"Andrea and I were truly amazed at the wide selection of delicious and refreshing custom crafted beverages that are available for your enjoyment. Seating is incredibly comfortable and just a relaxing place to be; - The Gals working the front had great smiles and were incredible helpful with no-nonsense attitude; - Thank you friend! We decided to stop in for something refreshing and delicious after enjoying a Late Breakfast/Brunch Bagel at the "Next Door" Famous - New York Old School Bagel. Was really amazed at all "Tiny Bite" options that you can enjoy to accompany your drinks. We look forward to returning back soon."
"So wait I haven't reviewed this place yet. This is like a best kept secret in Sanford. If it wasn't for Yelp suggesting this place I would have missed out. Best lunch place in town. They keep the menu simple- salads, soup, sandwiches, desserts. My jam totally. I can't wait for it to get colder. I prefer ahead and it was ready when I walked in. The food was amazing."

"Their chicken caesar wrap is really really good! I'd come back again for it- that was the only thing I tried."
"Food is always good. Coffee even better and stellar service. Would definitely recommend for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick me up."
"Oh boy! The one good thing is the server was friendly! My husband is limited to time because of location for his lunch break. So his team and I went to a diner a few miles from the Plant.Yikes! The food did not look appetizing at all. I knew immediately and didn't order anything. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and corn and green beans. Portion size extremely small. His partners ordered a Turkey sandwich, Specially Spaghetti and meatballs and not sure what the other two ordered since it all looked the same to me.They say home cooking with a touch of Dutch cooking. Never had Dutch food so not sure what the touch was. My husband said it was nothing to rave about. Spaghetti was not great. Turkey sandwich was fried on outside and our team member ate it all so I assume it was ok. My husband wanted a chocolate shake, shakes offered on the menu. Server said oh I'm not sure if we offer chocolate shakes, in the 3 years she has worked she never seen one made. I strongly advised my husband not to get one since that probably meant the ice cream could be pretty old as well. The unsweetened tea was so strong that the guys had to order a soda because it was upsetting their stomachs. It seems to be a local favorite, saw several people who look to come here often. Maybe if you don't eat out as much as we do this place would be just fine for you."
"Instant mashed potatoes. Green beans straight from the can. Home cooking not worthy. I would definitely stick with the breakfast!"
"I love this place. It's low key, quiet and comfy. I loved the atmosphere, the music and the flavors. I enjoyed myself here and met some interesting characters. That's always a plus for me; it shows how diverse it can be. This place has a vibe...I'll definitely be back!"
"Delicious small business that is always busy. From the breakfast to the hotdogs and even the coffee you will not be disappointed. And did I mention the desserts.... delicious, especially that banana pudding. The staff are friendly and so kind. Definitely a gem in the small town of York!"
"AWESOME! The coffee is good & the breve is better . OMG! I was not expecting the breve to be soooo delicious. Hats off the older lady who made my Breve is Sunday morning. Also grab a Strawberry Lemonade Probiotic water! Good good! I will return when I visit again."
"This is a has become a local favorite for me and my kids. Has the best hot chocolate in the city. The latte's and breakfast food are amazing! The staff is 5 star! Super accommodating, every time I come in, and always remember me and my kids. Love this local gem!"
"After hearing good things about Dulcet and Delish, my DIL and I went this afternoon. What a delight! They have an extensive food and drink menu, plus indoor and outdoor seating. I opted for the tomato basil soup, which was served piping hot. My daughter-in-law's sandwich and granddaughters' Montecristo were delicious. I like that they heated our cookies before bringing them to the table. We will definitely go again!"
"This place is Charlotte's best kept secret. My husband and I walked over after noticing the sign and to our surprise they are OPEN! The lounge area is very cool and the service (by Aydin) is second to none. The choices are limitless, the creativity with the coffee craft is not just another smoke and mirrors gimmick, and the taste is BEYOND great! It's so hard to find a place with reasonable prices and the taste of coffee that hasn't been scorched. QCG is where you can go to find your zen. Thanks Aydin for your hospitality and high quality barista skills. This will be our new coffee go-to spot! And yeh, I'm bringing all my friends both Yelpers and Non-Yelpers alike! Side note, VERY clean space and easy parking!! THANK YOU ALL!"

