"Went here last Saturday and we were very pleased. Madison was our server and she was extremely friendly, attentive and gave great beverage and food recommendations. She also was friendly to our furry son. For a busy Saturday night food service was fast, on point and overall 10 out of 10. Drinks were also great, loved being able to do a flight to try beers we have had and introduced us to some new favorites. We sat out on the patio and it was warm with the heaters and clean. We will be back for sure!"
"Old Mecklenburg brewery is a great family and dog friendly place to try. They just celebrated their 15th anniversary which I attended and had a great time. They offered a limitedEdition anniversary stein (for purchase) which allows you to have $5.00 refills for the rest of 2024(not including fat boy beer). What a heck of a deal! They even pass out free samples of their new anniversary beer! They had free music (multiple artists throughout the day) and their food options typically satisfyMost individuals. There is plenty of seating on long table benches, the place is quick large and can accommodate lots of people without feeling over crowded. There is a section that caters more to families and you are able to bring pets. They have fire pits also should the weather require it and their washrooms are well kept. Definitely a go to place."
"Visiting our son at college and he brought us here as it was the only place he knew of open after 10pm Monday. Fantastic service. Delicious food. Several no meat options, like the veggie quesadilla with cowboy caviar- can't get that just anywhere! Menu is a little pricey, not for the average college student. Quality of the food is outstanding. This may be our spot when we're in town."

Good vibes all around. Family friendly & date friendly, and all around a good time. I was here with my buddy from Florida. Cold brews, hot and tasty burgers/fries. Service was kind and above average. I would recommend this place.

This German brewery, complete with spacious beer garden and indoor area is a Charlotte staple. People come to OMB (Olde Mecklenburg Brewery) for the beer and are surprised by how great the food is. Things to note:-This is an excellent venue to come with large groups as it's open seating outside with plenty of room to host-Great for hosting events indoors-During the holidays, that have Christmas markets.-Located in LoSo near several other breweries, it's a nice location to gather and bar hop.

We had a great experience at Foothills downtown!! I am here visiting my mom for the holidays and mentioned that I was in the mood to try a beer flight somewhere, so she suggested this place. Needless to say, it was great! We sat in the bar section which had a great vibe. Our server helped me pick out some options for the flight-- they were all amazing!! I tried the Carolina Blonde, Happyum IPA, Jade IPA, and the Dead and Berried brews... great suggestions. My mom got the blueberry lemon martini which was also the perfect blend of sweet and bitter while not being too strong. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and fish and chips, which were both amazing, leaving us with no complaints. Beyond that, our server had exceptional service. He was attentive, took our orders quickly, and made it a point to keep checking back to make sure we were enjoying everything. Everything was great! I will be back the next time I am in town :)

The Friday Lunch special ($15) comes with a MASSIVE slice of pizza, solid sized salad (two options - I went with Cesar) and one drink. I chose a beer because I happened to have the day off. However, you could also choose a non-alcoholic bev like kombucha too! It is the perfect spot to bring family or friends from out of town for lunch before heading out for the rest of the afternoon. Staff was uh-mazing as usual! For my NJ transplants who might get this pizza reference - it's about the size of a boardwalk slice, think Sawmill in Seaside. Crispy thin (but not too thin) crust.

4.5 StarsPasquale's makes me really happy!! Why? Because Pasquale's is an Italian American restaurant with New York style pizza, calzones, pasta, burgers, wings.... I miss New York City!!A little bit of New York style Italian American food but in Fort Mill, SC (near Charlotte, NC). I've been here previously with my manager for a few beers. For this visit, our whole team at work stopped by for lunch. Lots of variety to choose from including salads, wraps, subs, burgers, pasta, pizza, and wings.Portions are really large, so a colleague and I shared a Chicken Parm with Pasta. I would have taken the whole plate of pasta, but I was traveling on business, so leftovers end up going to waste. Even though it was a half portion, it felt like a full portion!! YUM!! ENJOY!!

"I can't believe I haven't reviewed Protagonist before! I lowkey love this brewery. They have some tasty beer and huge delicious pizza! Me and my bf came for a weekday dinner and had a blast. They allow doggos so we brought our good boy with us and he was able to hang with us outside at the tables. The area is so spacious and shaded. We ordered the Lando Calrissian and it was sublime and huge!!! We ate most of it there but had about 2 slices to take home and we definitely finished that the next day. The pizza was just as yummy reheated in the oven too!We also ordered the Jane Goodall dessert and it was HUGE. It was definitely for more than 2 people. It was very tasty, it's like their version of monkey bread. Highly recommend. I also loved the pineapple mango cider I had. Very light and refreshing. We will be back ASAP!"
"Hard to call this place a sports bar. The live music is usually good. Dirty place . Decent drinks with miserable bartenders. If you don't like your job find something you do like."
