Wonderful find in Taylorsville! Awesome wings!!!!!!!!! Quesadilla could use some lettuce and tomato along with some sour cream to add to the top as you eat it. Personnel super friendly and great beer selection. Please add Guinness or a Vanilla Porter for my friend. Ps. Turn down the music a bit so we can talk. Oh, sell shirts with pictures like you have on your FB page.

This taproom is holding its own! On Saturday, 1/16/21, this family owned and operated pub will celebrate its one year anniversary. Congratulations! Brushy Mountain Brews is a craft brew lover's paradise because they frequently rotate locally and regionally crafted beers and hard ciders and to put the proverbial "icing on the cake", they frequently host different food trucks and offer live music, too! Personally, for me, it doesn't get any better than this! Brushy Mountain Brews is located at 42 W Main Avenue in Taylorsville, right in the heart of downtown and it is housed in one of the most historic buildings. The building was formerly one of the original Smithey's Department Stores and dates back to the early 1930s. Smithey's was one of the first and largest department stores in Taylorsville. The owners kept the original retro characteristics of the building by showcasing its stamped steel ceiling tiles and hardwood floorings. It's a pretty amazing place to grab a craft brew, eat specialty food from the hosted food truck and hear some tunes from a live band! Once COVID19 lessens you might even get to experience a Yoga Class again! This is another one of those places that offers experiences that are hard to put a price tag on! Come and enjoy the Brushy Mountain Brews experience soon! By doing so, you're supporting a small business, the local community and economy, as well as, the other craft brewers and musicians from our region and state. Excellent selection of craft and domestic brews. Great atmosphere to hang-out and social distance. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Live music and trivia. We love Brushy Mountain Brews!