I love Roots Cafe! It's such a vibe & I stumbled across it one day searching for coffee shops. I drive about 25 minutes just to get a bacon, egg & cheese croissant because it's so good. I've also tried their latte. There's indoor & outdoor seating. The dining area is so small but I never had issues with finding a table, regales of how crowded they seem. There's small and large tables with plugs for computers & phones. Love this place. Came here and was able to brainstorm on some projects & have a nice bite to eat on a few occasions.

I swear the drinks here keep getting better and better! Definitely was on my list to visit while I was visiting a friend I tried them last time and their blueberry latte was delicious! Of course the seasonal menu came out and I noticed they had a gingerbread white mocha latte that I definitely needed in my life and it did not disappoint. The drink had the best gingerbread flavor and with the white mocha cold foam honestly, it was so good. I came back before I left to get another one and I also got some coffee beans to bring home on our travels. It wasn't the same but the flavor of the beans were nice and has a smooth pull .

been a new 'New Management' sign flapping in the breeze for a couple of weeks now so I figured "why not... what have we got to lose? maybe a couple minutes and a few dollars?" so me and Paul stopped in for some chit-chat and a little something from the breakfast menu. first thing you notice walking in is that the management is the only thing new here; the tables and chairs, booths and counter, the NASCAR hangings on the wall (and maybe even the menu) are all turn of the century stuff. Paul says it looks the same as it ever has which is way less comforting than you might imagine.we took a booth on the side and menus, coffee, and waters arrived shortly... Paul got Corine's Special - two eggs easy, bacons, and french toasts; and I had a Casserole - slightly undercooked hash browns, scrambled egg, sausage bits, and cheese, under country gravy with a biscuit on the side to which I added several blasts of hot sauce.service was fast and efficient; coffee was hot, black, and abundant; food was good by any standard but not stellar. it's a breakfast and breakfast is rarely stellar even if it's the special... so just keep serving people the food like like they like it and we'll all get along fine.

Hookah Hotspot is a nice surprise right off Central Ave! I met a few friends here for drinks and a Hookah and the place was really packed! There was a big boxing match that night and even with the crowd the service was great! They had a live DJ and he did an awesome job

"I've been here three times for a quick coffee. Even when I've been in line for over 10 minutes and still waiting to place my order, there's only one person ahead of me. I leave without a coffee every time because it takes forever just to place my order. Very disappointing. I'd love to support local businesses but I don't feel like my time is valued when I've been here."
"My Friendly's was so yummy! It was our first evening in town and I'd made a booking for the 4 of us for dinner. I knew we'd be seeing my son for graduation in the coming days and admittingly hoped I hadn't just made the best dinner plans without him in attendance, it was so tasty I began to feel bad being there without him. Luckily, we did share some other great places with him.I started with a chocolate orange old fashioned, creature of habit ;) It was great! My son teases me about how much I love dark liquor and it's true. This drink reminded me of something I'd had at Jameson, in Dublin so I had to try it.We shared the fried green tomatoes to start with, and they were fantastic. I love that they sandwiched pimento cheese in-between the stack of them. Two of my favorite items, in one dish.My bestie and I went halfsies on two entrees because we wanted to try the meatloaf but I also wanted catfish. Our two entrees were delish!!! We love meatloaf and make it often, but we always try to make it a little "healthier" and use turkey meat so having Mr. Friendly's was a REAL treat. My bff mentioned it really didn't need the sauce, which is true it's solid on it's own but I did like sauce. Their collards, grits and mashed potatoes are all very yummy too.I think my Mom had the oysters and my sons girlfriend had the grit cakes, but in all honesty I can't recall. We had just had wine and light bites before we came here, but my appetite is non stop unlike most normal peoples. My drink and two entrees were so delish, they were my sole focus but I think my Mom and my sons girlfriend enjoyed their choices as well.Service was great and very friendly too :) I would definitely recommend dining here. I'm so grateful we did."
