If you don't mind exceeding your calories for the week in one meal, then this is a good breakfast spot. So hearty, half of one biscuit is probably a meal on its own. But you will enjoy it. They have wide selection of butters/jams/condiments. And last time I check, Egg-flation hasn't hit this place yet. So you can still get an affordable omelette.

Stopped by Biscuit Belly on our recent trip to Charlotte and man was it good! I started the trip off with the Drunken Joe which was a boozy coffee with coffee liquor, cream, vanilla, and whipped cream on top. Overall a pretty tasty coffee, a little on the sweet side, but still a good way to start the morning! We also got an order of the Bonuts. These I honestly think were the star of the show. Little Biscuit donut holes coated in cinnamon sugar and served with a bourbon cream cheese frosting and berry jam. The donut holes themselves were tasty, but smothered in the frosting and jam, wow, you just got to give them a try!! For the main I ordered the Go Goetta biscuits. Not one, but two full sized biscuits topped with Goetta sausage gravy. Pretty tasty dish overall, although my biscuits were slightly underdone so that's the only reason this visit wasn't a 5 star. My girlfriend got the Mama's Boy with loaded breakfast tots. The Mama's Boy was very tasty! A Buttermilk fried chicken breast topped with roasted jalapeño pimento cheese, spicy belly pickles, and fried green tomato. A lot to work through, but a delicious biscuit to get!! The loaded tots were pretty tasty as well. All in all, we would 100% come back to give more items a try!

My first impression when I walked in was not the best but the food made up for it. When I walked in there was a lady handing out menus and telling us to get in line to order. We were waiting for a couple more people so I asked if we could sit at a table and wait for them. She told me no. We had to awkwardly stand at the door while we waited our friends for 15 minutes. During the time I decided to order a drink while I waited with the hope I could sit down. I got a lavender mimosa which was delicious. Only problem was it took as long for the drink to come out as it did our meal order. I believe each time you want a drink you have to get back in line bc they don't have servers. For food, I got the T-bird. I thought the turkey would be delicious turkey but it tasted more like smoked turkey. Overall the meal was good but I would like to go back and try more of the food bc it all looked delicious.I also don't mind the concept of not having servers but I think there are some kinks that need to be worked out considering they have good drinks but no one wants to get in line every single time they want one.

The parking in the lot isn't great, but there's a parking deck across the road. When we came in we got in line and checked out the menu while we waited to order. Everyone that worked here was super nice and I really appreciate the staff keeping up with the tables; making sure they're cleaned right away and making sure people have a table number before they sit down. If you're a two top it's definitely easier to get a seat than a big group. The food was excellent and came out quickly. It was around Valentine's Day too so the biscuits were cut like hearts which was a nice touch. Will absolutely be back again!

Biscuit Belly is my go-to brunch spot when I'm craving some comfort food or non-Southerners are here for a visit. I've been lucky to snag parking in the lot, although it can get full. Once inside though, it's a fast, smooth process of ordering at the counter and taking your number to your table. Once your food & drinks are ready, they are brought directly to your table by a friendly staff member, who asks if you need anything else. Everyone who works there seems to really enjoy it. Inside, the aesthetic is bright with colorful murals on the walls, as well as branded merch for purchase. There's a good variety in the menu, from coffee drinks to breakfast cocktails, sweet to savory options. Most recently, we were impressed by the tenderness and flavor of the brisket biscuit. And biscuit French toast with fried chicken was a brunch dish I never knew I needed. Pro tip: download the Biscuit Belly app before you visit, and redeem your free order of bonuts (biscuit donut holes)! They come out hot & fluffy, and both the icing and jam for dipping are amazing.

Had a great Sunday brunch at Biscuit Belly. I will say the parking lot was crowded and the line was out the door which could certainly scare prospective diners away but it should expected during the weekend & spots opened up and the line moves pretty quickly (so don't be intimidated!). Prior to ordering, one the staff members had already prepped a table for us, she also included a high chair which was greatly appreciated. Ordering was seamless and as you're waiting in line you could see biscuits being made through the window into the kitchen. It definitely builds up the anticipation for the meal. Beverages came out first of course, the Chai was ok, I thought the flavor could've been stronger but in the future I'd ask for less milk. The shaken espresso was much better, not too sweet but not too bitter either, I would definitely order again. All of the food came out hot and fresh, the biscuits were a good size, buttery and had a good amount of flakiness to them. The Boozy Bird was a safe pick, the bourbon maple syrup was the star of the show where the chicken was fine, it was moist but nothing spectacular flavor wise. Looking back I would get something that offers some additional flavors but again it was a good standard biscuit. The Rockwell was very similar where the gravy packed that needed punch of flavor. I also tried both the home fries and cheese grits, they were good complementary items. Overall, the food was good and the service was solid. I would return (maybe earlier before the rush) but would consider ordering the food to go.

This food is delicious, the server was awesome and yes we'll be back. The restaurant was clean. Honestly one person that was taking orders was kinda rude. But overall we enjoyed our visit here.
