This place is absolutely gorgeous to walk through and look at all the beautiful flowers hear the birds chirping. It's a quiet, peaceful scenery amazing especially around August. They bring out the fairy garden and it's great for people of all ages.

Gorgeous flowers, and the bees were loving it! I loved it as well I skipped the Fairy Trail as it sounded geared towards young children and the lady at the check in area mentioned there were lots of families with young children and dogs already going that way. I took a quick stroll to the "amphitheater" instead, it would be a cute place for a very small wedding? Little gift shop on site as well.

This garden is amazing. It is much larger than I expected. The staff is friendly and informative. I really enjoyed their fairy garden. I can tell that a lot of love and care goes into this beautiful garden. I will definitely return to experience all the seasons of gardening. The travel through the countryside from Lake Lure to Bullington Gardens was also beautiful and enjoyable.

Wow! What a wonderful use of space at these gardens! A nice variety of short and easy trails lead you to amphitheater, a therapy garden, and herb garden among others. The Fairy Trail is a must see and is seasonal from June to August. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it is apparent that there's a lot of pride that goes into taking care of these gardens. It is for you but donations are welcome.

What a gem! We had been trying to find something to do with our toddler since the pandemic and this was perfect! The Fairy Trail is a must! They did a great job giving people time slots and making things one way so that social distancing can be maintained on this trail. We only saw one other family on the trail during our time slot. There are little houses and doors on trees for the kids to open and find fairies! Absolutely magical. The trail is not very long but with the little one stopping every few feet, it won't feel too short. Tips: It's free to go, get there earlier because parking is limited maybe to 15 cars, if you are planning on doing the Fairy Trail go and get your time slot from the "fairy" first and then roam around the grounds. There is plenty of shade and also some areas to sit down. Bathroom is currently closed on the grounds just FYI!

Loved the Fairy Trail in these gardens. Such a delightful and mystical display of miniatures, with hidden doors and interesting arrangements of tiny folk and their habitats. Kids and adults alike will love the trails and discoveries which await around each bend.

We visited the garden in July, and found it to be quite charming, with some interesting plants that we had never seen before. The volunteers who were working there were very friendly and went out of their way to give us some helpful advice.
