Super casual, super quick, reasonably priced. Can't really ask for more here given the area. I wouldn't go out of my way to try this one, but if you're in the area looking for a quick spot for some quality southern comfort food, Bubba's is a good stopWould I Go Out of My Way to Try? Stumbled upon this place as it was close to my hotel and it was great! I got pulled pork with macaroni pie and mashed potatoes. It came with hush puppies which I tried but didn't enjoy, however, I don't really like hush puppies to begin with. I can imagine these would be good if you do. Food/service was quick like typical BBQ but you can tell this is homestyle cooking since it is served on a styrofoam plate and the service was just okay, which is fine because the food is great and reasonably priced.

Stopped on our way home. Pork bbq and ribs were delicious. BBQ coleslaw very good. Onion rings- I would say they are more like onion strings but we're tastyOrder at counter and they bring food to table, very friendly

Great food and service. It's so nice to have a local restaurant with good food and smiling faces. We will definitely visit more. Thanks to all at Bubba's for a great lunch.

The meat at Bubba's is super smokey and yummy and the calabash chicken is not dry. That said, the amount of grease is extraordinary. The bbq slaw is nice and vinegar y but again I could do with a little less dressing. The green beans were overly salted. With minor changes this would be a win. You can see the puddle of grease in the photo.

We come from CA and Carolina BBQ is a real treat. Bubba's was fantastic. Delicious, cheap and quick. Highly recommended! Ribs, mash and chicken all tasted wonderful.

Best barbecue around! Exceptional ribs and brisket (only Friday and Saturday). Calabash chicken is huge and flavorful. Sides are excellent too. Servings are large, and I usually have another meal from the leftovers. Strawberry cake like mom used to make, as well as chocolate cake and banana pudding are normally available desserts if you save room. This place is worth a try. You won't be sorry!

Great bbq pork sammich and Mac n cheese. Quick and great service and got food quickly as well.

My food was ready when I pulled up to the window, and as always, was terrific! Bubba's has the best bbq in Spartanburg!

Southern down home bbq at it's best! The mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch is to die for and their chicken tenders are made from chicken breast and are huge and juicy. Can't say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back
