I wish I had known about Burners sooner. My first experience was in the store. Greeted right away, very very knowledgeable guys, made great selections. My second experience was an online order. I live on the other side of Norman and it can be a time consuming trip to Birkdale. I was thoroughly impressed at the packaging my order came in and of course being so close it only took a day to arrive. I highly recommend Burners! They have a brown bag policy as well so if you go in and buy a cigar you can sit and sip on the drink of your choice in the store. GREAT PLACE

Great step in shop to do some remote work witha great cigar Their selection is great,and the folks there are knowledgeable. Darren was the guy there.

Went in to buy a housewarming gift for a friend. I looked around for a bit and settled on a wooden box sampler, complete with the cutter and lighter. Although there was one person working, I did not mind waiting for the others ahead of me. The gentleman told me about the place and answered my questions. Overall, this whimsical visit ended up being a good precursor of more to come! I would not mind going back to explore and to enjoy a cigar, myself!

Small, dirty, and dark. Humidor is only available if an employee is right behind you. They say it's for customer service. I say they get shoplifted a lot. Poor customer service. Just not a good place for a cigar.

My wife purchased two cigars for me totaling $72 for Father's Day. The first transaction was approved by the lending institution, however, the clerk subsequently ran the card two more times which resulted in the bank thinking the vendor was attempting to fraudulently charge my wife's card 3 times in the same amount. My wife showed the clerk that the initial debit was completed and only the subsequent 2 attempts for the same amount had been declined due to suspicious activity by the vendor. Not only did they not refund her money, but they didn't give her the two cigars she already paid for. I have been buying cigars and referring customers to Burners for years, but after today and after speaking with the owner Josh, I would highly HIGHLY discourage anyone from doing business here. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Went in to look for a cigar to gift my dad and they were really quick to help me find one that he would like based off of a picture of his current cigars. They were really nice and explained their selection well to someone who knows nothing about cigars!

Located in a great area, the Birkdale Mall. An open air mall with plenty of bars, restaurants and retail giants. You can drop off the missus and while she shops, you can spend the hour here with a fine cigar. Alternatively, you can pick up a smoke to enjoy outside after your dinner in the area. Burners stays open late, and that is much appreciate. Gives us folks enough time to get a cigar after dinner. Their selection is pretty good. You can find some good smokes here. Prices are higher, maybe $1-$2 more than other stores, but its location, friendly service and late hours make it worth it.Store has amenities such as the TV, couch, tables, wifi .. all making it a suitable temporary man cave.

Fantastic establishment, first responder and military friendly. Top notch customer service and relaxed atmosphere. Prices are great, clean, what more could a cigar lover ask for? Nothing! Oh, and the military discount is a very good incentive to become a member/customer. Thank you

Good selection but kinda on the expensive side for a state that used to grow a lot of tobacco! Sticking to my Florida cigar lounge's and shop. No trucker parking unless you are delivering to one of the stores nearby!

Understandably, Josh cannot be there 24/7. The guy he has there most Friday mornings (short dreads w/grey goat) has always been a jerk and I'm sorry I didn't post this sooner. Certainly feels that if you're not a regular, you're not welcomed there. The cigar culture is changing Burners. Your customers are getting younger and more informed. Don't be pricks just because you're behind the counter.
