"They were other locations for Asian food in the area but they were delivery and take out only. As we walk to the front door we saw a sign that said we are clean. That was enough for me to eat at this location. We were immediately greed it at the door by young man well I learned later was named David. David walked us to our table gave us two plastic cooking gloves and asked what we would like to drink.The Buffet had plenty of food but not a large variety that I would've like to see. But they continue to bring out hot food, and David continue to clean around the Buffay table. He was very careful to bring everyone into the facility and sent them separately. However there was one couple with two children that entered and did not have a mask, and there was one Lady of that group that went to the Buffay table without her glove. I would've like to see that be in forced.Besides that small unclean family not coming to common decency about stairs and state mandates about mask, the food was delicious there was an equal amount of meats, salads and fruit and desserts. But I would've liked to have seen more vegetables on the Buffet.Can't beat the service though, our server was very kind and you could see (figuratively) the smile through her mask. She was very hospitable and courteous and concerned about our visit. I just didn't want to ruin the mood mentioning that family without the mask, because we were finishing our dinner.But I won't let that little incident stop me from coming back to this wonderful establishment with this great service and delicious food. Thank you for being open during this temporary season in America and the world. I will be back!"

"We were so happy that we found this place looking for something else. So we came here by accident and I'm glad we did. We love the decor outside and inside and there's so many seating area.We were seated promptly after arriving by a nice host. Our server was the nicest lady. One more perk of coming to this restaurant. She also kept her area clean at all time. She was very attentive to all the patrons there.What about the food? We liked it. So much to choose from: sushi, seafood, soups, hotpot, hibachi, salad, kids friendly like pizza, nuggets, pasta, noodles, veggies, and desserts. I love seeing the Korean Short Ribs, crispy shrimp with head, and octopus tentacles. Those are my favorite and hard to find. They were well cooked and not overly salty.The hot pot option was in the soup area. If you are into crawfish, they had plenty of that. Sushi was good too. Didn't try the hibachi this time since we wanted something right away but there wasn't a long but the choices above kept us going. The dessert was decent. The flan was eggy, the scale sponges were moisture and airy.If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be stopping a."

"Ichiban delivers what you would expect from an all you can eat Asian buffet restaurant. I found no unpleasant surprises and everything was typical fare. I really enjoy several items on their bars though. Especially the crab rangoon and baked crab with cheese. As I said before, this place is what you would expect from a buffet place, so don't go in expecting anything more or anything less. So if you're a fan of these types of restaurants, you'll have a good time."

"Decided to check out this Chinese buffet. Went here on a Saturday evening the prices are a little bit higher on the weekend then if you go for their for lunch I believe that's before 3:30 during the week but it's still not bad for the price they're charging that some other Chinese buffets are charging especially on the weekend.Going in I was wecome by the person at the front that ask how many people in our party then they walk you to your table. After that we had a waitress that came over get our drinks . By the way the drinks are a extra charge but refills are included free . The service was good but personality-wise was just not there they weren't very sociable.They had many different selections of food and a Hibachi Grill some of the food on the Hibachi Grill especially the chicken did not look very good looks like it was sitting out too long. The shrimp that I had was delicious there are many other things to choose around the restaurant the classic things that usually you find in other Chinese buffets. They have a dessert freezer that you can pick from ice creams cones and regular cups of ice cream as well as ice cream sandwiches that was also delicious.Overall I would say for the most part the food was very good just that there are certain things to look out for that I would stay away fromThe place was pretty big they have plenty of room for their customers there the restroom was very clean as well."

"Came here thinking it might still be Ambers but it's now Ginza which turns out to be delicious too. We were greeted and seated fast and headed straight to the bars. They have so much to choose from even during lunch that we went back and forth a few times. The egg drop soup mixed with wonton was delicious, the shumai was also very good. The fried calamari was amazingly tender and flavorful, salmon and fried fish were good along with the cheesy crab. Most of the things I tried were good but the sweet and sour was a little different than what I'm used to at my local Chinese restaurant. I'll need to come back a few more times to actually see what all is good and not but almost everything was worth eating."

"I'm not sure why this location has such low ratings but my experience was excellent. The food was great and the service was outstanding. I went there expecting the worst and to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Everything I ate was delicious. I had the fried chicken, shrimp and fish and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. I also made not one, but two trips to the salad bar and it was stellar. Everything was fresh and they had almost anything you could want on your salad. I ended my meal with banana pudding and it was scrumptious. I give the service 5 stars. Me and my parents had Arnold Palmers to drink and we never had to ask for refills and our server made sure we had plenty of plates and that the used plates were removed from the table without us having to ask them to do so. The best part was that we got in for the early bird special by getting there by 4pm so that was a bonus. I can't recommend this Golden Corral highly enough. I can't wait to go back. Next time I'm going to make it my business to try the steak which I hear can be cooked to order."

"Frankly, I had NO idea what to expect when my sister recommended this buffet for a family dinner on a recent trip to the Lexington, SC area.I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of chinese (not REAL chinese, but American style) cuisine. The only real disappointment was the sushi (well, not real sushi, but the California roll styles that you might find at the mall). I live in Honolulu, Hawaii and even the mediocre sushi there is ten times better...... Sorry Eastern, you need to step up to the plate before having a sushi bar. Not even close.The prices were fair - around the $11-13 range depending on when you visited (lunch, dinner, weekend etc.)The service was as you might expect from a buffet joint - not super attentive, but they did manage to refill our drinks before they were empty.All in all, a great place to take a large group or a family of 4. Not recommended for a romantic dinner unless gorging yourselves in front of your date is ok.I wouldn't hesitate to return upon my next visit to the area."

