"First time at All American Pub. Expected a big crowd as this place is located less than a mile from Panthers Stadium. We arrived fairly early, about 11am. The place is great for sports junkies, there isn't a bad seat in the house if you want to watch sports. We settled on a 2-Top in the bar area. Megan was our server and she did a fantastic job! I went with the triple decker club and curly fries. The sandwich was great- plentiful meats and cheese. The curly fries were hot and well seasoned. The beers were cold and Megan constantly checked in on us. As the clock ticked closer to 1pm kickoff the place got super busy with a great mix of fans. We were there until halftime, so several hours. We never felt rushed or left unattended. Overall great pregame experience! Will beVisited again last Sunday (4/21/19) another good visit. Patio seating was nice!"
"I know I took two pictures of the salad, but they aren't there. Odd. The picture wouldn't do it justice anyway. The salad was awesome! I also had a pear. Because it was in the salad. I haven't had a pear since I was eight years old (rough estimate). This pear was covered in balsamic vinaigrette but I really enjoyed it. Here's where I'm going with this.... Go out an explore. Be adventurous. You might accidentally find out you like pears and stuff! Anyway, enough about pears. The bread was also stellar. I mean, that was some damn good bread! And you're not locked-in to garlic bread either. It's one of the few places I have been where if they have garlic bread you can also have not-garlic-bread. Can't the other places just not add garlic?I'll try the Cajun-like chicken dish next time. The service, ambiance, and decor were on the money. Highly recommend! Just wish they didn't charge $5 for bread. Weird. But still highly recommended!"

"I am a biker bar kind of guy, this one is between a nice place and a dive. I enjoyed the atmosphere here. Friendly staff, really cold beer! What more could a girly ask for. I dig it!"
"I was able to stop in for the first time Friday night for a glass of wine. I've been waiting to try this place for weeks! The bar menu offers an awesome verity of cocktails and the deviled eggs are definitely a must try. I gave 3 stars because the experience went sour when staff got off to have a shift drink next to where I was sitting then proceeded to scream into my ear space across to the bartender that she needed a shift drink. I wish they just moved closer to have such a loud conversation and I wasn't stuck in the middle. When the other bartender that was helping me checked in I cashed out so I could get out of there because it was torture sitting there at this point. When I put my jacket on the staff having the shift drink yells in a sarcastic tone "have a greaaat night." She must of saw my discomfort and wanted to take it a step further."
"Ohhhhh I LOVE this place! And I am allergic to wine and don't drink beer. I had the fig flatbread and it was fresh and tasty. Quality ingredients. Quick service. My bestie had a sparkling wine that came in the cutest little bottle. It is pretty big inside. I love the maps of the wine regions of France in the hallway to the bathroom. Atmosphere was great. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it started getting packed by 4!"
"Joined a friend for lunch today for the 'wings' special - 20 teriyaki sauce drums and flats, 'Coaches Style' (nice char)! Awesome and delicious! These are the best wings I have ever experienced. Melissa our server was attentive and super pleasant. This is the best deal in town...in the awesome sports setting - give it a try!"
"This place is a Vibe...every Wednesday they have a guitarist come in and place and sing. You can valet park for free or park across the street in the parking garage near the light rail. The cocktails are really good. We had the deviled eggs with Nashville hot chicken bites on top. Also the fried green tomatoes which were under cooked and lacked seasoning. I highly recommend the bison meat loaf, as it was so yummy"
"The fish sandwich is really good. The hand cut fries are probably the worst I had. Over cooked and mushy. How do you even accomplish that? Is the oil the wrong temp. The service is good. Got the tots and they are better but have a really greasy taste. It has to be the oil is old a hell!!"
"Always wondered bout this place finally tried and came back the VERY NEXT week! It's that tasty! It's big and eclectic but sophisticated all at once so you can dress up or down and fit right in! One must try the Black Truffle Mushroom Pizza! It is amazing in a word! So far besides that I've only tried various salads which I enjoyed as well. The waitstaff is pleasant and accommodating and checks in frequently to make sure you have what you need! The food arrives pretty fast too!"
"Came here per my friends suggestion to accommodate the proximity to her home.. otherwise this place probably wouldn't be on my radar. Seems like a nice sports bar and appeared to have a variety of beers on tap. For the food- also quite the large variety which always leaves me skeptical when it comes to quality. I ordered the wings and also an order of potato skins. 10 wings is $13+.. which seems expensive! There were a variety of drums and wings in the bunch. I was served one small serving of ranch. The wings were ok.. but to me don't justify the price point. They were average size. The potato skins are what was most disappointing. They reminded me of the frozen kind you buy at the grocery store. There were also no green onions or chives served on top. They were so bland and tasted microwaved tbh. I wish I had snapped a picture. Service was nice and friendly. I love their covered patio and ample parking."
"Don't let the location fool you. Not your typical mall restaurant. The decor is very nice, but the food is what makes it. We started with the grilled Caesar salad and crab cakes both were delicious. My husband had the lobster stuffed ravioli and I had Salmon New Orleans. The portions were filling. My husbands lobster was soft not rubbery with just the right amount of heat. My salmon was probably the best I've had. We definitely will be going back again"
"We were in Charew and wanted to get a bite and a drink. The motel clerk recommended Oslo's as being the place that could provide both.Oslo's sits on the side of the highway that runs through this part of South Carolina. It has a pretty big parking are on either side, and there was a fair number of cars. Wednesday night is their pool tournament night. Plus, from the look of the crowd, I'm thinking it might be the locals favorite hangout. The place was packed. Families to seniors, there was a good cross section of the local poplace having dinner or enjoying a beer. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but a bit taken back that 3 Californians had found their way into this part of the world. They have a full bar, and we put it to use. The chicken wings were big and nicely done, crisp and crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy inside. We also enjoyed an order of the fried onions. For dinner, I had the hamburger steak smothered ing mushrooms, onions and green peppers with a baked potato. My wife had the broiled Cajun shrimp plate with very good garlic mashed potatoes. Our pal had the Mexican burger...it had plenty of jalapeño rings, but they forgot the tomato and lettuce...! But he still enjoyed it.All in all, I would say Oslo's offers an excellent slice of Americana. The menu is solid, the beers cold and they have 2 pool tables."