"A nice small place to have breakfast. Service was very quick and friendly. I ordered the fried steak breakfast with grits. It was crispy smothered in what I assumed to be pork gravy. It was delicious. I'm from NY and we don't have that near us. Everything was good including the coffee. My only regret was I didn't see scrapple on the menu. Maybe I was not far enough south."
"I'm always pleased when dining at First Watch. Each one has a different layout but they each give good food and good service. They're always busy but they always work hard. Glasses are always full because they bring you a bottle of water for the table. They offer flavored creamers for your coffee, not just milk. Each one has lots of windows to keep it bright and well lit. Some have bar space while others only have indoor seating. The decor is rustic and comfortable. When it's time to pay, you pay at the register not the server so you don't have to wait around. I enjoy eating here whether by myself or with friends."
"Every time I've been here, the servers have been so kind to me and the food has been so delicious! I ordered a club sandwich because I hadn't had one in so long and it was so good! I also had a slice of carrot cake which was moist and yummy! I'll be returning here again and again!"
"This is a great small place to study and drink coffee, they join together at 6pm every Tuesday for a nice music sesh tooLove this place The coffee is fine but it's more about the atmosphere"
"Wonderful spot! The people working there seem like very generous spirits, the latte I had was great, and they bake all their own stuff in house!I'll have to update after I try this cinnamon roll tomorrow morning, but it looks great..."
"My experience was just okay. Intermezzo was on my list and driven by a lot, but I never stopped in. On a rainy Friday night, I decided to stop in. The hostess wasn't the friendliest but did give me an honest wait time. She sat me out on the patio, and it was a bit chilly even with the heaters, but I made do. The cocktail was my favorite part of the meal. I don't remember which one it was, but it was good. The server was nice enough but a bit slow coming and going, and could have been more attentive on a cold night. I ordered the piroska, which is essentially a stromboli with sour cream. While the sour cream gives it a nice twist, it's still nothing to write home about. While eating, I decided that I wouldn't order again and was underwhelmed by the experience. It was also overpriced given the mediocrity of the service and the food."
"We love this place. Friendly people and always great consistent food. They stay busy and have been in business for many years."
"Good icecream. Multiple options for dairy freedom. Open to a deli/drink area where groups play board games."
"Rainer's was such a good experience! Service was nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and provided a good amount of seating. The food was delish! The cheesy pizza was the best and the salad was fresh and tasty. We look forward to returning!"
"Chez Marie Pâtisserie in Charlotte's South Park area is an absolute treasure! Their lattes are divine, and the variety of French treats is impressive and delicious. They also offer excellent charcuterie, sandwiches, and salads, making it a perfect spot for a delightful lunch or a cozy coffee break.I make it a point to stop every time I'm at the shopping center and always leave feeling like I've treated myself. I highly recommend Chez Marie Pâtisserie for anyone looking to enjoy a little taste of Paris in Charlotte!Even if I only have time for a latte and a quick sandwich, getting it here elevates my afternoon break. :)"
"This place is AWESOME!!! We paid $16 for my toddlers play time and 2 adults came free with him. He had an absolute blast and my husband and I both got lattes and snacks which were DELISH. Their prices for food and drinks were unreal and so cheap and their selection was crazy. They even have waffles and and a whole cooler of different drinks and goodies. The staff was super friendly and helpful and everything was unbelievably clean for a place that kids play. We can't wait to go back!"
"Been there three times recently for breakfast and have not been disappointed yet. We brought out of town guests and they very much enjoyed the food and service. I personally love the French Toast, the wait staff is friendly and attentive. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Please keep up the good work."
