I could have finished one by myself. We want to go back and try some of their appetizers!"

"Came here for dinner with a friend after a long day of traveling. Our waitress was prompt and the place was clean and had a good playlist going so no complaints there. I loved the beer selection and the sushi roll I got was easily a 8.5/10. Definitely recommend for a quick bite."
"Solid street food from Duke's. There are some classic dishes (Pad Thai, curry, spring rolls, dumplings) and also some fun twists like Thai tacos. Our group tried a little bit of everything -- there was so much food, we couldn't even finish it. My favorites were the tacos, curry, and chicken wontons.Don't know that I'd run back the next time in Columbia, but it's a solid spot that I'd visit occasionally if I lived there."
"Preface, we've ordered take out from here 3x. This is our first time dining in. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated immediately. There was a big dinner party next to us and the waiter informed us he can put in our order when we are ready because it will take a little more time due to the party. I was craving Thai food because of their bold, deep, savory and spicy flavors. We ordered dishes from the menu that we have not had before and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We ordered the Rice n Spice wings, Som Tom with Crab (Spicy), Roasted Duck Curry, and the Shaking Beef. Dinner was delicious and every bite was sooooooooooo good!!!! If you're in the mood for Thai food this is the spot!!"
"Lovely restaurant in concord. There are 2 entrances, one for the dining room and one for the bar. .parking lot is pretty small so that can be difficult. They close after lunch and reopen at 5 pmThere were 5 in our party on a Monday at 5:30We were seated immediately and the waiter took our drink out quickly. The waiter was very informative and answered all our questions. The menu has something for everyone. Everything made fresh to orderI got pad Thia and spring rolls. Others got curry, sushi, kids chicken and soupWe were served quickly ( within 10 minutes) and were very happy with our dishes. .id suggest that if you want spicy that you ask for it. The waiter said the dishes are intentionally made mild Monday is a good day to go since it's not busy We are going to to be regulars here"
"Our family goes here at least once a week. The foods on the menu here are comfort foods for us. The ambiance is casual family friendly. The waitstaff here knew us since our kids were toddler and know our preferences for drinks to hot sauces so we know the service here will always be great. It does get very busy here Friday night so the kitchen can get backed up so we try to avoid that. Our favorite dishes here are: any curries and noodles dishes. Yum!"
"My visit to Persis Biryani Indian Grill is the BEST experience that I have ever had with an Indian Restaurant! At this point in my foodie journey, I will have to say, PBIG has the BEST Indian food that I have ever had! Customer Service is excellent here! Staff are so pleasant and professional. A refreshing experience! Food is excellent! Every food item that we ordered was correct, hot and fresh. Very flavorful & delicious!I ordered Gobi 65, Garlic Naan & a Taj Mahal to start. The Gobi was requested at a Spice Level of 4. It was amazing! So tasty! The naan here is light & crispy. Really good! Not chewy. For entrees, we ordered Chicken Saag, Malai Kofta & Goat Curry. Spice Levels varied but I stick with a 4 for my Chicken Saag and it was great! I love the brightness of the restaurant due to all the windows. There are booths & tables. They do serve alcohol. We will definitely return, as this is now our go to Indian Restaurant! Cannot wait to try more dishes!"
"My sister insisted that we check out Menya last weekend on a rainy and chilly Friday. We lucked out and it was not even half full when we arrived. We chose seats at the counter, which I loved because it felt like child seating but somehow also comfortable. I ordered the tofu bao bun ($4.50) and the tosi katsu sando ($9.50) while my sister ordered the shoyu ($15.50). We got front-row seats to watch the food get prepped and it was all ready quickly. I don't usually enjoy ordering from an app, but this app was user-friendly, intuitive, and had both photos AND detailed descriptions so we knew what to order. It was a nice middle ground between full service and self service.I would love to go back and try some of the karaage and ramen and to check out their hidden speakeasy!"
"Finally an authentic Thai place in Charlotte. Not taking away from the other spots but this place food wise, beats them all. I came on a Saturday and place was not busy, but unfortunately, had only one chef, so it was a bit of a wait but again, food made up for it.The drunken noodles were cooked to perfection! You got the hint of the wine and brandy, with the sweetness of the sauce, and that bite of salt that real thai food has. Perfect spice and you can ask to go up or downBest pineapple rice I've had in a long time. Every ingredient is layered and incorporated beautifully.Crab Rangoon was yummy, nuff said Ambiance no frills, like any cafeteria in Bangkok, minus the street dogs and noise this strip mall Thai has sold me and will be back."
"Delicious food and great service. Definitely my favorite Chinese food in the area. I suggest the sesame chicken. It's dope."

We just returned to this restaurant after not having visited in a few years and we really regret not returning sooner. Everything we've ever tried on the menu is amazing and every member of the staff is kind and helpful. This evening we tried the chicken bao, crab Rangoon, wings, curry kick soup and two sushi rolls and it was all absolutely amazing. If you're in the area, definitely drop by!