First time at the All American Pub. Went then on a Sunday for brunch. For anyone that has been there for brunch on Sunday knows what happens at the All American Pub. They host a Drag Show/brunch every Sunday. You purchase tickets in advance. You can go in after 11:30. Boy, We had a blast. Enjoyed the spectators as much as the entertainment. The MC of the day was fantastic. So funny! It's a once in a lifetime if you have never been to one and said you would never go or it's a great one if you like Drag Shows. Back to the All American Pub. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered; the mimosa the food, sides. They came out hot and the portions were nice. I will come here again during a regular day. The atmosphere of the pub/restaurant is a bit more homey than most. So I am down to coming back soon. Thanks for the great service as well!

The food was good but the service was a little (just a little) off.The location is awesome and parking is weird (you'll see) but pretty easy. The staff were very friendly and had this cool little board with our name on our reserved table so we could just walk in and sit down. Love this idea!We ordered goat cheese crostini which was excellent and the charcuterie board. We had crab cakes and three people had the filet. All of it was great and I highly recommend! My issue with service is accuracy. The charcuterie board was missing one of our cheeses. The steaks were all cooked properly but delivered to the wrong people which we didn't figure out until about a quarter way through eating. Only one of three dessert truffles we ordered were correct.I expect some issues when dining out but 3/3 courses (6/10 plates) were either wrong or given to the wrong person. The staff seemed genuinely shocked when I called the mistakes to their attention and remedied quickly but...6/10?I highly recommend this place. We will be going again soon and hopefully can leave a more positive review!

This is a members cocktail bar and restaurant. I went with a friend after dinner. It's located directly to the left of Blackwood Hardware store. We made reservations in advance and were greeted outside the door. We were then escorted into the establishment. It's fairly dark and has a cigar room vibe. They have very unique cocktails available. I tried the bourbon hot box. It comes in a sealed box that smokes the drink. The flavor is enhanced as you smell the smoke on your hands as well as the initial sip. It was a delightful experience. The people next to us had small plates of food and to be honest, I didn't look at a menu but my friend recommended it highly. Certainly worth the $10 annual fee!

We will certainly be back here! Tucked away off Main Street, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! The cheeses we got on the two by two were delicious and i loved the variety we had to choose from and build our own board! Can't wait to try all they have to offer!

The place was empty but that is to be expected for a Thursday afternoon. I stopped in with my brother and my daughter for lunch and everything came out delicious I ordered something new this time. I tried the buffalo hot shrimp and it was very good. Personally, I felt like maybe a little bit too much breading but that's to each their own. I would order it again. As far as the building itself, it was clean and they were training. My brother ordered some kind of Cajun pasta and he was in love with it.

