Be's Noodles & Banh Mi

First time checking out this location and very pleased with the food and service. I order the Pho #9 and my cousin order #14 lemon grass grilled chicken breast . The portions on both are extremely huge and the pho broth was delicious and very pleased with the amount of meat you get . Wow so happy I finally made it to this location. Will definitely be back and the pricing is excellent for the amount of food. my pho cost $15.00

We stumbled into Be's Noodles on a whim one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad we did! We got chicken pho, beef pho, and a lemongrass bahn mi to share. The bahn mi sandwich was incredible! The meat was packed with flavor and delivered a sort of spicy/sweet experience. The pickled veggies on top of the sandwich added a fresh crunch that I kept going back for. I'm not a big pho person but this broth was the most flavorful and savory that I've had in recent memory. The chicken in my pho was overcooked and chewy but other than that, everything was really tasty! The pho portion is huge and we both left with leftovers. The bahn mi was about the size of a footlong sub so I don't think I could have finished one by myself. We want to go back and try some of their appetizers!

Highly recommend the combination vermicelli. Comes with grilled lemongrass pork, grilled shrimp, and two eggrolls. It was delicious. Can't go wrong with a vermicelli bowl. It is simple food but pack with flavor. If it is not enough then you can add some fish sauce and get extra saltiness and savory taste.

So, I only went here because I was in the area. I was hoping great things. It was a decent environment, not busy when I went during lunch time. Greeted me, nice people. They share parking with other businesses so easy to find parking. I ordered the bbh and I love love eating it but this place did not do it for me. I taste the broth and all I taste was spicy coming from it, like pure spice, not tasty flavorful spice if that makes sense. I put hoisin, basically drown it with it but didn't didn't much. I just continue and tried to eat it but eventually just stopped because it was way too spicy, bad spice. I would not ordered it ever again. I do like they have a variety of different meat in it. Some places don't give you that. So that's nice but I may go back and throw something else. Who knows. Hopefully I have a better second experience.

WOOOO THIS BANH MI!As I continue my tour of BANH MI in NC, I rarely find near perfection. Be's is close AF to a perfect banh mi:Let's start with the bread, shall we? It was chewy with a beautiful 'shell' of crunch. A+ 5/5 flavor chew and more.Now protein! Mmhmm the tofu was well dried before nicely fried. I could eat a plate of it.Veggies were fresh, crisp, pickled perfectly. The cilantro, jalapeño and cucumber were portioned lovely.The mayo was creamy and not too much.Now, this would be the best banh mi but the ratios were not perfect. There was either too much tofu or not enough veggies: listen though, this is coming from me doing a banh mi tour through the state.Service was quick, polite and kind. The place itself is nice, not fussy and clean! would make the drive from Winston!

I actually found this hidden gem on Yelp one night when I was under the weather. I've never found a good place for Pho in Charlotte but tonight I finally found one. It's a little hidden in Ballantyne which is probably why I'd never noticed it before. I ordered the chicken Pho and it came out piping out and fast. It was superb! I can never eat a whole bowl of Pho so I took more than half of it home but it was delicious. I also got an order of the shrimp spring rolls that were AMAZING! I just wish they had a better peanut sauce to dip them in like other restaurants. Next time I might just take the rolls home and make the peanut sauce myself. It's a fast and casual restaurant that was well cleaned. There seemed to be lots of to go orders coming in the whole time I was eating. I will be telling my friends about the Pho and coming back to eat more spring rolls and try the Banh Mi.

Great Vietnamese restaurant that offers all the traditional favorites at great portions for decent prices! Loved everything we ordered. All were very flavorful and tasty. We ordered the spring rolls, fried rolls, Pho Tai and the pork chop with rice. Highly recommend the spring rolls, made fresh and very refreshing. Loved the peanut sauce that came with it. The fried rolls were a hit for my daughter. Loved the broth of the pho tai as well, very tasty and authentic. And they give raw filet mignon slices which is so good and authentic to how Pho Tai is because many other places give sliced beef that is already cooked. My husband had the pork chops rice and he said it was very good.Dine in and takeout options available. Delivery through Ubereats. They take credit cards, plenty parking in the plaza.

Second time here and haven't been impressed with either visit. First time I got pho and second time I order chicken Banh mi and summer rolls. Rolls were no good, packed with iceberg lettuce, 2 shrimp each roll (sliced in half) that were turning brown, flavorless; dipping sauce was good. The Chicken Banh Mi had an ok flavor but was still not great.
