Burr & Berry Coffee

Burr & Berry is a conveniently located drive-up/walk-up coffee place local to the Carolinas. My friend recently discovered it and recommended we venture out on a chill November morning to give their hot beverages a try.My almond milk latte was delicious. Perfect temperature, excellent flavor. My friend had an oat milk latte which she also enjoyed. The kids shared a chocolate milk (made to order with oat milk) and it was gone by the time we arrived back home. The grown up drinks were both topped with chocolate covered espresso beans; this in and of itself makes it worth the trip.Pricing is a little steep, and they unlike Starbucks who recently had a change of heart, do charge extra for plant-based milks (0.75 for almond, $1 for oat). This does cause me to feel discriminated against for requesting a healthy alternative to dairy. For our 3 drinks plus tip the price was $18.75; the cost limits the frequency with which I will indulge, but certainly not my enjoyment.

What a neat little drive through! There was a line, but it moved very quickly. I ordered an iced mocha and thought it was really well done! My favorite part is that they put a little chocolate espresso bean on top :)

If you're looking for coffee to consume in your car, Burr & Berry gets it done. Located on the west side of South Boulevard north of Woodlawn, this container-sized coffee shop gets it done. Yes, drive-through only with a couple of outside tables. No inside seating.Hot and cold coffees, smoothies and coolers, they even have Italian sodas plus a decent looking selection of bakery items.I wouldn't drink a cortado in a moving vehicle but my small cold brew (light ice) was excellent. There's usually a line here on the weekends, so I decided to give it a try. The baristas are nice, and my drink came out fast. I ordered the chubby bunny (cold brew w/ toasted marshmallow, cream, white, chocolate, & caramel drizzle), but I didn't like the taste of it. It sounded like it would be sweet and creamy, but I found it to be watery with some acidity. On another note, I don't think the drinks come with a chocolate covered espresso bean anymore, which other reviews had mentioned.

We love this place and truly love the quality and size of the hand crafted beverages and coffee drinks that they serve. Service is always with a smile and the "Gals" manning the both are all very sassy, cute and friendly. A "Chill Vibe" flows as you pull up to pick up your order. They often - I think primarily on the weekends - have someone in the parking lot taking your order on an iPad to keep the flow moving; But - you really never have to wait to long. This is such a great alternative than going to Starbucks. Special request to the "Land L-rd" - Could you please consider paving the parking lot; Our last visit - there was a pot hole that was so large - I feared my tiny little orange car getting swallowed up by it. - Othewise, like it and love it! Favorite is the Watermelon Italian Sodas! - Fresh pastries are always delicious!

I feel remiss for not mentioning the cold brew with sweet foam. I often get cold brews at other places and I can never figure why, because the cold brew at Burr & Berry is sooooooo smooth. Seriously, check it out.

I have found my new favorite coffee shop! I just moved to the Loso area and my friend introduced me to Burr and Berry Coffee. It's a little drive through and walk up shop off of South Boulevard. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful. The coffee is strong and has great depth of flavor and lastly, they are quick! There is something for everyone. Not to mention, they top your cup with a chocolate covered espresso bean! I'm obsessed. Can't wait to give them all of my money!

I ordered the redbull with passionfruit and it's DELICIOUS! Staff was very friendly and efficient. 7:15 on a weekday morning and had my drink within 10 minutes.

Love that it's a drive thru (who doesn't appreciate convenience), but it also has consistently really good coffee! I haven't had a single thing I don't like and I am very picky about my coffee. The line does get long sometimes, but they are efficient and it moves fast. Highly recommend checking them out.