20% service charge because there were 5 of us. And the service was barely passable. Not horrible, but I think they schmoozed with smaller tables because they had a locked in 20%.The food was OK, but poor price performance. It's noodles and no meat, and it costs as much as a steak. Sorry, can't abide.

I was in the neighborhood and saw Rice and Spice Thai Street Food. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and decided to try it out. When I first walked in, the decor really didn't match my expectations of Thai cuisine but the atmosphere and ambiance was nice. We checked out the menu and saw many typical Thai dishes but I'm a fan of Red Curry and I wanted to compare theirs to a local favorite of mine. The wait time on our appetizers and main dishes didn't take long and so it was time to eat. My Red Curry had a nice flavor but it wasn't as flavorful or savory as my favorite restaurant, Thai House. I'm not saying was bad, only that it was missing something. The waitstaff did a very good job of being attentive, professional and friendly. Overall, I did enjoy dining at Rice and Spice but I may not go back because the food was lacking for me. I do however recommend them as an option if you're looking for authentic Thai food. Enjoy!

This was enjoyable and a good experience. I had two different sushi rolls and they were both very tasty. The service was friendly and it was a good atmosphere. Certainly a good place.

Descent food. Everything we ordered was pretty flavorful. The only complaint was that the spicy dishes were not spicy enough.Server was friendly and checked in with us frequently.Good place for casual gatherings. It's not a fine dinning environment. Price reasonable.

This restaurant is very expensive for what it is. You aren't offered a drink but instead you're given a warm Kirkland water bottle at your table. I took my co workers here yesterday and they had never tried Indian cuisine. The food was NOT fresh in my opinion (my naan was literally as crispy as a rice cake) and there are no real descriptions of the dishes at the buffet. I had to dig in the chicken dishes to even find a piece of chicken. I'm sad to say we'll never return

