Love the pastas, really enjoyed the burger. Also highly recommend the sale flight! It was a chillier day so they provided personal heaters by our table outside which I appreciated! Service tends to be slower when you're outside and by the corner rather than closer to the restaurant. A very cozy dinner spot is what I recommend!"

She always gets 2 orders of the Kazoku Karaage which is a 4 piece homemade Japanese fried chicken thigh, scallion, served with spicy mayo. We were informed that you can now get the Kazoku Black spicy so we ordered one of those and 2 of the regular one. The Kazoku Black is full of flavor with a heavy concentration on garlic. The spicy does not compromise the garlic flavor. It's delicious. Being a texture girl I really appreciate that the pork belly in their ramen always has a good meat to fat ratio. It melts in your mouth. Even though is a small operation they really pay attention to the details. In my opinion they have the best ramen in Charlotte. Amazing food & the atmosphere is exactly the chill I needed. We sat at the bar and it was comfortable & fun to watch the dance of the kitchen. We had the edamame hummus appetizer, tomato pie & meatloaf. All had fantastic flavors.

I wanted some breakfast for lunch, so I sauntered into this cute little establishment and had the best cinnamon roll waffle my tastebuds have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. It was light and fluffy yet so flavorful. Didn't really need the syrup, it was sweet enough. My waitress was really friendly and sweet. They have quite a decent menu for lunch or breakfast all day. They close at 3p so be mindful of that if you're thinking breakfast for dinner.

Most of the food I've tried has been delicious, I don't recommend the fried chicken (all white) it's a little to big for my liking and isn't fully cooked/crispy enough for meChicken and dumplings taste like grandma made itService has always been good and staff is friendly Ambience gives family vibesOnly con I have is that the prices have changed but they haven't been updated on paper menu or website

Great little ramen spot...very cutesee. Note they will not seat you until your whole party is there. The booths are only for larger parties of 4 or more. They have tables or bar for smaller parties. I went specifically for the waygu truffle ramen and it was fantastic and worth the 30.00 price tag. They were short staffed so the chef and hostess did double duty as a result there was a small wait to get serviced. I would definitely come back

1st off, have you ever been served wings still full of feathers? WTF! That's what you get here! Got a pulled pork and brisket sandwich that was pretty good. Was blowing mud 2 hours after our not hot experience. Two thumbs down

Friendly people, great food, and fast service. I love a local place and the Handi Mart is just that. Fresh, home cooked meats and sides for a value. My son wanted a chicken leg and potato wedges, but the fryer was down. We chose chicken tenders, broccoli casserole, and tater tots as a backup plan. Everything was delicious. The broccoli casserole was the only item I didn't love, but that is more of a personal preference in how I like that item made. I would definitely return to this hometown gem when I am in the area.