"A good spread for lunch today and I was especially pleased with the sushi that was better than the usual quality at a Chinese buffet. Many different options to stick with proteins and avoid the sweet sauces and fried stuff. But if you want fried and sauced, they have it!The place was busy at 12:30 on a weekday and they were constantly restocking the steam tables and cleaning up spills. I especially like that they have disposable gloves on the line so that you can avoid touching shared surfaces as much as possible.I had a good meal and left satisfied. "*Experience during Covid-19* Mutt's is a solid buffet style BBQ restaurant in upstate South Carolina. To be safe through the pandemic, you cannot self-serve yourself at the buffet. When you go up to the buffet You will tell staff what you want and they will make your plate for you. We also had an awesome waitress, who after we got our initial food items, would often check in to take away plates or bring us other items from the buffet we'd like saving us the trip back to the buffet.The buffet has quite a variety of items to choose from (and even a separate ice cream buffet cooler you can choose from for dessert). I sampled many items from the buffet (first time here) and the standout items to me were the mac and cheese (soooo good), fried chicken, hash and rice, and pulled pork (gonna need to put some sauce on it though).I left full and satisfied and would def return if I'm in the area again."

"If y'all want to know how REAL Southern food taste like when it is cooked right - this is the place. I have never been to a southern food restaurant that tastes just the way I would cook it at home. You can tell they do not shy on those extra ingredients (sometimes more expensive) like butter , cheese, spices that add more flavor. This place also has the best Mac n Cheese ever served in a restaurant ever ! You have to bring your appetite to get ready for this buffet but they do sell plates by the pound at a very reasonable price."

It's like you don't even know where to start first. So it is best to walk through the entire thing to figure out what you want. If you just start at the 1st row and fill your plate you'll probably become full by the time you hit the 2nd or 3rd row of food when there could be more items there that you want but haven't saved any room in your stomach for since they have desserts as well. The price was extremely fair for what you got. My only negative is that it seemed repetitive because it was like chicken 15 different ways. I would have expected to see more pork, beef, and fish. there was maybe one dish of each of those, but chicken multiple times in every row.You are better off to eat it there because if you do take out, they charge you by weight so you're better off to find the time stop in and sit down for this meal."

They offer a variety of foods. Salad and fruit bar. Some of you typical lo mein, rice, veggies, and chicken. There is seafood and a bar where you can create your own seafood boil and a couple fish options. My favorite was the hibachi station in the back. You pick your veggies and meats, pick a sauce and wait for them to cook your food. Staff was nice and worked constantly to keep the buffet area clean and food available."

FYI: Arrive before 1:00 PM before it gets slammed. Just saying.My main complaint was although they provide gloves to handle the dozens of thongs to handle food, almost nobody thought to use them. Sanitizer stations should be placed throughout the service area and not just in the restrooms, IMO.Overall, it was a feeding frenzy buffet. Tons of food, tons of people, tons of ethnicities, tons of hands touching dozens of utensils. Has my "Give 'em a Whirl" meter donning a mask, gloving up, and wondering if Covid is truly over. Otherwise, it was an interesting event."

The dessert bar was very small with only a good options for finishing off your meal. Not the place for me. I won't be rushing back to this spot."

Might have to wait in line to get seated around lunch time but the line moves quickly.The buffet is great with a good variety of Southern Comfort foods including Chicken Pot Pie, Salisbury Steaks, Wings etc. Time before last, I had the Chicken Liver Special and it was good although just a bit overcooked.You can order off the menu and they have a great selection there if nothing appeals to you off of the menu.We normally visit on Sunday and time our visit to be around 11am to get the Lunch Buffet and just ahead of the Lunch time crowd.They have Seafood All You Can Eat Buffets twice a week and have not made it to them yet but on my radar"

The staff is super friendly and the owner will come out and personally check in you to make sure you're having a great experience. The restaurant is always clean and there never a shortage of food or drink here.There's also meeting rooms available for large groups.My personal favorites are the chicken fingers plate and the bacon cheeseburger plate. "I've been here twice recently. The first time I came midday and it was a pleasant experience. I came alone and was greeted and sat immediately. You pay up front here, even to get your name on the waiting list as an FYI. The food was really good. There were a lot of good options and they had my fave seafood salad. There was a a whole table dedicated to sushi and it was good and tasted fresh. They also have chichi bar where you pick out your ingredients and they cook for you right away. Having had a good experience, I took my mother for Mother's Day. It was a mad house. There were massive lines of people trying to get in to get on their waiting list. It took me 20 min to get on the list. There were two lines and they were working as fast as they could, but it was frustrating when large parties were allowed to come past me to sign in and pay separately bc one person stood in line. Other than that, our server was wonderful and all the service was otherwise fantastic. Despite being insanely busy, the food was never empty. This day they had steaks and more options. That also meant they didn't have some of my faves that day. I'd recommend it, but be prepared that it seems they will be flooded with business on special occasions."

Most of the dishes have too much sauce or too many carbs but it was possible to eat around most of it and still have a good meal.Sushi was pretty basic but it was fresh and it was tasty. There is a salad section (mostly untouched), desserts and a hibachi grill-to-order if that's something that appeals. Several options for the kids who might not like "Chinese food" including wings and mac & cheese.A real bargain at $10 plus tip. My waitress was great at clearing dirty plates and refilling my drink. She was wearing a mask, which was nice to see.
