"This place is great! It is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! The prices are reasonable as well. I have been here many times and I have always received great food and service! They specialize in noodle soups so I usually stick to them when I order. They have good appetizers and sushi as well, however. So for appetizers they have great wings - large and very crispy! They also have wontons and dumplings. I usually get the sushi by the piece - a great bargain as some are$2.50 each and others are $2 each. I love their eel Nigiri sushi and the Yellowtail Nigiri.They have Bahn Mi sandwiches, Bao Bao and several other items on the menu as well such as stir fried noodle dishes, rice bowls and fried rice.OK, now for some specific recommendations. For wings I really like the Thai Basil, Sesame Chili Garlic and Salt & Pepper wings. Under small plates the Spicy Wontons and Dumplings are very good. For soups, all of them are fantastic but I really like the Lan Zhou, Curry Kick, and HotPot (very spicy!). They say their customer favorite is Curry Kick and I see why - it is outstanding! Lan Zhou has a flavorful beef broth. For beverages they have a variety of looseleaf teas, bubble tea, sake, wine and beer Including several local beers - none on draught though. Cheers!"

"We had the best time at Lee's Cafe! Took our kids for a New Year's Eve dinner and the reviews did not disappoint. We got there early and the place was already packed with folks ordering take out, as well as starting to sit for dinner. The service was not impacted whatsoever.We ordered appetizers of edamame, miso soup, and crab Rangoon which all came out quickly and was delicious. The kids easily split the sweet and sour chicken and chicken lo mein which is their absolute favorite.My husband ordered the super boost roll and said it was incredible. I ordered the rainbow roll and it was also perfectly done. We were all stuffed, and my kids are already begging us to come back again soon.We will certainly be back again soon to try something else since the menu has so many options."

"What a fantastic meal!My family of three visited Ganbei Japanese Restaurant & Bar on a Friday around 5 PM. We were immediately seated and were able to sit near the back of the restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet, but trendy. The restaurant was about half full. We ordered sushi and crab rangoon to start and had the chicken hibachi and sweet & sour chicken as entrees to share.The California roll was delicious. We liked it so much that we ordered an extra one because we all wanted more. The spicy salmon roll was great and my husband ate the whole thing almost by himself. The crab rangoon was perfect and was served with a sweet & sour dipping sauce. It was just crispy enough, but not over-cooked.I really liked the sweet & sour chicken, but the chicken hibachi stole the show. We all three thought the hibachi was the best part of our meal and I would definitely order it again.Our server, Cole, was great. He was extremely attentive and checked on us frequently. They did forget the soup and salad, but we were so full from what we ordered that we didn't miss it at all. Cole apologized about missing the soup and salad and offered to pack it up to-go, but we declined as we were heading out for shopping.The total for our food, two sodas, and two beers was about $75.Everything was fantastic and we would definitely return."

"Wan Fu is always consistently good. The atmosphere is so pretty ! A few of us went here tonight. The hot & sour soup has a slight kick to it, which I love. The prices are very reasonable. I read somewhere that they also had a special authentic Chinese menu. I asked for it and was told they do not have one. Only one menu is available (pictured).I also got the pan seared pork dumplings. The flavor of the pork inside is very good. Their menu said they make their own dough wrap for it. That may be why one was delivered with the pork exposed. The menu also said they make their own crab rangoon in-house, and their own spring roll. My friend got the spring roll and said it was lightly crispy and very good. She also got the curry shrimp Singapore noodles and loved them so much she couldn't stop eating them and ended up finishing her whole plate of noodles. The other friend got 2 appetizers for dinner. She enjoyed the beef teriyaki and steamed pork dumplings. I got the Mala Beef because it said it was spicy. It was very flavorful, but it was not spicy at all. The waitress gave me some chili paste sauce, and I dumped the entire little cup on top of it to kick it up. I liked the flavor and veggies in it though. There are red, yellow, and orange bell peppers in it it, which make it both colorful and tastey. My only small complaint is that they give you one teeney bowl of rice with it. I couldn't enjoy my meal as much trying to ration the rice and the entree overwhelmed the rice and drowned it out. I ended up taking 1/4 of it home so I could make some more rice to go with it.The staff is very friendly here. Our waitress smiled and was chatty. The owner was in the lobby and constantly running around being very hands-on. I've seen him here for years and he's always very friendly. I noticed they have a dedicated bartender. He was cleaning up some glasses at the bar and seemed to have such a good attitude. The food came almost all at once immediately after we had the soup, not much wait at all. The booths are a bit small to fit into but very comfortable. They also have several beautiful rooms for small parties. One room of customers has a sheer curtain which adds to the ambiance. Highly recommend this place."

Persuasian! After a long search on yelp, we decided to go with Persausian after finding out they we were able to dine inside. My husband and I came here for dinner spontaneously on a Tuesday night with my in-laws and my SIL's parents. When we arrived, the place was packed with other diners! Once seated, the owner came over to us to put in our order. We ordered spicy edamame, bang bang shrimp, yellow curry, Thai basil, and a few other items and everything was delicious. Be sure to let them know about the spicy level, because it was spicy for me (which I can normally handle). Everything was delicious, truly. The service was great our waitress was very attentive. The menu is quite extensive with different Japanese, Chinese, and Thai options. For appetizers I got the teriyaki skewers and my fiance got the Shrimp Tempura rolls to start off. They both were excellent. For our entrees we got the glazened shrimp and sesame chicken with fried rice and broccoli. The jumbo glazed shrimp were good. The sesame chicken and broccoli tasted like it was microwaved. The fried rice is just fried rice with and egg. My rice had eggshells in it. So overall an okay an experience. I would return to try more sushi rolls."

I ate it before I thought to take a picture. The hibachi shrimp was filled with a decent amount of huge shrimp. The fried rice was also "plain" like I love it!