"Great wings! Food and service were great. Nice surprise. My review needs at least 85 characters."
"This is a rare find and a delightful treat! The ambiance is chic, clean and modern. The service is incredible, all the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. Authentic Asian food. This is a true Asian dining experience. There are multiple staff members rotating through the restaurant offering a very wide variety of dim sum to try. From shumai, to roasted duck, stuffed eggplant to braised chicken feet. You name it, they probably had it. You can choose to order from the menu, order dim sum or both, both menu items and the dim sum are excellent. Must tries are the dumplings, the Thai chili eggplant and the bolgulgi. But honestly, this is a place where you want to explore the menu. It's sure not to disappoint!"
"Cant talk about decor or service because I always order delivery but what I can do is talk about the foodI have to give this place it's props. So far I've ordered from here about six times and my food is always been on point. I love the Thai comfort foods. Always full of great flavor great spice just great everything. Have to warn you though I love spicy food and I had asked for one of my dishes to be made using the chef spice. Fair warning the chef spice will turn you into a dragon. You will be able to go outside breathe on a tree and set it a blaze. As spicy as it was it still had a lot of good flavor which surprised me. I will definitely continue to order from here in the future"
"Not only a great menu for us and our food allergies- but the staff is just amazing. Every time I've been has been better and better"
"Delicious ramen soup! We tried the soups our friendly server recommended, pork chop soup for me and pepper steak spicy soup for my friend. You add the vegetables, spices, pickled veggies and lettuce to the hot broth. Then you add the noodles the last ten seconds. The flavors were delicious and savory.I liked the noodles and the mushrooms the best! Pork chop meat was tender but a little chewy. I think I would do chicken next time. The soup comes in a hot pot. We loved the gyoza dumplings and spring rolls. Bubble teas were great!"
"Discovered this tucked away gem while craving hibachi one night. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of food options provided with the hibachi dinners. You're able to choose from 4 sides and as you can see, they are not stingy. Their online ordering is easy and the food was ready once I arrived. We also ordered crab Rangoon which were tasty. We only wish more crab filling was stuffed in the shell. We are cancelling our old hibachi place and deeming TinTin our new go-to! I look forward to trying their sushi next."
"Amazing takeout experience! I ordered the pho ga and some summer rolls and they exceeded my expectations. The summer rolls were massive and very good. The pho ga had fresh ingredients and some of the best chicken I've ever had in pho. Ordering on their website was super easy and everything was packaged in a way that made it easy for me to enjoy my delicious pho at home. I really enjoyed the experience!"
"Still one of my favorite places to eat in town! We travel alot and have tried many Thai places. Bangkok is still outstanding in my book. Fresh ingredients, great portion sizes, and excellent service every time! The owners and staff are very nice! They have a variety of Thai and Japanese dishes and a very good selection of sushi as well. We typically order the crunchy shrimp, unagi dreaming and the volcano roll. All are very good and fresh. We get the beef and shrimp pho and it is usually so big and yummy! Another favorite is their chicken wings and papaya salad but I like it Laos style, and they'll make it just the way I like it! We have also had many parties in their party room and they are always so accommodating. Bangkok is one of the few restaurants in Spartanburg that we frequently come back to!"
"I made a post already, but here's a second review, and I can only say that it's so delicious! I will definitely be back. The staff is wonderful and the ambiance is pleasant."
"Relaxed atmosphere and great food. Service was on point. We will definitely be going back"
"Neat little spot in the Food Lion plaza. It's on the far end near Dollar Tree. Be careful where you park. The folks that frequent Dollar Tree don't seem to care about other people's cars. So, we park way out in the lot.Nagoya itself is fantastic. Our go to's are:Apps - dumplings, spring rolls and tempura chicken. Sushi - Nagoya rolls and California rolls.Main Dishes - anything Teriyaki or Hibachi. It is all so very good."
"Now that I've been here a few times I'd like to update my review. Still awesome! Key word: Consistent. Every visit the staff are friendly, helpful and patient. The food is crazy good (cumin beef this time). 5 or so visits now and I'm all in on this place! PS The grocery items are definitely a must see."
"Aesthetic: Modern SouthEast Asian restaurant with a variety of noodle dishes, soups, and curries. My Favorites: The Tom Yum Noodle Bowl!Experience: I always have the best food here, they have my favorite Thai dishes in CLT. The Tom Yum and Tom Kha broths are to die for, I've ordered out and dined in, and they're always perfection. I enjoy that you can add rice noodles for a gluten friendly option. My husband loves the curry dishes. We also ordered the iced coffee and Thai tea, and loved them too. The staff is also friendly and makes us feel welcome. I can't wait to go back!"
"SUPER POT is a family-owned Charlotte favorite serving hearty, flavorful Asian-inspired comfort food. The warm service and family-style dining make it feel like home. We tried the following: 1. Seafood Delight: generous portions of fresh, perfectly cooked seafood. 2. The Crab Rangoons were a standout: crispy, creamy, and packed with filling. 3. The General Tso's Chicken was crispy, tender, and bursting with sweet-savory flavor. Though we missed their signature claypot rice this time, we're already planning our next visit to try it and their tempting seafood boils. SUPER POT is a must-visit for generous portions, bold flavors, and a welcoming vibe."
"I got takeout from here. I did their tofu bahn mi & it had little to no flavor which was disappointing. It came with a lot of tofu which I appreciate but pointless when there isn't enough flavor. The bread was also not crisp/toasted so it became mushy."
"I think Lula Banh Mi and Pho recently opened the Arboretum Shopping Center. Compared to the original Lula Banh Mi and Bakery, this one offers noodle soups, which is really nice! I had heard a lot of good things about Lula in terms of their banh mi, but I never tried it until recently and I am glad that I did. The restaurant itself is a decent size and there are several tables and chairs for people with different group sizes to come and dine-in. The service was good and quick, I did not think that my food took too long to come out. I ordered the Lychee Fruit Tea at regular ice levels and 75% sugar levels. I am glad that I lessened the sugar level because I thought that my drink tasted pretty good. I could taste the tea and the lychee flavor and it worked well together. I also got the Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi. Usually, I go for cold cuts but I was intrigued by this combination. I really liked the taste of the pork belly (which was very crispy) with the sandwich itself. I also liked the pickled daikon and carrots, which I feel help carry a banh mi. My only complaint is that I wish there was more aioli in the banh mi that I got as it felt a bit dry, especially with the crispy pork belly itself being the main star of the sandwich. I split the Egg Rolls and Chicken Wings with my friends which were both yummy! The Egg Rolls were perfectly hot and crispy and the house fish sauce paired well with it. The Chicken Wings were really juicy and crispy, which I liked dipping into the sweet chili sauce. I would come here next time to try another banh mi, perhaps a cold cut, to really test which restaurant has the best banh mi, haha, and to try their noodle soups. But I think everyone should definitely check this new spot out! There is a lot of good food on the menu."
"My husband and I love Indian food, and decided to try Sri Balaji Kitchen, a vegetarian restaurant specializing in South Indian Cuisine. When we sat down, they brought small cups of a cold beverage made with spices and a bit of sugar. It was tasty, but I would have preferred an unsweetened version. We started with one of our all-time favorite appetizers, the Tandoor Sizzling Paneer. The paneer was served on a sizzling cast iron skillet on top of shredded cabbage, and included green peppers (but no onions). On the side, they provided mint chutney and a semi-sweet sauce. The paneer was delicious. It wasn't crispy, but the marinade they used was fantastic, and we especially loved the mint chutney on the side. The menu said this was spicy, but I'd give it a 5/10 in terms of heat. We've only had dosas once before so we went with a simpler one, the Ghee Dosa. It was delightfully crispy and light, and the sauces were OUTSTANDING--especially the two red ones (one predominantly garlic, and one predominantly red pepper). The sambar soup was also tasty. The light green sauce was good as well, but I didn't reach for it as much as the two red sauces. We also tried the Paneer Butter Masala. The sauce was rich and delicious, and the paneer was perfect. I actually ate a few spoonfuls of the sauce once we had eaten all of the paneer--the sauce was that good! The dish comes with rice, and we added butter naan.We were stuffed when done, and didn't have any leftovers. We loved all of our choices, and can't wait to return and try a few other dishes!"
