I worked this event as a vendor. It was up in the mountains and hidden in the woods. Beautiful bathrooms. Beautiful Venue. Lovely staff. The only problem was the floor vents. The vent wholes were large enough for high heels to get stuck in. People were tripping and falling all night.

The club is situated on beautiful property and the facilities are fantastic. I found the staff and particularly the management inhospitable and arrogant. As a visitor to many country clubs in the last 40 years, I found this club to have done the unthinkable; actually be worse than the Carolina Country Club in Raleigh NC. I previously thought the club in Raleigh would never be surpassed for sheer unprofessionalism and stupidity, but these guys have snatched the trophy from the arms of the imbecilic. I hope at some point the membership realize the sub-quality of the management there and replace with kind, thoughtful and helpful professionals. Along with the Carolina Country Club in Raleigh, I will never be apart of any event at the Biltmore Forest Country Club again.Mark

This is the absolute worst company to work for. Do Not Get A JOB HERE!!!!I'm a current employee and got terminated after 3 weeks. I was accused of bringing a solo cup out full of water to hydrate while working outside bartending, but there is no way to walk to the patio without without walking through the club house. apparently that's not aloud. I was never properly trained the BGCC way for to be a banquet bartender and was never told that by any staff. I tried my best being a banquet bartender with no training but I had no complaints on drinks, lotsof complements. Talked to Bill Cecil for a while which is the general manager at the Biltmore Estate. Had a great conversation and he seemed very pleased.Another reason I was terminated was being 10 minutes late on Mother's Day because there was a car wreck outside my apt complex. I called to inform them I was going to be late. arrived 10 minute later ready to work but the sent me home. I got absolute no training and was never explained why I got terminated. no details why. NC law states that any company can fire you for your first 90 days whether you work hard or not.Last is I didn't check out at the end of the night around 1 with one of manager even though another manager said I was good to go home. Another manager got upset with me bc I didn't check out with him as well. I also had to be back at 8:00 am for Mother's Day. That's 6 hours until I had to be back at work. Oh yeah they have had 2 job fairs this past month and are still short staff. Wonder why????
