LaWanda N. "Oh my goodness, what a fabulous lunch spot. They truly do have fine foods here. There's literally something for everyone! Wines, olives, cheese, butcher section, sandwiches, soup, hot meals, desserts salads, etc. This is one spot I wished I had the ability to visit more than once, but my training was only 3-days in Charlotte."

Lindsay W. "This review is mainly for their brunch. They have a great menu with a lot of options for food and drinks. Our server was so nice and helpful giving us other options when our drink we wanted had ran out. I ordered the French toast and it was delicious. I love the big patio when the weather is great."

Shionda F. "I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nile Restaurant, a unique restaurant that not only offers delectable Ethiopian cuisine but also features a grocery store inside, with an array of authentic African food items. This combination of a restaurant and market made for a truly immersive and delightful experience. As soon as I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior had traditional Ethiopian artwork, and comfortable seating arrangements.was a culinary journey through the flavors of Ethiopia. I decided to start with the traditional injera, a spongy flatbread made from fermented teff flour. The injera was served with a variety of flavorful dips and stews, including the spicy Doro Wat (chicken stew) and the rich and aromatic Misir Wat (red lentil stew). The combination of the tangy injera with the robust flavors of the stews was simply divine.Next, I sampled the vegetarian platter, which showcased an assortment of vegetarian dishes bursting with flavors and spices. The platter featured dishes such as Gomen (collard greens), Atakilt Alicha (cabbage and potato stew), and Shiro (ground chickpea stew).I'm no stranger to Ethiopian food so I know the drill and pretty much the menu .I also participated in a coffee ritual ceremony while dining here which is their tradition and if you don't do anything else please try Ethiopian coffee before you leave this god green earth. What sets them apart was its grocery store, conveniently located within the restaurant. The friendly staff was knowledgeable and eager to assist, making it easy for me to discover new ingredients and products."

Mariah B. "I walked here from over in Gateway Village to try a new spot for lunch during the week. Knowing how many options I would have, I looked at the menu online and pre-planned my salad so I wouldn't be overwhelmed when I walked in. I arrived shortly after noon and while there were many people in the store, there was no line for salads. I stepped right up to the counter and the gentleman who helped me was super friendly and efficient. All of the toppings were well stocked and appeared fresh. Your first choices are type of lettuce and then dressing (they're pre-portioned ready to go on the side in small cups). I enjoyed spinach and poppyseed dressing. I was pleased to find their poppyseed is not creamy like many are, but more of an oil base and is just slightly sweet.I also added chicken, beets, egg (diced up already), candied walnuts, goat cheese, and mandarin oranges. The attendant even made sure the amount of chicken he gave me was enough, which honestly I should've gone with less (my eyes were bigger in that moment). He promptly packaged up my salad, plopped it on the scale, and stuck a barcode to it. I then proceeded to go to the register to pay for my selection (just the salad) and it ended up being ~$13 (you pay by weight). While I usually go to Devon & Blakely across the street and pay less, the flavor and offerings at Reid's I found were better and the overall experience was less overwhelming for me so I think I've found my new spot!"

Ethan L. "Found this spot a little while back and it is incredible spot with great food and is also a mart. I got there right before they stopped serving the chicken sandwich, which is now only served at the food truck at slow play. The chicken sandwich is the main hit here. So tender, flavorful and juicy. Mac n cheese is a huge hit, super creamy and seasoned. Came back and had the wings with loaded tater tots and both are good hits as well. These guys just know flavor and seasoning. Food is very on point and people that work there are very pleasant and nice. They also have rap snacks and 99c Arizona tea! Must try!"