"Café Lentz is a European style café in downtown Mt. Pleasant, NC serving craft coffee, paninis, smoothies, and pastries, according to their Facebook page. All I know, is little Mt Pleasant has stepped up their game from a snoozy, nearly invisible hamlet to a stop worth making. Apparently, Café Lentz is associated with 73 & Main (across the street), and possibly the bakery next door (but it was closed when we visited). The offerings are typical of most large cities (hand crafted coffees, sandwiches, etc.) which may make some of the locals frustrated that a basic coffee and BEC biscuit is not available (the Hardee's is still up the road). I like that.As of this writing they have been open about six months. I think they still have some wrinkles that need ironing: the counter area is contentious with the sole bathroom, as well as the condiments counter and ordering station, all competing for the same space. Claustrophobic. The coffee was delicious, but I think the "small" size is one click above a communion cup serving--I'll call it petite. Step up to the larger sizes for a better value. My first visit to Mt Pleasant was 25 years ago and it was all one could do to find a pizza shop. Much has changed and is getting better. Some local hangouts remain (e.g. What-A-Burger #13--yeah!), but Café Lentz is a forward move that I say, "give 'em a whirl." Support the nouveau investors willing to spend some cash in their pockets."
"Have ate here for 20 years and it has been consistently good. Best grilled cheese and pickles I have ever had in my life. Will keep coming here for 20 more years!"
"Found this spot a little while back and it is incredible spot with great food and is also a mart. I got there right before they stopped serving the chicken sandwich, which is now only served at the food truck at slow play. The chicken sandwich is the main hit here. So tender, flavorful and juicy. Mac n cheese is a huge hit, super creamy and seasoned. Came back and had the wings with loaded tater tots and both are good hits as well. These guys just know flavor and seasoning. Food is very on point and people that work there are very pleasant and nice. They also have rap snacks and 99c Arizona tea! Must try!"
"I've seen Romeo and Juliet Brazilian Cafe on the Goodiebag app several times. Then I saw a TikTok for them and I was intrigued. So the next time I saw them on Goodiebag I jumped. When I went to redeem my Goodiebag offer the guy working the counter was amazing. I got there very close to closing and he was so sweet. He went into the counter and filled our bag was savory treats. There was around 7/8 items in the bag. Everything he put in the bag was a surprise to us. We noticed a few of the names but they looked alike in the bag. Now we had 2 with hamburger meat/ground beef. They were our favorites. One had ham and cheese and one had corn and cheese. Both were delicious. Small round cheese breads were very chewy. Our least favorite was the hot dog but it wasn't terrible. We opted to get a sweet treat also and loved it also. It was a milk and coconut twisted bread. All in all I was super impressed with what we got and all the delicious flavors. We split the goodie bag items between 3 people and were very satisfied. Romeo and Juliet Brazilian Cafe1605 Galleria BlvdSte 105Charlotte, NC 28270(Review 16 in 2024 and 816 overall)"
"A gem in Hamlet. Recommend it highly for friendly and clean atmosphere. Exceptional coffee and great food. I had the Italian Grilled Cheese and potato soup...both very good. I'll be back!"
"Delicious food cooked to order. Great service fast and friendly. A very fun chill vibe with the Miami decor and cuban music. Located in a small strip mall in Denver NC near Lake Norman. Our family loves this restaurant! Great prices for such delicious made to order meals. We love the breakfast!! They even have a full bar. Gourmet coffee and pastries"
"Excellent BLT sandwich. Very good counter service. This place is a throwback to the 60s. I enjoyed going here."
"We heard this place is awesome and it is! My friend is visiting from out of town so we met for lunch. Everyone is very friendly. We each ordered a salad sampler. Mine had potato, macaroni, and chicken salads plus pimento cheese (which has an up charge). All of them were delicious! We also ordered apple crisp and cheesecake. I would prefer to have apple pie but it was good. The cheesecake was yummy.I would definitely go back! Just a warning: it gets very busy!"
"4.5 stars. Good coffee but quite expensive for this area. My entire family ordered coffee drinks with oat milk lol:- Latte was good, creamy, and smooth- Macchiato was very strong and bitter. Rather too bitter for my dad, so we combined his macchiato with my latte, and then we split that combo drink lol. - Matcha was good and naturally unsweetened, which my sister liked. Ambiance was cute, open, and airy. Service was very friendly. Only con of this place is that the coffee is on the pricier side. Plus, the oat milk substitute costs $1, which is on the steeper side too--add that up over 3 drinks, and it's not cheap Hence, docking 0.5 star."
