Birria Way

Amazing birria tacos! I've been following this food truck for a while and never had a chance to go. Now they are stationed by concord mills in the weekends so I finally had a chance to try them! I went on a Saturday night and there was no line. I ordered and the food was ready in a few minutes. I got 4 quesabirria tacos. They were loaded with meat and cheese. They were super flavorful and so was the consume dipping sauce. I can't wait to come back and get them again!

Welcome back Birria Way!!! They had to close to level up the truck, but Birria Way is finally back and open. Not sure why a lot of reviews are hidden for this spot, but I still highly recommend. The truck is often at Armored Cow Brewing, which is a great casual spot. Soft opening night was a little backed up on receiving our order, but was still well worth the wait. Birria pizza and quesabirria are my favorites. If you ordered previously, the red hot sauce changed. It's still great and is a tad more spicy.

Food is consistently delicious, and they tend to be in good locations. The guys are very attentive and the wait isn't too long.

Authentic Mexican food & great service. Moved out here from LA California so finding a Mexican spot that is truly authentic & not a fusion or Tex mex has been quite the task, hit or miss for the most part. This was definitely a HIT! The flavor to their Sinaloa style birria is everything! This is the best birria I've tried out here yet. It's a business on wheels so you'll have to keep up as to where they'll be located on any particular day, great news is that it's usually parked aside a brewery. Hopefully they'll soon open a permanent location.. but don't hesitate to make that drive trust & believe you will not be disappointed. Proud supporter of small businesses.

I got the birra queso tacos and they were great. Food was very filling and only took 5 minutes to order and get my food.

I commented on they Instagram and they told me go on yelp , so I did . Nachos nasty cold no flavor . Tacos noFlavor . This was worst Barria I've had and spent 32 . If this was restaurant I would complained and got another meal or my money back but can't do that with food truck. Disgusting taste

Ordered the Birria pizza togo, it was amazing. Was pretty busy on a Friday night so If you want to dine in get there early.