Nice restaurant inside the Marriott. It's spacious and modern, but I don't care for how long the tables are as it can get hard to hear the other person across the table. It's also pretty dark inside.None of the appetizers were calling me, and decided on ordering the Carolina Hot Chicken Sandwich with rosemary fries. The chicken sandwich was good, not spicy at all. The fries were very tasty. Never had chow chow salad before and it was quite refreshing. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits, and I was glad I did not order it as planned. It was soupy and not your typical shrimp and grits though it had good flavor when I tried it. He had to ask for a spoon to eat this dish!I do wish they had more options for sparkling wine, and ordered a glass of rose which was fine.Talked with our waitress and she was very blunt and said their desserts weren't very good and recommended the brie cheesecake. Was not a fan of this dish. Red wine soaked pears, brie cheese, and the balsamic vinegar...it was all too pungent and too many strong flavors all at once.I would recommend training the staff a little better as she could not even tell me what chow chow salad was and had to try it herself!

Displaced by Helene and ate here every night. Good solid food, friendly staff and they even had a Bingo night. Sit outside in the springy seats and enjoy a nice night. Probably never be back in this area again but if I am I will come back. Thanks for serving us in need

"Nice friendly people with great food and service. The shrimp and grits are to die for deliciously. Buttermilk pancakes are so scrumptious as well. Biscuits with gravy leaves you wanting more of that buttery biscuit and sausage gravy. Yes been awhile but I'm back with my Momma. She enjoyed everything."
"I had high expectations of this place because I know what to expect from GBD, and I have to say that they totally delivered! My bartender was so nice...and, well, patient. I was indecisive except that I wanted a cocktail with vodka and food without cheese. I put the pressure ON this poor dude, and he did not disappoint!!! He asked how heavy the food should be, and I said medium, so he hooked me up with what I think was a cheeseless Hippie Burger & it absolutely hit the spot!!! Just stellar. But did the drink live up to my expectations?....YES. Very much so. I still have no idea what I got, but I told him it tasted like the smell of a Home Goods. If you're familiar with the store, it always smells light and airy and mildly floral, like how my drink tasted. It was fantastic, and I apologize that I can't tell you what it was. Will absolutely be back!!!"
"We've always ordered room service in the past so this year decided to come down to the bar for dinner. Our waitress Kristen was phenomenal. The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and brioche bun seemed oily but I think it had some type of garlic butter on it which only enhanced it. The kids meal chicken strips were huge and my kid ate all 3 which is insane for him and NEVER happens. Drinks were great, service was fantastic and the food was great. Breakfast in the morning was delicious we had the french toast special which had cranberry compote, vanilla marscapone and a streusel crumble with a side of Bacon that included 4 pieces but my son ate all of mine, his and ordered another side. I enjoyed a caramel latte but when I asked for just coffee afterwards it was $3 extra(it's free in the lobby so I didn't know it cost extra in the restaurant as it's not actually on the menu) but no worries! All in all very good experience. Prices are moderate for brunch and pretty expensive at dinner but the bar bites menu is reasonably priced"
"Was meeting up with old friends from out of town. Since we were all coming from different directions, a friend found this online and it was in the middle for all of us. We gave SM a shot and I'm glad we did. Inside was busy and loud so we opted to sit outside. Our waitress was very accommodating and food and drinks were delicious. I had the Cajun seafood pasta and the serving size was big! I had plenty of leftovers for next days' lunch."
"I love this place, it's a great spot to grab a couple drinks & light bites before a panthers or Charlotte fc game. The charcuterie board was the perfect snack and actually really filling. The draft cocktails are STUHHRRRONGG. And I'm not complaining lol I had the strawberry mint julep special and I was one & done! If you're around on Wednesdays, I'd recommend visiting for half off charcuterie boards. The restaurant attached, Lincoln Street, is a great spot, too, with an awesome rooftop. Highly recommend both spots for light bites and delicious drinks. Their bev director, Amanda, is top tier!"
"A BBQ staple and one of the best tenderloin biscuits too! A country style inside with a large open area to find a table or booth. Counter service. We typically will order the Friday Special that come with ribs, bbq and two sides. Very tasty. Their bbq sauce is thick and tangy. I got potato salad and French fries. They have the crinkle cut fries that are always crispy. They robs fall of the bone and their bbq is very flavorful. I also got a side salad just so I could have some of their delicious homemade ranch dressing!"
