Barley Market

Been coming here for about 6 months. It's a home away from home and honestly, everyone is welcome. It's like Cheers with beer and wine and awesome conversations. Everyone here is family and David runs a tight ship. You aren't going to find a lot of mainstream NC/CLT brews here but beer from all over the US. It's clean, there are games, family friendly, and I think there is a shower upstairs if you piss your pants. Highly Recommend.

Great staff and beer selection, plenty of TV without the sports bar feel. Cool second floor, nice neighborhood type bar.

I like the space, the beer was cold and good, they are adding liquor at some point which would just add to the stars. They are starting out...go check them out and let them know what you like. That will only help them in selecting their next taps, cans/bottles & wine. Key points for walk-ability!

Great vibe, beer is awesome (sours specifically) and people are laid back. Highly recommend going here.

I love going to clt to find a perfect place to find a great selection of beers and some friendly staff that know what they're talking about. Barley market is what I'm looking for in the lkn ara. Bartenders know me by name and has a "home town feel" to it. It might be hidden but it's worth the trip if you're looking for a local spot in the LKN area.

A bottle shop that is actually clean, smells good, has a friendly bartender, and a great wine selection? YES! Barley market literally checks all of those boxes and I am so glad that they opened up! It seems rare to me to find a friendly bartender who isn't nose up to those who don't know beer that well- Dave seemed like a really nice guy! We will totally be back! PS- its totally cool to bring kiddos here- we called first but it was fine! We were there early, but still!

This place has a great rotating craft beer selection on draft and in the cooler, and even a nice sized mix of beer/bottles to go. It's smaller joint but has a great atmosphere and is in a cool,old restored brick building near/in old town Cornelius. It's off the beaten path and you have to jog through antiquity to get to the place.

Best beer selection anywhere! Either on draft or to buy it's the most thorough variety you will find ! A connoisseur of beer right here in Cornelius search no more. It's quaint and expertly appointed!

Best bottle shop in the greater Charlotte area. David does a great job at curating a great guest experience every time. And everything is very reasonably priced. Pay Barley Market a visit!
