Service , quality of food , order taking Fries are always soggy my order is never correct either.

The pizza was great, never have an issue with that. The service is normal for a busy restaurant which is good. The ambiance is just as it has been for a while good no change there. The real issue is every time I go on a Saturday night they never seem to have clean plates, and off you ever tried to eat there pizza off of a napkin power to you because it is a struggle!!! I do go back because the food is good but please either purchase more plates or prepare for busy weekends.

The interior is nothing fancy, the service is hit-or-miss, but there's just something about the pizza that hits just right. Been coming here for three years and they're consistently the same. Don't come here expecting bells and whistles. But if you're good for square cut pizza, good looking salads, and seeing little league teams after their 6pm games, this place is for you.

This was my first time checking this place out. It doesn't have accommodate many inside due to short staffed. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. Small town pizza joint with a couple games. The pizza reminded me of my childhood because it had the chef boyardee look and taste. It was really good but if you're not a fan of grease you might need a napkin lol. Overall great place and experience.

Between the ambiance and the food.. great place to bring the family for unique pizza creations. The did accommodate 17 of us last minute which was fantastic!

Bills Pizza Pub will never ever let you down when it comes to pizza. Retro interior serving up outstanding square cut pizza! Very flavorful. If you're scared of grease and are more of a bland pizza enthusiast then pass bills on by. If you are looking for mouth watering, flavorful and cooked to perfection pizza then Bills is the place for you!

Came back to our old favorite pizza place, Bill's Pizza on Randleman Road, Greensboro NCI ordered a side salad with homemade ranch dressing. It had lots of veggies and was very tasty.My husband and I ordered a small pizza half cheese and half was the Bill's Feast. It was delicious!Our waitress was attentive and we were well taken care of.Being Friday night it became busy which was half the fun. ; visit with neighbors and friends.

The service!! We went to eat there tonight - requested a booth was told they had to "share" seating with each wait staff and was told we could be seated in the carpeted area and than the hostess proceeded to seat us at a tiny table in the middle of the floor vs a booth! Now understand they had multiple empty booths!! So needless to say - we left and not sure we will ever go back! And we are frequent customers there and tonight - happy holidays!

Excellent pizza and lots of toppings without asking for extra, great service. The pizza is covered in toppings not like other pizza shops with very little toppings, wr drive from Browns Summit to Oak Ridge to get better pizzas.