"I can't believe this place is in a 55+ community. When my friend told me she made a reservation here, I was mildly apprehensive. How good can dinner be in a retirement community? My pineapple martini with plantation rum, pineapple liquor, and lime juice was soooo good on a humid summer night. So was today's "bartender's special". My friend ordered one and can't drink a lot, so she asked me to finish hers and I don't look gift horses in the mouth. Of course I drank it. They had a ratatouille served on a bed of polenta as a special. It was pretty liquidy, but it was really good. The short rib pot roast was cooked perfectly and I loved the demi-glace with the garlic mashed potatoes. The carrots were a bit underdone though. A comment that everyone who ordered it made. The restaurant was a nice modern atmosphere. Nothing about it said "retirement community". Service was great. This place is a great option in this sleepy area outside of Charlotte."
"Stopped by for a quick bite to eat! Food was great! Great prices ! I highly recommend"
"If you like down home country cooking you have come to the right place!I have found just about all my favorite dishes here. And fresh home made desserts to tickle your fancy! The service is fast with lots of smiles. I would recommend this little Secret spot for breakfast lunch or dinner!"
"The Windmill is the one consistent, reliable restaurant in the area. It has been going strong for many years, run by the same family. Never had anything bad here, but they excel with seafood - quality and quantity. If you like fried seafood, you won't be disappointed. Now that you don't have to get it fried, and there are several other good food options! The salad bar is one of my favorites with a great variety of salad options!Been coming here for years... and the service is consistently very good!Recommended!!"
"The food was good. The initial service could've been better, The guy cleaning the tables was great, I believe his name was ( Kj ) he even gave us OneSixty hats. The music was way too loud for the space, you can hear it from the parking lot. We could barely hear each talk, it seems to be the birthday dinner party spot. The music selection was pretty good too..I'd say it's more for the 21-30ishhh crowd. The place has a nice viibe."
"the view here is to die for! The food and service is exceptional!! Came here for my anniversary dinner and it was a fantastic experience!"
"I keep hearing about this place and telling myself I need to stop in, so after a day in the office I finally did. What a hidden gem!Nice wine menu. They also let you buy bottles there and uncork.I took the bartender's recommendation and got the burger and a half order of truffle fries. Delicious!!Finished with their home made doughnuts. OMG.Looking forward to am excuse to come back! So chillax and enjoyable! Next time I'll bring my book so I can really spend some time.It can get noisy as tables fill up but I liked the lighting and woody interior."
"Ok I had a little more time on my hands.I stopped on my way home.Country Grill had two more people than myself. My Kinda crowd. My waitress was on the shot.I got a half ½ tea.Cheese Burger All the way and fries. My food came out quickly.Everything nice and hot.Country Grill has a good chili and slaw.(Mayo based). This burger was just as good as my first trip.I had Let tom Mayo on my first trip. That chili slaw had such a good taste I can't wait to visit again and get some hotdogs.I did notice a guy having a big 'ol cheeseburger with Let Tom Mayo and several slices of BACON.Take cash."
"I'm from NYC and traveled down to South Carolina for a job, had a long day and really needed some good food to set it all right. Dudley's delivered far beyond my expectations. We ordered the fried calamari, the oysters, and the deviled eggs for appetizers. Everything was so good and so fresh. Then we each had the buttermilk chicken (best I ever had), the fish and chips (also the best I ever had) and the blackened chicken sandwich. Locals, try this place out. You won't regret it !! Side note: such amazing staff !!"
"The food was delicious. I don't think I have had better mushrooms than the side dish they offer."
"Counter was a birthday gift event for me and It was a really great experience. It's located in a business park and all very dark ! It's pretty much reservation based and you pay I think when you make your reservation. It's a set menu and fixed price with several courses. You can add wine pairings . We chose to go with a Botrle for the meal. We went when it was the last day of the Scandinavian pescatarian menu. They also have another one going on at the same time which is on a much bigger scale in the other side of the building many more courses at the ciunterand more staff involved I think. This one was a quieter sit down at a table set up. This menu was 4 courses with a snack to start with. The snacks were amazing ! So different and took me out of my box a little. You get 3 each and they are little works of art . The first was a white anchovy on seaweed . Totally not my thing but did I like this ? Yes ! Not very fishy and not too salty like I had thought it may be. Nice crunch on the seaweed. I really liked this and I feel it opened my palate. Next was the trout roe and rye. This popped on my mouth , loved that. Nice subtle flavors. The third was the beets and black currant tart. I loved the crunchy base and the beet flavor with the tartness mixed with a little sweetness. This was a little flavor bubble. If these snacks were anything to go by we were in fir a treat next few courses. First course was Gravlax with citrus, dill buttermilk and cucumber. Light refreshing with the little trout roe bubbles. Almost a salad type dish. Nice opener. You could also upgrade each course but we stuck with the plan. Next course was scallop with kohlrabi, sea buckhorn, ramp and cream. Not sure what ramp is, but this was a nice rich sauce, I love scallops, so this was my favorite course. This scallop literally melted in my mouth. Next course was the rainbow trout. With black currant scarlet kale, potato, caulini and cremini. Wow, who knew trout could be this good. This was a seriously great tasting dish, the trout was perfectly cooked, I loved the base of the sauce and veggies. Still light but like a main course. Last course was the black currant and red currant tart, with lingonberry. I loved the what I think was ice cream on the side! The tart crust was nice crunchy, and the currants were a nice tart and sweet gel like jam kinda thing! Loved this. Such a great meet of sweet and salty. Great last course of an amazing dinner. Every course was really well executed, and thought through. Loved this menu and presentation. The whole experience was really nice, I'd have to say though we were kinda disappointed in the sommelier. I felt we knew as much as he did.he didn't really help out when we asked for opinions on wines, and kinda took his time finding a cooler for our wine. We did get two little to go boxes of cardamom buns which was a nice gesture, we had to ask for a third, as there was 3 of us and we paid for 3 people, shouldn't we each get a to go box? We got a third when we asked. Otherwise counter was something different in Charlotte. Great concept . Chef here is on point with the times. Would love to try another menu ."
"Located in Viewmont, Fourk is one of the nicer new American restaurants in Hickory. Fourk has several seafood offerings, nice cocktails, and clean decor. You can park on the street or in nearby lots for free. For heavier eaters, you may want to order an appetizer and/or dessert as the entree portions aren't overly plentiful. For me, the portion and quality was great. One dish we ordered (salmon) was a bit under-seasoned. Fourk has reasonable bottled wine prices and a private event room for larger groups. Fourk allows consumers to purchase gift cards easily."
"Service at the bar was TOP TIER! I went in alone and sat at the bar; I was looking for small bites and good beverage... Opted for their Wagyu Carpaccio and Oysters. Both were FABULOUS! The oysters came with an assortment of accouterments, including a pomegranate vinaigrette, traditional cocktail sauce, and shaved horseradish ice ( this was my favorite of the 3). I washed it all down with a double Casamigos...Highly recommend this restaurant for a great atmosphere and food!"
"10/10 will be back!! This was our first time in Greenville and we stumbled upon this place and couldn't be happier with our experience! We were just looking for a quick drink before our reservations later in the night and stopped in to what became one of our favorite bars of our trip! The vibe was impeccable, the staff were engaging and welcoming, and our drinks were AMAZING! Our extremely talented bartender, Josh, made each of us our own personalized drinks based off a quick description of what we were interested in having and was SPOT ON! Each drink was delicious and surpassed our expectations. We were only disappointed that we didn't find this place earlier in our trip! We are excited to come back at the end of the year when their wine and bourbon room opens! Overall, incredible experience! You can't leave Greenville without visiting Coupe's Corner!"
"My wife and I are in town for a wedding and house shopping. This was our first visit. We stopped in early afternoon to make reservations for dinner and the hostess was very helpful. Our server was excellent I wish I remembered his name. My family and I split a meat and cheese board which was excellent. I had the Rueben. I am very particular about my Rueben's but I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. My step son had the fried chicken and my wife had the scallops. They said their dishes were also top notch. We will definitely be back!"
"Townhouse II is an old school hangout that sports a line out the door at peak times. The locals have been coming here for generations to get their fill of southern, country grub. Expect inexpensive, gut busting fare delivered speedily with a few "sugars" and "honeys" thrown in for good measure.I was introduced here 25 years ago by a local who knew where to go. Over the years, it's always the same. Daily blue plates like stew beef-n-gravy over rice, with beans, a bread and sweet tea suggests its focus. If you want gourmet coffee, table clothes, gluten-free or vegan-based choices, well . . . you're SOL. Gravy, eggs, liver mush, hash browns, basic burgers, fried whatever, plus a 10+daily side of vegetables? Townhouse delivers. The owners at Townhouse have answered two critical questions for success in the restaurant business: who butters our bread and what rings the register? I say look for places with a full parking lot, and a long line at the counter. "Give 'em a whirl," and save some pennies, too. Credit cards accepted."
"DJs is a popular spot but not one I've been to before. We went primarily because they have a well defined gluten friendly menu and it's even marked on the menu which is a very nice feature. I got the pizza which was very good but the whole menu was both wide ranging and tasty looking. We also got a salad which was large and well prepared. As I mentioned, they have a decent selection of gluten free options and take the time to mark them so you don't worry (the fries are not for example, but you don't have to wonder). It can be busy, especially for evenings as it's a popular bar among local students."
